ITZ THE GOD IN ME

And I will ask the Father and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever—the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know Him, for he lives with you and will be in you. John 14:16-17

 

Looking back through the lenses of 21st Century influence, we see that since the birth of The New Testament Church it has been plagued with  external and  interal controversy!  While most Biblical scholars agree that the Church was born on The Day of Pentecost, generally that’s where the consensus begins and ends.

According to The Scriptures, The Risen Savior showed Himself to His disciples, who were still reeling from the horrific events that had just taken place, and instructed them “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptised with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit”. Acts 1:4-5

God knew how much the disciples had come to rely upon Jesus’s Presence during the past 3 ½ years He’d walked with them, teaching, guiding and protecting them but now at Christ’s Ascension, would fall victim to their fears, confusion and discouragement!  Although, Jesus had on numerous occasions assured them that He would not leave them without Divine Assistance, but promised to send them another Comforter in the person of Holy Spirit to empower them to complete their assignment to spread The Message of Christ throughout the whole world–this revelation seems to have escaped them in the ensuing threat of impending persecution!

What is this PROMISE?  The Holy Spirit is known as the third person of The Triune God! While The Holy Spirit functions differently from God The Father and God The Son, He is reverenced as equal in Holiness in The God-Head!

Beloved, as a believer in The Saving Grace of Lord Jesus, God has given us the very samePromise. The moment we make a sincere profession of faith, The Holy Spirit moves into our hearts and fills us with hope, conviction and confidence that we are now a part of God’s Family, a Royal-Priesthood, a Holy Nation! (Ref. 1 Peter 2:9)

However, this is only the beginning! Along with this regeneration (the new birth) comes a challenge and a charge! As a born-again-blood-washed Child of The Kingdom, we are called to be ambassadors of our King to a lost and dying world! Therefore, we also need to be filled and empowered with the enabling Grace and Authority of the indwelling Spirit of Jesus in order to do The Father’s Will and glorify Him in the earth! C’mon nah, don’t shout me down!

Just as the Holy Spirit was poured out upon the disciples in the Upper Room, God wants each of us to experience this same anointing! (Ref. 2:1-4) Unfortunately, NOT EVERYONE accepts this spectacular gift that God promised to as many who would receive Him! Yet, this does not preclude any one from partaking of the fullfilment of The Promise! (Ref. Mark 7:13)

“In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people…” Acts 2:17 

While it’s not my intention to persuade any away from their affirmation, as Martin Luther, “I cannot in good consciousience deny my own personal experience!” Therefore, I can stand firmly fixed in humily with adoration proclaiming, ‘There is absolutely no doubt in my heart nor mind, that any good that I do, any wisdom that I have, any knowledge that I’ve gained, any challenge that I’ve overcome over these past 30 years of walking in Christ, is a direct result of ‘The God in me’!

There is no way for mere man to live the HOLY abundant life as prescribed in The Word without the counsel, guidance, and help  of the indwelling navigation of Holy Spirit! And isn’t that what God expects of all of us? Revolutionary, huh?

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: (Colossians 1:27)

WOW!  IF YOU SUPPLY THE SACRIFICE, HE SUPPLIES THE FIRE! IT’S ALL GOD IN US!

GOOD MORNING CHILDREN OF THE TRUE AND LIVING GOD! GOTTA MOMENT? AWEMAAZIN!

Once again we come together for our Weekly Thursdays Corporate Prayer and Fasting! We count it an honor and privilege to entreat The Majestic Throne of The Maker and Sustainer of Life, seeking Supernatural Mercy, Grace, Counsel, Hope and Help, that God has allotted to any who place our personal trust in The Salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ, to overcome the cumbersome cares of this world! Shall we enter into His Presence with Joy-filled Thanksgiving?

WE WORSHIP YOU, ALMIGHTY GOD! THERE IS NONE LIKE YOU! WE WORSHIP YOU, O PRINCE OF PEACE! THAT IS WHAT WE LONG TO DO! WE GIVE YOU PRAISE, FOR LORD YOU ARE OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS! WE WORSHIP YOU, ALMIGHTY GOD, THERE IS NONE LIKE YOU! THERE IS NONE LIKE YOU! THERE IS NONE LIKE YOU…

 
ABBA FATHER, as we come before You today, In the Magnificent, All Powerful Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus, we’re determined to rejoice, praise and thank You for blessing us to see the last month of 2018! Looking back, we know that it was no goodness of our own but solely because of Your Loyal Love, You havebrought us all the way to this very moment. Through dangers seen and unseen, Thou has kept us safe from all hurt and harm! We bow before You now humbled by Your Benevolence to say Thank You, Father for one more day to enjoy the abundance of Your Mercy, Your Grace, Your Power and Your Peace!

Father, we come  blessing You for the day that You opened our hearts enabling us to recognize and receive the saving Grace in the Life, Death, Burial and Resurrection of Your Son, Jesus! We acknowledge that because it pleased You, You choose us to be Your very own children, while there was absolutely nothing in us lovable nor worthy of this amazing honor and privilege!

Lord Jesus, we are eternally grateful that You purposed in Your Heart and and committed Your Being to be The Only Acceptable Atoning Sacrifice to redeem and reconcile our sin-sick souls from Sin, securing our Salvation, Deliverance, Breakthrough, Peace and Provision. We’re eternally thankful that You, knowing our frame, overcome by Compassion for us, You are willing to look beyond our human frailties, faults, flaws and iniquities, seeing yet ministering to every one of our need!

