EXCHANGING THE TRUTH 4 A LIE

 

SELAH Daily Devotions!

…because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened Romans 1:21

Therefore God also gave tem up to uncleanness, in the lusts of teir hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. Romans 1:24-25

 

Granted, you don’t hear a lotta preaching these days about this particular subject, nevertheless, TRUTHBTOLD, there is NO EXCUSE!

I know many have chosen to sugar-coat reality in an attempt to dismiss their personal obligation and responsibility, preferring to see themselves as victims of some mystical cosmic mishap, yet from the beginning of time, GOD has openly made GODSELF known to humanity. The Holy Scriptures announce that even ‘the heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament displays His handiwork.’ (Ref. Psalm 19:1, Acts 14:15-17)!
Can we talk 4REAL 4REAL?

Our problem has never been that we don’t know the TRUTH, but as history has clearly disclosed, since mankind’s knowledge of God became perverted by the willfulness of rebellious flesh, humanity has been determined to oppose the Righteousness of God! As a result man’s heinous act of high treason, his God Consciousness has been severed, thereby losing contact with the true purpose of his existence!

Choosing to yield to the dictates of their heart’s fleshy lusts, instead of Glorifying God, they rejected Truth for a Lie!  Having created man with the power, ability and freedom of choice, God turned them over to pursue the vile passions and inevitable consequences of the insatiable deception,  idolatry and corruption, reaping the Wrath of their selfishness, uncleanliness, ingratitude and rebellion!

Only a fool denies the existence of GOD. (Ref. Psalm 14:1) Still too many, by failing to acknowledge Him as GOD, refuse to bow to His Majesty in their faithful obedient service,  and are determined to attain righteousness through their own understanding of good and acceptable behavior. And we all know how that turns out, huh?

While the godz of this world work relentlessly to distract us away from seeking a personal revelation of Our Loving Father, we must always remember, that our enemies can do absolutely nothing, except God allows! Hence, as The Good Shepherd safely guides us through the fires, floods and the storms of this life, these experiences allow us to gain a fresh insight into the height, length, dept and width of His Loving Kindness and the Sufficiency of His Grace to any who demonstrates personal trust in Him through a lifestyle of humility, loyalty and faithful obedience!

God has so wondrously fashioned each man with a GOD-SIZED VOID so that the ultimate fulfillment of life can only be consummated through his pursuit of intimacy with his Creator! Unfortunately only a few are driven to forsake the lure of this world’s glitz and glamour to tread the least traveled remote pathways to ETERNAL LIFE!

But every once in a while, a isolated sojourner catches a glimpse of The EVERLASTING LIGHT OF HOPE found ONLY in Christ Jesus, forsakes the ways of this ungodly world to lay hold of ETERNAL TRUTH,  establishing themselves firmly rooted and grounded in The Hands of  JESUS CHRIST, The Almighty King, who has Sovereignly summoned them, before the foundation of this world, as HIS BELOVED! 

SSSHHHH! #Didjaheardat? #WOW! EXCHANGING THE LIES 4 TRUTH!

Surely He scorns the scornful, But gives grace to the humble. The wise shall inherit glory, But shame shall be the legacy of fools. Proverbs 3:34-35

The heart of a fool is shapened by his continuous rejection of Godly Wisdom and Understanding and is committed to the ridicule of righteousness! God treats that man with contempt therefore bequeaths him the legacy of shame!

BUT GOD shall establish the humble, who refrain from wickedness, esteeming the soundness of Godly Wisdom with Understanding, with enduring riches of glory, honor, safety, discretion, inner peace and Eternal Life!

Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.

We are excited and grateful that you’ve joined us once again in our Thursdays’ Corporate Fasting and Prayer! We’re eternally thankful to our Father, God for give us one more day to embrace and enjoy the Wonders of His Glory! We rejoice in The Hope that His Eyes are watching and His Ears are attentive to hear and intervene on our behalf as we enter into His Courts with praise and thanksgiving for You Alone are The Source of all everything that we will ever need in this life and the life to come!