Once, again, Heavenly Father, we ask that You forgive us for every deed, word, thought that we’ve committed willfully and unwillfully that violated The Righteous Statues that You have commanded for our lives. We’re trusting that even when our own hearts condemn us, because Your Faithfulness is greater than our hearts, as we confess our sins to You, You forgive us, cleanse us in The Precious Blood of Jesus and reconcile us to our rightful position in The Kingdom of our Heavenly Father!

Precious Lord, because no man can come to the Father except You draw them, we ask that as Your Eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind, that You shall draw and save the lost, reclaim every back-slider, prick every heart with a Spirit of Godly-Repentance that frees them to confess a ‘SINCERE AND COMMITTED YES LORD,  and direct their footsteps to a local church home today where they will be greeted, embraced, welcomed in Love by genuine Sisters and Brothers in Christ and taught Your Word that they may live out the remainder of their lives, glorifying You to a lost and dying world! Today, we’re stand agreeing and believing that all of our unsaved loved ones and friends will be saved in the year 2019 and join our Eternal Family!
Father, we pray that You will remember our brothers and sisters whose spirits, minds and bodies have been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease! Because nothing is impossible to You, we believe that You are healing and delivering from The Spirit Cancer, high/low blood pressure, heart and blood disease, kidney, lung failure, hearing and vision disorders, satanically induced depression, oppression, anxiety, torment, drug addictions, Alzheimer, Dementia, Autism, Spirits of perversions and ungodly soul ties and we call forth total permanent deliverance from every physical, emotional, sexual and spiritual abuse! We believe that as we’re praying, You are rebuking every generational curse, casting down strongholds and commanding immediate release of every trace of sickness and disease from the root, for Your Name Sake! Lord, we’re standing on Your Promise that by Your stripes we have been redeemed and healed and the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name, AMEN 3X!

Precious Lord, as You sit Enthroned above the circle of the Earth, nothing happens that takes You by surprise. Because we’re living in the last of the last day, our enemies have stepped up their attacks upon Your Elect. Therefore, we lift up every believer who is yet struggling to hold on to Your Hand, and by faith today, we declare and decree that You are interceding on our behalf, releasing a Double Portion of Your Divine Power, Supernatural Strength, Health, Provision, Prosperity, Peace and Protection. We thank You for empowering and preserving each of us through the tests that You allow, keep us constantly aware of Your Presence, fully confident that the expiration date for our tests, trials, temptations and traumatic episodes have been pre-ordained before we were born into the earth.

Therefore as instructed, teach us to glory in the midst of tribulation, acknowledging that the trying of our faith works patience and perseverance, proving Your Power to sustain and overcome every weapon that’s formed against us, turning our situations around to work in our favor and exalting Your Name to the nations!

Sweet Holy Spirit, Father, thank You for listening to the hearts of all those who are distraught by grief and fear, remember the elderly, the widows, the downcast who have borne the heat of the day, those who pushed and prayed us through! Father, give them sweet peace that our God is not unrighteous to forget or overlook the labor and love they’ve shown towards Your Name and how they have and continue to minister to the saints! Father we decree that every demonic-induced spirit of fear and confusion is defeated NOW because of Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness and Purpose is being released in the lives of Your people now, in Jesus Name!

Precious Lord, remember the children, our grands and great-grand children! By faith we plead THE BLOOD OF JESUS over their lives, covering them wherever they go! We abort, overrule every curse, cancel every scheme and plot that Satan desires to inflict upon their lives! As we commit them into Your Providential care, we remember how generous You were and continue to be in dispensing Grace and Mercy towards us! Realizing that You have a Plan and Purpose for their lives also, today, we resist fear and worry and through faith and patience, we walk in the Blessed Assurance that their steps and stops are being Divinely orchestrated by Your Eyes! We speak The Peace of God over their spirits, minds, souls and bodies releasing a spirit of Love, Holiness and Excellence to fulfill their God ordained destiny!
Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher and Teacher. Undergird them with Your Anointing to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Encourage and strengthen their hearts, souls and spirits as they endeavor to reach, teach, preach, guide, guard and comfort those whom You’ve charged them to minister to. Lord You know how discouraging it can be when oftentimes they seem to turn a deaf ear to Your Word! Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and the ministry You have ordained.

Heavenly Father, as You have taught us, we pray for the leaders of our nation, political, corporate, judicial, education, financial, healthcare, military, public service, entertainment institutions and every other institution of our nations! We’re asking that You touch their minds and hearts, speak to them in dreams and visions letting them know that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens are keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly! We believe that because their hearts are in Your Hands, they are being continuously opened to hear and obey Your Will! Lord Jesus, we’re standing on Your Word as decreed that The government of this world shall rest upon Your shoulders and that You are The Eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Holy Father, we pray for total deliverance from every cord that would bind Your people and come against our Divine Destiny! We rebuke the demonic enemies of our minds and Thankya that nothing can stop the blessings or us from performing the greater works You have assigned to the covenant saints! Strengthen and renew the covenant of faith! We thankya for the courage and patience to stand, steadfast, consistent, always abounding in the work of our Lord!

Holy Father, there are so many other things, that we have yet to mention, nevertheless, we’re trusting, believing You WILL FIX IT, LORD JESUS, as only You can! We know that You are not just able, but willing to do anything that we ask, in accordance to Your Word!! As we continue thanking You throughout this day, Father, TRUST2KNOW, we’re depending on Your Joy to strengthen us for whatever lies ahead, we shall give You all the Praise, in Jesus Name, AMEN 3X!