Abba Father, we bless You for this new day, overflowing with Fresh Mercy and Grace to preserve us through any and every challenge that You allow to befall us today. We Thank You for Your inseparable Lovingkindness that continues to look beyond the iniquities of our frail, faulty and the fickleness of our fleshy frame and to forgive us for every sin that we do, speak or think that violates Your Holy Kingdom Commandments! As we confess our sins before You, we thank You now for this undeserved favor that we have inherited through The Sacrificial Atoning Blood of Your First-Begotten Son that gives us a new heart and mind to surrender our lives to You!
Heavenly Father, we come, humbled, yet boldly in agreement with Your Kingdom Authority, recognizing that we’re living in the last of the last days and that while the enemy of our souls has launched a full-fledged attack against The Body of Christ and The Name of Jesus we know that You have sworn by God-Self to never leave nor forsake us!

Therefore, Father, we thank You for the antidote that allows all those who love You and Your Ways, having no other mind, to stand steadfast, immovable always abounding in Your Will and Your Word! We thank You for the honor and privilege afforded us as You teach us to war against the Satanic hosts, to come before You, earnestly seeking Your Presence and finding Help and Hope to overcome every weapon that’s formed against us! For You O Lord are The Rock of our Salvation, and there’s nothing too hard for OUR GOD!

Sweet Holy Spirit, we come warring in the Spirit of Worship, thanking You for leading and guiding us, for You are our Great High Priest, and even when we don’t know what or how to pray, You intervene on our behalf, interpreting every moan and the groanings of our hearts today and presenting it to our Father!

Precious Lord, You , our Omniscient God, know everything about us! You know the battles that we’re facing, not just in our physical bodies but even in our minds! We ask that You rebuke the Spirits of overwhelming fear, confusion, frustration, intimidation and condemnation that are enticing Your people to draw-back from the purpose, plan and things of God! We release The Blessing of God into the lives of Your people who are fainting even perishing for lack of vision. We speak deliverance from every opposing spirit and we declare victory over every storm raging in our lives, as we put the enemy under our feet and stand in our rightful place as Children of Light, in Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

We rebuke every spirit that keeps your people shackled and cowardly silenced by the cares of this world. We pray against spirits of distractions, ungodly soul-ties, discords, divisions, illicit relationships, adulterous relationships and we resist the enemy’s power to hold Your people incarcerated and paralyzed in failure and defeat! Therefore we declare and decree that chains are being broken now as You are opening the door of escape in the Spirit, in Jesus Name! IT IS SO!

Abba Father, forgive us for failing in your Great Commission as we’ve become lackadaisical in our obligation, responsibility and yes, even our desire to plead for souls! Help Your church to remember that Jesus died for souls! Father we pray for the lost who have yet to receive Your Grace-filled Salvation! We ask that You quicken their hearts with a Spirit of Godly-Repentance allowing them to cry out to You for Salvation today! We pray for the backsliders who have for whatever reason, turned away from The Only Savior and left the Ark of Your Grace! Father, put a fresh “COMMITED YES” in their hearts and minds today, lead them back to the Altar and restore them back to Righteousness in Christ Jesus!

Father, please forgive us for succumbing to the culture of this world and allowing it to infiltrate the Church causing us to lust and store up the treasures of this world, the money, cars, houses, land, designer clothes, shoes, the latest electronic devices, hence, longing for the power, prestige and praises and approval of men, rather than focusing on establishing Your Kingdom in the earth!

Father, as our Good Shepherd, You instructed us to “Seek Ye First The Kingdom of God and all these other things would be added to us” We know that it brings pleasure to Your Heart that Your children prosper and be in good health, especially our souls! You promised that if we would faithfully walk upright before You, no good thing would be withheld from us!

Holy Father, we thank You for being Jehovah Rophe, The Lord our Healer therefore, as we lift up all who are being afflicted by physical diseases, spiritual and mental dis-eases! According to Your delegated Power and Authority, to declare and decree a thing according to Your Word and it has to come to past, in The Name of Jesus, we therefore rebuke, quarantine, bind and cast-out pancreatic, throat, breast, lung, liver, kidney, blood , brain, colon, bladder, uterus, rectal, stomach cancer, and confine it under The Blood of JESUS NOW! We RELEASE healing, wholeness, deliverance, quick and immediate recovery in The Holy Ghost, to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation and dialysis centers, operating rooms, chemotherapy and psychiatric wards and prisons!
We’re believing that even as You walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re still Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that by Your stripes we have been redeemed and healed and we’re yet standing on Your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up!

Sweet Holy Spirit, we thank You for moving in our situations, doctor reports, court cases, employment issues and turning them around! We come against unsettled minds and according to Your Word, as we bring them to You in prayer and supplications with Thanksgiving, making everything known to You, we have the courageous confidence that everything that the enemy meant for evil, You are making it turn around for our highest good and Your Greatest Glory even before we see it manifested! We Shout HALLELUJAH!!!