In closing, we seal this prayer, with a Holy Hallelujah! Father; we wait in confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope. trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shameful defeat, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy! We pray that the words of our mouths and the meditation of our hearts be acceptable in Your Sight!

Father, we thank You NOW, for WE believe that according to Your Purpose and Timing, it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen 3X

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY JESUS IS REAL AND HE’S COMING BACK SOON!

But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. One thing for certain, two things for sure: Life happens fast and furious! Preparing for the unexpected is a challenge for any of us! Saved or Unsaved, huh?

Yet as believers in The Lordship of Jesus Christ, we’re taught to do just that! The Word of God warns us that when faced with seemingly overwhelming circumstances, as believers, our first response must be to resist panic and anxiety! How many times has your circumstantial evidence threatened to destroy all hope for recovering the calmness that we once enjoyed walking in the comfort of God’s favor? #bothhandsup!

Nevertheless, time and wisdom have trained us that Satan delights in using  fortuitous turbulent winds and haphazardry waves of chaos, temptations and uncertainty to manipulate and vex the minds of unsuspecting sainted-souls of God’s elect.

From the beginning, The Master of Deceit, has proven himself quite adept in distracting our hearts away from what we know of God, derailing our commitment to trust and  giving way to questioning, doubt, unbelief and ultimately dissipating our hope-filled confidence into pits of of desperation, fear and despair! While it sometimes appears as if Satan has been declared the victor, it behooves you to not fall for the ‘ookey-doke’, and never ever underestimate The Power of God! 

TRUST2KNO, GOD IS SOVEREIGN!! Hence, your enemies can’t intrude into your life, except God allows! And the only way that He’ll permit the demons to invade your personal space, is to prove that His greater purpose excels far beyond your temporary pain and discomfort!

Therefore, Beloved, don’t believe everything you see! The enemy’s arsenal is flanked by confusion, isolation, intimidation and fear.  #AKA #FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL! Chances are, it ain’t what it looks like! Besides, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but as Children of Light, we’ve inherited HOLY GHOST POWER, LOVE AND A SOUND MIND! (Ref. 1 Peter 4:12-14) #Didjaheardat?

Regardless of what attempts to impede your trust and confident reliance on The Presence and Prominence of your Loving Heavenly Father, you cling steadfastly to what you’ve already experienced and sojourn safely through the murky rivers of Life! And even if, some water gets into your boat, keep in mind that your life is anchored in The Rock of Ages!

Faith in God’s Loving Care, gives us eternal assurance that  whenever/whatever the test, trial and trauma of life accost us, we can ride out the storms in quiet confidence that He Who called you ‘MINE’ Will NEVER LEAVE OR FORSAKE US! (Ref. Hebrews 13:5)

JESUS LIVED ABOVE THE CIRCUMSTANCES! SO, WHAT’S UP WITH U?

The LORD said, “I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering.

So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey–the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. Exodus 3:7-8

 

Has God’s Promises ever seemed too good to be true? C’mon nah, I’m talking to some REAL-FOLK! Seriously! The reason being, our interaction with the physical world is naturally limited to the realm of our five senses! What we see, touch, feel, taste and smell is how we perceive the reality of the world around us! Unfortunately, there’s always much more going on than the natural man can conceive! For example, you can feel the breeze but what does the wind look like? Technicians can take a picture of a brain, but who can know the mind, BUT GOD! The stethoscope can hear the heartbeat, but can’t determine when you’re broken, hard-or faint-hearted! #ijs!!

Have you ever felt discarded or deserted, even by GOD? Well, let me assure you, you’re not alone! According to the historical events relayed in our scripture text, The Hebrews, God’s Chosen, who finding themselves smack-dab-n-da-middle of circumstantial evidence that most likely caused them to experience these very same emotions! For 450 years they lived enslaved to their Egyptian captors who took great pleasure in inflicting intolerable pain and suffering, intentionally rationing food and water only when they deemed necessary to keep them totally dependent upon their Hard Task Master’s will! Can you imagine the shame and hopelessness they, God’s Elect, having to endure the consequences of their rebellion and ensuing result of God’s Justice, with no end in sight? Howevrrr, even when they couldn’t detect His Presence, GOD’s LOVE abides Faithful!

 

Having lured His Servant, Moses to the backside of Mt. Horeb and startling him with a strange phenomenon, the Bush that refused to be consumed, God commissioned him to go tell “MY” people that ENUFF IS ENUFF!  (That’s contemporized AEC Version) “I’ve seen their oppression, I’ve heard their cry,  bottled every tear,  heard every prayer and NOW I AM COME to shut Pharaoh down and DELIVER you out of the hand of your enemy!” Not knowing whether or not his Israelite brothers would even listen to him, being a escaped felon hiding out in a foreign land, but Moses heeded God’s Word and shared it with his fellow-captives. Much to Moses’ amazement, the people grabbed hold to The Promise with all of their hearts and began shouting and dancing in the streets, celebrating the GOOD NEWS, believing that THE WORDS THAT MOSES SPAKE CAME STRAIGHT FROM GOD’S MOUTH!

Eventually, the message got to Pharaoh’s Palace, nevertheless, he took it as a grain of salt. After all, this was not the first time that these ignorant slaves had started these silly rumors in an effort to keep HOPE ALIVE! Pharaoh was convinced that it’s JUS FAKE NEWS! But for those who had endured 450 years of GOD’s SILENCE IN THE MIDST OF GROSS DARKNESS, IT WAS LIFE AND LIGHT!

 

The Bible says, “My Sheep know MY VOICE AND I KNOW THEM, AND THEY FOLLOW ME”! (Ref. John 10:27) “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17) When you begin to look beyond what your natural eyes can see and your vision is filtered through the lens of FAITH, YOU COME2KNO THAT IT AIN’T ALWAYS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! While the world’s systems operates on the principle “I’ll BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT”, GOD’s Kingdom operates by a higher standard, “I WILL BELIEVE TO SEE THE GOODNESS OF THE LORD IN THE LAND OF THE LIVING!” (Ref. Psalm 27:13)

When you place your personal trust in The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and The God of Jacob, faith opens you up to experience SUPER VISION, exposing things that are not seen as though they already exist! God’s Word is filled with exceeding great and Precious Promises that are greater than anything that the oppressor threatens! Oh, remember what happened to that arrogant obstinate Pharaoh and His Army? Right, THEY ALL DROWNED IN THE RED SEA! (Ref. Exodus 14:28-29) #ijs!!

 

BELOVED, WHEN WE TRUST GOD WITH ALL OF OUR HEART, MIND, SOUL AND SPIRIT, we discover POWER that’s out of this world that erupts A HOPE-FILLED PRAISE, an ABSOLUTE ASSURANCE THAT ‘I AM, WILL CERTAINLY BE WITH U’, and A CONFIDENT HOLY BOLDNESS THAT PUTS THE DEVIL ON NOTICE OF HIS IMMINENT DEMISE!

TRUST2KNO, NOT MATTER WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, IF GOD SAID IT, IT’S GOTTA HAPPEN! Didjaseedat? YEAH, SUPER VISION!

GOOD MORNING FAM! GOTTA MOMENT? GLORRAA2GAWD!

We’re delighted to have you join us again in our weekly Thursdays’ Corporate Prayer and Fasting! During these vexing times, we are eternally grateful to our Creator for allowing us the honor and privilege to come boldly before His Majestic Throne and find Grace, Mercy and Hope that empowers us to remain steadfast in our faith, trusting You to perfect everthing that concerns us. Shall we go in together,..

Bow down and worship Him! Worship Him! Ooooh worship Him! Bow down and worship Him! Enter in! Oooh enter in! Consuming Fire, Sweet Perfume! Your awesome frangrance, fills this room! This is Holy ground! This is Holy ground! Come on and bow down! Ooooh Sweet Wonder! Ooooh Sweet Wonder! JESUS THE SON OF GOD! OOOOHHHH SWEET WONDER! OOOHHH SWEET WONDER! JESUSSSUSSSS THE SON OF GOD!

 

Abba Father, we come now with our hands lifted up,  mouths filled with praise and adoration and hearts loaded with gratitude to The Only Wise God, our Lord and Savior! We know that it was You who watched over us, keeping us safe during the night, while we slept in our beds unaware and undesturbed by dangers seen and unseen! We know that it was Your Hand who blocked death and distruction, determined to destroy the plans and destiny that You ordained for our lives before we exited our Mother’s womb! But we know that Hell can’t stop anything that Heaven Starts! For this cause we bow humbly thanking and praising You for being LORD of All Living, Salvation, Power, Peace, Provision, Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding!

Holy Father, we thank You for sending Your Son Jesus, to pay the debt that we owed for our sin, satisfying and justifying Your Righteous decree, making A Way for us to become Children of The Most High God by accepting the Sacrificial Atoning Blood of The Messiah, The Redeemer of our souls! We know that there was absolutely nothing we could’ve ever done to deserve such Amazing Grace and because of the unsearchable riches of Your Lovingkindness, we present our bodies as a Living Sacrafice, holy and acceptable to Thine Will as the only reasonable response to the weight of Your Glorious Benevolence!

Knowing that no man can come to The Father, lest You initiate the Covenant Relationship and that it’s the goodness of God that leads men to repent, we pray, Sweet Holy Spirit, that as Your Eyes roam to and fro throughout the earth, that You prick the stony hearts of those who are yet lost and blinded by the rulers of darkness of this unregenerated world, quicken them with a Spirit of Godly-Repentance, that causes them to hear and respond to Your High Calling with a “SINCERE YES LORD, what must I do to be saved?” Confident that it is not Your Will that any should perish and  be banished to a pit of eternal damnation and separation from You, we thank You for saving those souls who are crying out to You now. We thank You for rewarding the prayers of those who have deligently interceded on behalf of their family members, friends, co-workers, associates and even strangers that they’ve passed by, in Jesus Name, AMEN 3X!

Father, knowing that You are married to the backsliders, we lift up those who’ve been decieved by Satan into rejecting Your Word and Will for their lives, and turning back to the wicked ways of this sin-lusting world from which You have called them out!  Because of Your unrelenting Love and Mercy, cancel the plot of Satan and snatch them out of the snare enprisoning them, deliver their soul from every ungodly soul tie, rebuke the temptation and reprove the Tempter and Accuser of The Bretheren. Show him that You are Lord over all! Open the deao ears and break up the fallow ground of the rebellious and provoke a “COMMITTED YES” to erupt out of their bellys now that empowers them to come running back into Your Loving Arms, determined to live the rest of their lives serving You and reflecting The Wonder of Your Glorious Light  that it causes all those who they come into contact with to envy the new life that can only be realized through developing a personal relationshp with The Master, Sustainer and Redeemer, Jesus Christ!
Jesus, Your Word says that every good and perfect gift comes down from The Father of Lights, therefore we must thankya for our spouses and children! While we are not perfect in ourselves, they are perfect for us because You chose to send them into our lives! We thank You for blessing our marriages! Inspite of the test and trials that we’ve experienced You continue to fit and bind this holy union in unconditional love, a generous readiness to forgive, not giving place to the works of the devil nor allowing others to cause division to what You have joined together!  We recognize that by keeping You as The Head of our household, assures that everything and everyone else will fall into  proper Divine Alignment!