Precious Jesus, hear us as we’re praying for our families, our secular and religious leaders. We intercede on behalf of all those who have submitted their lives, determined to Let the Kingdom of Heaven reign in and thru their lives and their ministries! We pray that they will speakTruth to edify and not words of deception in order to manipulate your people! We send the Word of God to their spirits now, anointing them and breaking every fetter that would captivate or hinder them. We speak a Spirit of Freedom, in The Holy Ghost, to those who are discouraged, discontent, fainthearted by worry and wearied in well-doing! We speak deliverance to every wounded spirit, troubled tormented minds, those that would entertain demonic enduced thoughts of suicide and murder, that desire to overtake our young people! My brother, my sista be Ye lifted up! Every hung-down head be Ye lifted up and receive an inner revelation of who and Whose they are in Christ Jesus!
Abba Father, we lift our children and our young people as they return to day-care facilities, elementary, middle/high schools, college campuses and we declare over them, as the carriers of  Your Magnificence and Glory, that they are saved, sanctified, walking free of fear and anxiety for their lives and personal safety. We rebuke the bullying spirits! We pray that our children will be equipped with keen discernment and will be able to recognize what it of You and what is of Satan! We thank You for the gifts of the Spirit that You have deposited within them, and that they shall be encouraged and utilized as You make room for them! Father, we pray that You keep their hearts and minds in perfect peace, let them be filled with hope for a awesome future that You have purposed for their lives while they were hidden in their Mothers’ wombs!
Sweet Holy Spirit, as we commit them into Your Providential care, realizing that You have a plan and purpose for their lives too., we have the Blessed Assurance that their steps are being ordered by Your eyes! Therefore we speak The Peace of God over their spirits, minds and bodies releasing a spirit of Love, Holiness and Excellence to fulfill their God ordained destiny! We cover them in The Blood-Stained Banner of Your Love even as we speak Salvation, Deliverance, Excellence and Prosperity over their lives! We command the Blessings of God to follow them wherever they go!
We pray for the grieving parents who lost their children to senseless violence! We ask that You comfort their hearts and minds, rebuke guilt, shame, doubt and regret for decisions that we might’ve made in their past concerning their children! We ask that You send a Spirit of Confident Assurance that as You graciously allow each of us to grow from Faith to Faith and Grace to Grace, our knowledge of You is enlarged enabling us to be transformed by the renewing our minds, proving what is that good, acceptable and perfect Will of God for our lives! And for this cause we Thank You Lord Jesus!
We pray for the leaders of this nation and the world. Lord, we ask that You touch those who don’t know You, fear nor regard You as Lord! Break up the fallow ground, prick their stony arrogant hearts with a spirit of humility that allows them to hear Your Voice even as You speak to them in dreams and visions! Cast down the spirit of high-mindedness, self-righteousness, carnality and pride! Let them come running to You, repenting and asking forgiveness, and seeking You for personal Salvation!

Precious Lord, we also lift up every family whose lives have been affected by Hurricane Dorian’s destructive path. We thank you for comforting the hearts and minds of all who’ve lost loved ones, homes, churches, jobs, transportation and even Hope! We ask that You release strength, courage, finances, favor and confidence that You are GOD who is able to restore everything needed to sustain our lives, according to Your Riches in Glory! We speak perfect peace that passes all understanding and unspeakable joy into their lives NOW IN JESUS NAME! AMEN 3X!

Father, as always, we recognize that there’s so much more that we should ask, but we are trusting that Holy Spirit is yet stirring up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name to pray without ceasing! We ask that You release upon our hearts, an ever-burning desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship through fellowship with Holy Spirit, that we might prove what is the perfect and acceptable Will of The Lord Jesus!

Lord Jesus, we Your children, the apple of Your Eye, await Your Salvation, in patient confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope and trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling, suddenly departing in shameful defeat, recognizing that You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne, therefore we’re trusting that we shall inherit the Promises of GOD!

Abba Father, because You have Sovereignly chosen and drawn us near to dwell safety and secure in Your House Eternally, we rejoice in thanksgiving, as we align our spirits, soul and body with You Eternal Word! We bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your Ways and Salvation known among all nations!