Precious Lord, as we lift up our children, grand-children and great-grand children to a thousand generations before You today, we commit their lives to You, declaring and decreeing by faith that every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them is REPEALED AND CANCELLED immediately!We plead The Blood of Jesus over them wherever they go, entrusting them to Your Providential care! We come against untimely death, sickness and diseases, addictions, unnatural perversions, ungodly appetites, lustful desires and temptations! Abba Father, because we realize that You have a plan and purpose for their lives also, we have the blessed assurance that their steps and stops are being divinely orchestrated by Your eyes therefore, we release The Spirit of Truth and Excellence upon their spirit souls, minds and bodies that NO WEAPON THAT IS FORMED AGAINST THEM SHALL PROSPER, in Jesus Name Amen 3x!

Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher, Teacher Missionary, Deacon, musician choir director/member, praise team, liturgical dancer, usher and church member!Undergird them with Your Anointing and conviction to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and ministry, You have ordained!

As You Sovereignly Rule and Reign over the affairs of mankind, we’re praying for the leaders of our nation, government, corporate, judicial, educational, health care providers and every arena of our society! We’re asking You to touch their minds and infiltrate their hearts with a Godly Fear, speak to them in dreams and visions alerting let them that The Government Rests Upon Your Shoulders and You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens are keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly!
Endow the hearts of Your people with a peace that surpasses all understanding and a confident expectation that our times are in Your Hands and regardless of the deceitfulness of this world, You have promised to protect, provide and preserve the righteous who trust and obey Your Word! We ask that You continue opening the eyes of our understanding so that Your people are not easily deceived by those who would desire to entrap Your elect in bondage to anything which You have delivered us from! In Jesus Name, Amen 3x!
Father, we believe that as we’re praying,You are touching our brother, our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer, strokes, heart attacks, kidney failure, liver disease, mental and emotional issues! We intercede on behalf of all those undergoing surgical procedures, those in recovery rooms. We’re praying for those who’re on life-support systems, not knowing that they’re even in this world! We’re declaring and decreeing that as we’re praying You’re walking through every ward, touching, healing, delivering, miraculously rebuking fatigue, mistakes, mishaps, misdiagnosis and premature death for Your Name Sake!\

We plead the Blood of Jesus, declaring and decreeing You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as You walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up!

Holy Spirit, help us to remain faithful and keep a Kingdom mindset, relying on You to go before us and make our way prosperous. We believe You are dispensing overwhelming Favor, Prosperity, Peace and when these blessings are manifested, help us to walk in a spirit of humility giving Your Name all the Glory, Honor and Praiz!

We bind every wicked scheme that the enemy desires to assail against us declaring that we are well able to take possession of every promises that You’ve made to us! We pray for total deliverance from every cord that would bind Your people and come against our God -ordained Destiny! We rebuke the enemies of our minds, thanking You that nothing can stop the blessings or us from performing the greater works You have assigned to the covenant saints! We thankya for the courage and patience to stand, steadfast, consistent, always abounding in the work of our LORD!

We pray for consoling strength for all who have lost loved ones, rebuke the demons of the minds, and emotions, disappointments, restore power, love and sound minds, hope and the JOY of Your Salvation. Help us to understand that because we are royal priests, a holy nation unto You, failure is not final and our victorious testimonies shall provoke envy of other nations who have not submitted to The True God but who yet serve false gods!

Father as we wait in confidence and quietness, we rejoice in hope, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shameful defeat, terrified because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Abba Father, we boldly stand in agreement with You Who hears and answers our prayers, and forgives our transgressions! Holy Father, our souls are strengthened as we shout with joy unto The One to Whom all men will come!

Father, bowing in reverent obedience, before The Hope of all the Earth, we thank You NOW, for WE believe that it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen 3X and It Is So!

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS LOVES EVERYBODY!

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee, for thou hast delivered my soul from death; …will, not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living? Psalm 56:3, 13

So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 NLT

 

According to the text above, we might as well expect to be attacked by the common enemy of our soul at any time, huh? Now, wipe that look off your face, I already know whatcha thinking! “OMG! That doesn’t sound like anything a Blood-Washed-Born-Again-Spirit-Filled-Saint-of-The-Most-High-God ought to be saying’, right? ‘After all, God has not given us a Spirit of Fear, our lives are hidden in Christ!’ You’re absolutely correct! However, Salvation doesn’t exempt us from experiencing tests, trials, tragedy or trauma! TRUTHBTOLD, according to the Apostle Pau,l we should not even consider it some strange phenomenon when uninvited trouble comes-a-knockin’ at our door! (Ref. 1 Peter 4:12)

Don’t shout me down nah! #ijs, Remember, we ain’t in Heaven yet! Even after we’ve confessed our faith in The Lord Jesus Christ, you can’t expect that Ol’ deceitful devil to wave a white flag, pat you on the back and throw you a retirement party! For lack of a better word, he is “committed” to tearing down The Kingdom of God, one soul at a time! Unfortunately, oftentimes Satan’s more truehearted than a lotta Saints!

Does this mean that the God’s people are defenseless? Absolutely, Positively NOT! Just as surely as there is an enemy determined to destroy our destiny, our hearts must take refuge in the reality that The True and Living God has sworn by Godself, that although the weapon may be formed against you, it shall not prosper because He Who created the hand, the bow and the arrow will always cause you to triumphant victoriously in Christ Jesus! (Ref. Isa. 54:17; 2 Corinthians 2:14) #Didjaheardat? #SERIOUSLY!

As a child of The Most High God, we have been Divinely anointed, appointed and authorized by the Lord of Hosts to annihilate the works of the devil. But you must remember, that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but spiritual! It is THE LIVING WORD OF THE LIVING GOD! When you speak God’s Word, it comes alive releasing the POWER to rebuke threats and pull down the strongholds of your enemies, unmercifully! If Satan is bold enough to raise his ugly head, because you are IN Christ, you have been empowered to step on his throat and cut off his head!

I must caution you to beware of one of the enemies most effective weapons that he assails against God’s elect in an attempt to diminish our Confidence, Trust and Hope in God is FEAR (FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL)! As soldiers in The Army of The Lord, you must stay on high alert, clothed in The Whole Armor of God, armed with the mindset of Christ, fully persuaded that “Greater Is He That Is Living In Me Than He Who’s In This World And by The GRACE of GOD, we shall overcome the wiles of the devil! (Ref. 1John 4:4, Ephesians 6:11)

Next, remember, fear flourishes in isolation! Therefore, it’s paramont for the successful conquest of every believer to endeavor to keep our consciousness anchored securely in The Revelation that we are never alone! Our God is Jehovah Shamah! Hence, He’s not coming, HE IS ALREADY HERE ready, willing and able to execute judgment on your behalf! (Heb. 13:5, Deut. 31:6)
Finally my Precious one, rest assured you and God make a majority! So, take a stand, dig in your heels, draw a line in the sand and with audaciously Holy Boldness proclaim, “COME WHAT MAY, I WILL TRUST IN THEE, MY GOD; NOW DEVIL, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!”
The same God Who delivered your po’ soul from the clutches of eternal damnation, will He not deliver your feet from falling prey to those awaiting to conquer your hope as well?  #Shonuff!
As our steps and stops are being Divinely orchestrated by The Good Shepherd, we walk obediently in the path that God sets before us,  confident of this very thing! “Goodness and Mercy SHALL accompany me all the days of my life! And, EVEN as God allows me to I walk thru valleys overshadowed by death, my soul shall delight in the Light of His Loving Presence!”

 

YEP! THAT’S THE FEAR FACTOR OF A BELIEVER that SATAN  seems to  FORGETS and CERTAINLY WANTS U 2..COURAGEOUS TRUST!!

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my ace, and turn from their wicked ways,then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Here we are again, huh?  Climing of of bed this morning, one can’t help but contemplate the events of the past few days, sighing gratefully, “Thanks Be To God,” our Nation has survived one more surprise attack”, huh?  Who knu that the greatest threat to our national security would originate from within the borders of our own democratic system? Nontheless, they say, ‘Liberty and Justice For All’, right? Well, I suppose that depends on one’s personal perspective. Nevertheless, we can agree on this, Freedom is not free nor is it cheap!

WELL,AT LEAST AMERICA’S GREAT AGAIN, huh?  WOW! I guess that depends on which side of the aisle you’re seated on!

Hence,  as for me and my house I’m gonna declare and decree, in Order to form a more perfect Unity, establish true Justice,  insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain. establish, stand steadfast, immovable always abiding in THIS TRUTH, that despite all of the tremendously sophisticated technological security advancements of  the 21st Century,  the safest place in the whole wide world yet remains “smack-dabb” in the middle of GOD’S PERFECT WILL!!!

While many families are still struggling to cope and recover from the distress of 911, the increase in the random killings of young students,  senseless massacre of innocent kindergarteners at Connecticut’s Sandy Hook Elementary,  bomb blasts  abruptly interrupting The Boston Marathon , suicide bombings at airports globally, lunatics open-firing on random citizens out enjoying a matinee movie,  afternoon shopping at the local mall and evenings at their favorite restaurants or niteclubs,  those who arbitrarily invade the sanctify of Bible Study and Prayer Meetings, and to add insult to injury, now there’s the unprecedented diagnosis of post election stress disorder!  

The devastating sociological effect of the culmination of  each of these obviously re-enforce the new-now reality! America has changed forever! Consequently, that somewhat bi-partisant-nonchalant-attitude that we once viewed as irrelevant, after  all the slaughtering of innocent civilians was happening way over there in other countries has given way to a national sense of restrained anxiety and anticipation!

The false sense of serenity that our nation once enjoyed has now converted to sporadic rampant acts of violence, devastation and destruction. In the aftermath, we see a socieity of proud Americans struggling to present a united front, clinging, crying, comforting, praying together in an attempt to let the world know “We’re proud to be Americans; United we stand and God bless America”!

Now don’t shout me down! Trust me, I’m just as patriotic as anyone. I am grateful that God destined me to be born in this country. However, first and foremost, I’m a Christian; a citizen of The Kingdom of God! Therefore, I am compelled to plead on behalf of all my fellow countrymen, “America, IT’S TIME TO TURN BACK TO GOD!” 