We delight ourselves in You, The Eternal Father, Who Guides and Rules Justly, believing that according to Your Appointed Time…IT IS ALREADY DONE! In The Exalted Name of Jesus we offer up this prayer, Sealed in The Holy Ghost with a HOLY Alleleujah! Amen 3X!

ETERNAL TRUTHS!!

 

Can we talk, 4REAL? Sometimes there’s a great disconnect between who we are and where we are! Don’t shout me down, nah! Seriously, life has a way of placing us in circumstances where we, as born-again-baptized-loving-The Lord and endeavoring 2 live our lives 2 please Him-with all of our hearts, minds, spirit and soul—never expected to be! Well, welcome to REAL-TIME!

Can I tell you something else? You are in good company! Jus look at God’s Prophet Habakkuk. Having been called to preach a message of impending devastation to the backslidden nation of Israel, anticipated that the people would heed God’s warning and repent allowing The Sovereign Lord to intervene on their behalf driving their enemies far away from them. However, God does not always show up as we anticipate leaving us distraught and confused! Do I have a witness?

As we continue to walk with God we discover that it’s during these times of contradiction that God teaches us how to trust HIM! In other words, there will be times when you don’t have all the answers or all the information! Yet, this does not negate the truth that we’re IN THE WILL OF GOD! God stragetically ordains these experiences so that we learn to live and walk in another dimension called ‘FAITH’ and not by our senses! During these time of frustration and uncertainty is where we are trained how not to walk by our feelings or even according to ‘circumstantial evidence’! BUT, GOD is SAYING, “JUST TRUST ME! COME WHAT MAY, I PROMISE, I’LL NEVER ABANDON YOU!” (Ref. Hebrews 13:5)

The Scriptures confirm that those of us who have confessed our belief in The Saving Grace of Calvary’s Cross are not exempt from tests, trials, trauma or tragedy. Nevertheless, we do have an advantage that the world knows not of. We have this confident assurance that our God is Holy, All Knowing, All Powerful and Eternally Faithful to His Word! TRUTHBTOLD, Our Heavenly Father, has committed Himself to be with us always and is powerful enough to sustain us through whatever we go thru; therefore we can trust that at His appointed time, HE SHALL DELIVER US OUT OF IT ALL!

Just as Habakkuk came to realize, our hope must not rest in what we don’t have, think, see or feel, but our Hope must rely upon The Love of The Omnipresence, Omnscient, Omnipotent Creator of Heaven and Earth!

Therefore, no matter what it looks like, we join in the Lord’s servant’s hymn of faith, singing, “Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls—YET I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD; I WILL JOY IN THE GOD OF MY SALVATION. The LORD is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, and He will maqke me walk on my high hills!” (Habakukkhk 3:17-19)

Beloved, when we don’t  understand God’s ways, we can yet rejoice knowing that we who have claimed The Name of Jesus, shall walk sure -footed, finding strength through trusting in The Lord our God!

The JUST, SHALL LIVE BY HIS FAITH! (Ref. Habakukkhk 2:4)

“For this commandment which I command you today is not too mysterious for you, nor is it far off…

But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it.”

“See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, 16 in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. 17 But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them, 18 I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess.

19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; 20 that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.” Deuteronomy 30:11, 14-20

Beloved, Be It Further Resolved that TODAY, The Eternal God has summoned Heaven and Earth to witness His Appeal to you to choose a LIFE of blessed belief, hope-filled trust and obedient loyalty to THE WORDS THAT ARE COMING OUT OF HIS MOUTH, that you and your decendants might live and enjoy ETERNAL LIFE!

HOWEVRRRR, AT THE END OF THE DAY…IT’S STILL UR CHOICE, right?

ETERNAL TRUTHS!

 

Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O Lord, and teachest him out of thy law; 13 That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.14 For the Lord will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.

15 But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.

The enemy seeks to obliterate God’s people. The evildoers target the most vulnerable groups in society, whom the LORD will defend. God will discipline those He loves, correcting and instructing them to bring them back into relationship with Him. God recognizes humanity/s inherent weaknesses. Corrupt rulers enact legislation that persecutes the righteous an enables wickedness, which is CLEARLY contrary to God’s Will! (Excerpts from Ps. 94:5-23 Study Bible, KJV)

“If you’ll hold on to me for dear life,” says God, “I’ll get you out of any trouble. I’ll give you the best of care if you’ll only get to know and trust me. Good Morning Fam! GOTTA MOMENT! GREAT GOD ALMIGHTY!