I’m old enough to remember backndaday when America was known as a nation “under God”! However, sociologist infer that we’re hovering on the edge of  joining so many other nations by becoming a ‘post-Christian nation that tolerates a growing number of sins and belittles absolute Truth!’

There’s no denying that God has been immeasurabely merciful to America! Time and time again, God has proven Himself to be ever so near to us. Our nation’s history confirms that God has continuously reached out to assure us, “My children, we are in this thing together…forever. I am here to help you. I am your shield and your buckler; I am as close as the very breath you breathe. I am fully and totally committed to you.” Unfortunately, just like the Israelites in Bible days, this nation has persisted in boldly rejecting GOD’s Way, insisting on doing things our way, even legislating unrighteousness!

Well can I offer my most solemn suggestion; my fellow Americans, instead of trying to pass the buck between the Dems, Tea Party, GOP or the blazantly indifferent and disenfranchized, we need to repent!  

My point is why spend so much time, money and attention looking for answers while pursuing false gods? We don’t need another God to save us! We just need to turn back to the One True Foundation of this great nation.  Seriously?  It’s time to bend our knees, bow our hearts, and surrender our praise and worship to The True and Living God our Lord Jesus Christ. Clearly, everything that we will ever need is in Him.

What’s the point of having another National Day of Prayer if we have no intention of changing? I mean, can you imagine the stinch that’s seeping into The Throne Room of His Grace and Mercy? #yukyuk! Awemazingly, The Living God is waiting for His Chosen People to humbly cry out in sincerity to Him, (actually repenting) and return to the Rock of our Salvation! 

“Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the LORD of hosts.” Zechariah 1:3

WAKE UP AMERICA,  GOD WANTS HIS AMERICA, BACK!  BUT I GUESS THAT KINDA JUSTICE IS STILL A MATTER OF PERSPECTIVE, huh? #NUFFSAID!

A CRY AT MIDNIGHT

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.  And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed. Acts 16:24-25

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. Psalm 121:4

 

Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for a long time or just recently made your personal decision to follow Christ, Salvation doesn’t exclude any of us from experiencing faith’s stresses, test and trials! If you don’t have a clue about what I’m talking about, may I draw from dem ol’ skool Mothers’ terminology, “Baby, jus keep getting up in the mornin’ and going to bed at night, sooner or later you will encounter a season in your life when you’ll feel as though God has left you alone in the valley of the shadows of death to fend for yourself!”

While this kinda theology may seem a bit strange, even unbiblical, according to some Millennials, who’ve been spoon fed Gospel-Lite-Prosperity pablum prepared by the more sophisticated-socially-acceptable-all-ingratiating-all-inclusive preachers! But check The Book, it’s still in there! “Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:” 1 Peter 4:12

According to Acts 16:24-25, God’s Apostles, Paul and Silas,  having been found guility they were  bound and thrown in prison, awaiting execution on death row for preaching The Gospel of Jesus Christ! Now  that what’s you call suffering for the CAUSE, huh?

Howevrrrr, what the enemy failed to take into account  was that  despite of their current circumstancces, there was something down on the inside working on the outside that kept them in perfect peace! It was their unwavering commitment to God that would fuel their faith and sustain their Hope that come what may, they would be victorious! Instead of murmuring, complaining and accusing God of being untrustworthy, they fliped the script and began to pray, praise and magnify God! TRUST2KNO, Praise Provokes GOD’S PRESENCE and when GOD moves, EVERYTHING CHANGES!

My beloved brothers and sistas, in times like these,  it behooves us to glean from those who’ve walked before us!  As you’re forced to trample through the turbulent terrains of this life, rest assured that your Heavenly Father is no dead-beat-absentee Dad!  Hold fast to God’s Eternal Word, remember it has no shelf-‘life expiration date! It’s still Light to the 21st Century Saints and potent enough  to comfort, strengthen and encourage those who dare seek Him!

While you already know that Satan’s constantly plotting to launch a diaboloical attack against you under the cloak of darknesss, aimed to diminish your confidence and siphon your trust in God,   you have A Watchman, Who is Sovereignly watching over you 24/7! He never naps! Day and night are the same to Him! Every step and stop you take is Divinely-choreographed by The Maestro of Heaven! Hence, He’s already gone before you preparing designated rest areas along the road to revive and re-energize our spirit and soul! #Didjaheardat? OMG!

Precious ones, perhaps, at this reading, you find yourself smack-dab-in-the-middle of a loooonnnnggg night and all the circumstantial evidence is  threatening your soul with overwhelming fear, anxiety and doubt, yet remember FACTS change BUT TRUTH remains! Therefore, even when you’re unable to trace God’s Face or feel His Hand, trust His Heart!

Beloved, when it seems as if everything around you is falling apart, Holy Spirit says, ‘It’s falling right in place’! Abba Father is weaving each tattered piece of your life together for your greatest good and His Highest Glory! And at the appointed time, He will flip it over  displaying His Magnificent Masterpiece! (Ref. Romans 8:28)

 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalm 30:5

“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.” 1 John 3:2

As we continue our pilgrimage through the gross immorality of this fallen world may out faith remain steadfast, abounding in the work of His Sustaining Power and Grace!

With uplifted hands, and mouths filled with praise and adoration, let us  CRY unto The Lord a MIDNITE SONG, proclaiming “THE GOD I SERVE WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT AND HE SHALL LEAD ME SAFELY ALL MY LIFE LONG INTO THE CELESTIAL CITY,  WHERE I’LL CALL ETERNALLY HOME!!