Once again, we’re delighted that you’ve joined us in our Weekly Thursdays’ Corporate Prayer and Fasting!

 

Bread of life? Sent down from glory! Many things you were on earth. A holy king, a carpenter? But you are the living Word! Awesome ruler, gentle redeemer! God with us, the living truth. And what a friend we have in you! You are the living Word… Bread of Heaven, feed me ’til I want no more! Here’s my cup, I lift it up! Come and quench the thirsting of my soul…Come and make me whole!

 

Our Father and our God of Heaven and Earth! We come today, lifting up The Name of Jesus! Lord, we bless and honor You for The Sacrificial Blood that You so freely shed in our stead, which now allows us to come boldly into The Holy Presence of The Creator and Sustainer of all Life! As we come lifting up holy hands and hope-filled hearts, praising and rejoicing in The Wonder of Your Glorious Presence, we thank You for so graciously awakening us to one more new day that You have made! We bless Your Name for life, health and strength! We thank You for a right mind, acknowledging that if it had not been for You keeping us even while we slept and slumbered in the night, our enemies would’ve destroyed us!

 

We know that nothing we’ve done or could do that was deserving of such Lovingkindness, but because of You are a Merciful Loyal Father, You continue to look beyond our faults and faithfully minister to each and everyone of our needs! For this cause we bow in reverence of Your Awesomeness, praying that as You search our hearts and find anything that’s not pleasing in Your sight, please forgive us and take it out, and take it out by the root! Help us Holy Spirit to shew evil and to cling to righteousness that we might cause someone to see Jesus and inquire of Thee, “What must I do to be saved!

 

Knowing that it’s not Your Will that any man should perish, but that we’d all come to a Saving Knowledge of Jesus Christ and because no man can come to The Father, except You draw them, we ask that You remember the lost souls today! Touch their stony hearts and transform it into hearts of flesh. Open the eyes of their understanding so that they will welcome a personal encounter with The Only Wise Savior who You sent to forgive and restore all those unregenerated souls who have been ensnared by the sin nature! Even as You did for us, snatch them out of Satan’s grip of deceit and let them see Your Glory in The Face of Jesus beckoning them to confess a “submitted SINCERE YES” to Your Will and Your Ways for humanity is Life Eternal in Your Presence!

Father, remember the backsliders who have allowed the lusts of this ungodly world to lure them back into those things which You delivered them from. Arrest them in The Holy Ghost and prick their hearts with a Spirit of Godly-Repentance that provokes their rebellious hearts to surrender confessing a “COMMITTED YES”, regretting ever having turned their backs from The Grace that they once enjoyed and come running back to The Safety of The Ark. Order their steps to the local church where they will be welcomed, loved, nurtured, encouraged and strengthen in Your Word empowering them to be witnesses of Light in the midst of this dark and untoward generation!

 

Holy Father, we ask that You remember Your Saints as we struggled to hold on to Your Promises amidst the chaos, turmoil emanating from a people of unclean lips! Help us to remember that nothing happens except You allow it. Breath afresh The Wind of Your Glory into the spirits and souls of Your Elect that may have become wearied and wounded by the cares of this world. We are grateful that nothing is hidden from Your view, for You are Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent! We’re blessed that as Your Compassion draws nigh to those who are lonely, Your Strength is made perfect in our weakness, and Your Blood runs swiftly to the place where we hurt the most!

 

Father, help us to remember Your Covenant Keeping Power when we grow weary in well-doing! Lift up every bowed down head today! Restore the Joy of Thy Salvation! Strengthen the feeble knees and send sweet Peace to those who are yet praying for the lost, heal and restore peace into trouble homes, the marriages that are under fire, wayward disobedient children, those struggling with their finances, those who are being mistreated on their jobs, those who are tempted to give up and throw in the towel, those whose flesh is enduring the pressure of temptations to commit fornication and adultery, comfort those who are mourning the loss of loved ones, bless the precious babies in daycare, at babysitters, daycare providers and schools! Encourage the caregivers, those who are tormented by unprovoked threats, depression, physical, sexual, emotional and spiritual abuse! Those who are experiencing rejections, abandonment, addictions, insecurities and grief! Console the widows, those forgotten and downcast who have born the heat of the day to push and pray us through! Lord, give them sweet Peace knowing that their labor is never in vain!