IT’S A MATTER OF THE HEART!

And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. Genesis 4: 6-8
From the human perspective, favor ain’t always what we expect it to be! #ijs #CANIGETAWITNESS?

 

However, as we acknowledge the Sovereignty of our Heavenly Father, Who does all things well, we can only rightly conclude that Father knows best! While, the frailness of our frame limits our capacity to see, speculate and judge one another by appearances and actions, “the spirit of man is the candle to The Lord.” (Proverbs 20:27) Hence, The Omniscient Creator knows the hearts of each and everyone of us! OMG!!!
God saw crouched within the heart of Cain a spirit of resentment and jealousy which lead to anger and ultimately sin and death! God asked Cain, “Why are you angry?”
Down thru the years, many Biblical Scholars and Theologians have offered many alternative explanations to clarify the disparity between what was an acceptable offering and why one was rejected while the other preferred. Now, I’m not necessarily suggesting that I’ve conclusively determined the answer, k? Nevertheless, may I submit for your momentary consideration that perhaps, it’s not that God despised Cain’s gift per se’, but could it possibly have been the intent that motivated his giving that caused God’s response? UUUMMMM???

God saw the worship-filled sincerity within Abel’s offering to Him! Apparently, Abel knew that everything that He had came from and belonged to God and trusting that whatever he relinquished to God, God was well able and willing to restore unto him exceedingly, abundantly above and beyond anything he’d dared ask or imagine! #Didjaseedat?

On the other hand, it appears that Cain was quite pleased with himself; having tilled the ground, planted seeds and painstakingly kept them watered until it yielded the fruit of his labor. Naturally, he would expect that God would favor his sacrifice over that which his brother had presented, right?

But before we start throwing rocks at Cain, how many times have we seen the favor of God on someone’s life and instead of rejoicing and celebrating The Goodness of God with them, we secretly accused God of being unfair, considering all that we’ve done for the sake of The Kingdom, not to mention how faithfully we’ve strived to follow His teachings, huh? SERIOUSLY? #BOOM #NUFFSAID!

Precious ones, God being a Master Economist, distributes heaven’s treasures according to our personal capacity and potential to produce and to be good stewards over all what He gives us, assuring our highest good and His Greatest Glory!

Don’t get it twisted! None of us like waiting, YET! In the Ingenious Sovereignty of His Own Will, Purpose always trumps pain and disappointments! God has Divinely orchestrated the terrains of our life journey to perfect in us the same Radiant Glory of our Kinsmen Redeemer Jesus Christ!

*For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:11 Nonetheless, His Ways continue to supersede our severely limited intellectual capacity to comprehend the length, width and depth and wonder of His Omnipotent Omniscient Benevolence!
“Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” James 1:3-4

 

Beloved, God has not forgotten you, a delay is not a denial and GRACE IS UNDESERVED FAVOR! TRUST2KNO, Saints, it’s not about what’s in your hands, but what’s in your hearts that pleases God! Secure your VICTORY with a thankful heart!

He that believe on ME, as the Scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” John 7:38

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2

Because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen…” Isaiah 43:20b

 

In the natural, most expectant mothers anticipating blessed arrival of her new baby with unrestrained excitement, shops until she drops! At the same time, the realization that before she actually holds her beautiful bouncing bundle of joy in her arms, she must first endure the grueling discomfort and pain of labor and delivery, can’t help but cause a certain degree of apprehension.

Every woman who has had a baby knows that as the labor progresses, the pain intensifies. Although we’re unable to accurately determine what the baby goes through, we can safely assume, by reason of anatomy, making its way through some extremely tight places causes a certain amount of discomfort for the child as well. For nine months, the womb has been his home and now, he’s reluctantly forced to transition into the next level of life.

Hence, spiritually, our rebirthing process also requires intense laboring for deliverance. Every blood washed, born-again, child of the Living God has been impregnated with purpose and potential. However, making our transition from one realm of spiritual reality into another, (from grace 2 grace) ultimately involves some degree of violent struggle. The ol’ church used to say, no pain – no gain!

Consequently, as we matriculate from one level of spiritual maturity to the next, we’re forced to navigate through some tight circumstances. Sometimes, just as in the natural birthing process, in order to hasten the birth and avoid the complications and dangers associated with a dry birth, the doctor may deliberately puncture the embryonic sack. This process is called “breaking the water”.

Likewise, to ensure that a believer transitions spiritually into our highest potential, the spiritual mid-wife, The Holy Spirit, fills His chosen with soul refreshing, sweet living waters drawn from the Wells of Salvation! This water is called Joy.  (Ref. Isaiah 12:3) This joy is not a state of mind neither is it a fleeting emotion; but to a believer facing the challenges and afflictions incurred through famine and drought of  the desert storms of life, JOY becomes a Weapon of Mass Destruction!

Saints, whatever you’re going through, YOU ARE NEVER ALONE!  While weeping may endure for a night, God has promised, Joy is coming in the morning!  (Ref. Psalm 30:5) God has chosen you as HIS very Own BELOVED!  Keep in mind that in God’s Kingdom, purpose always trumps pain! TRUST2KNO, that pain you’re now experiencing  is only a sign that Holy Spirit has just induced your labor and your water is about to break! 

Don’t sweat the process, God is positioning you into the next stage of Abundant Everlasting Life! #SERIOUSLY !!!