Lord, encourage all of us who find it difficult to pray for those in authority but yet have a desire to deal righteously with the injustices of a world filled with institutionalized racial discrimination, corruption,deceithfulness, arrogance, entitlement, nasty attitudes, greed, rage and hatred that’s intentionally inflicted upon those who are not like them and especially those of us who name the Name of Christ!

Abba Father, even as we’re praying, we’re believing You to intervene on our behalf, releasing miraculous Favor and Prosperity, unexpected promotions, opening up opportunities for entrepreneurship, increased education grants, lower interest mortgage rates, debt cancellations, book contracts and overturning legal decisions to give us the victory! Father, keep us in Your Will that we might be examples to those who are looking for Hope amidst the darkness of this hopeless, uncaring world!

Father, because You’ve sworn to be Faithful to generations of those who’ve placed our personal faith and trust in You, we’re lifting up our children, our grands and great-grand children and by faith we abort and overrule every curse that’s been ordered against their lives and cancel every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them! As we commit them into Your Providential care, we realize that You also have a plan and purpose for their lives! Therefore, we have the Blessed Assurance that their steps and stops are being ordered by Your eyes and no weapon that’s formed against them shall prosper and every tongue that speaks against them is already condemned! We speak The Peace of God over their spirits, minds and bodies. releasing a spirit of Love, Holiness and Excellence to fulfill their God ordained destiny!


Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher and Teacher, Missionary, Deacon, auxiliary leader/member, choir director/member, praise team and musician, usher, nurse, driver, parking attendant and custodial worker! Undergird them with Your Anointing and conviction to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and ministry,You have ordained!

Sweet Jesus, according to Your WORD, we pray for the leaders of our nation, government, corporate, judicial, military, education, financial institutions, healthcare services and public service workers! Touch their minds and hearts, speak to them in dreams and visions to convict them that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens are keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly! Because their hearts are in Your Hands, we’re trusting that they are being continuously opened to hear and obey Your Will! Lord Jesus, we’re standing on Your Word as decreed that The government of this world shall rest upon Your shoulders and that You are The Eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Gracious Father, touch our brother and sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of physical and mental sickness and disease! Rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake!

Heavenly Father, You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as You walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on Your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name!

Sweet Holy Spirit, because of Your Divine Intervention in our lives and thru The Blood of Jesus we have become Curse-Breakers and Blessing Carriers! Therefore, by The Power invested in us, we rebuke every curse that has been assigned to our families, friends, relationships, bodies, homes, communities and our nations! Look on us now and uphold us with Your Free Spirit. Fill our hearts with Confident Hope-filled Assurance that while weeping may endure for a night, at Your Appointed Time we will be delivered and The Peace of God that passes all understanding shall be restored! We thank You Holy Spirit for directing our hearts into God’s Love and Christ’s Perseverance!

Lord Jesus, as we await Your Salvation, in confidence and quietness, we shall continuously rejoice in hope, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling, suddenly departing in shameful defeat, recognizing that You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Abba Father, we align our spirits, soul and body with Your Eternal Word! Because You have chosen to bring  us near to dwell safety and secure in House, we shout with joy and bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your Ways and Salvation known among all nations as You Guide and Rule justly! Father, believing that because You always hear our prayers, IT IS DONE, In The Exalted Name of Jesus we offer up this prayer with a Holy Alleleujah! Amen 3X!

Beloved, every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS LIVES, LOVES AND CARES 4 U 2!

Abba Father, we come before You once again; humbled by Your Loving-Kindness we cry out to You In the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus! While many of us are struggling with the real-time cares of this dark, lost and ungodly world, our spirit man is yet rejoicing, praising and thanking You for blessing us to see one more day.Recognizing that it was not because of any goodness of our own that we live, move and have our being, we quickly thank You, from hearts for another opportunity to embrace the abundance of Your Mercy, Grace and All Sustaining Sufficiency!

Heavenly Father, it is with unspeakable joy that we offer up praises unto You for being The ONLY True, Living Eternal God of our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. With humility and sincere gratitude, we acknowledge Your Awemaazing Grace, Compassion and Faithfulness allows You, knowing our frame, YET to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities and minister so generously to every need pertaining to life and godliness!

Abba Father, hear our prayers reverberating from hearts openly offering up precious praise to You, for that Glorious Day when You interrupted our lives, opened up the eyes of our understanding and filled our spirits with the Revelation of Your Son Jesus, allowing us to freely receive Him as our personal Savior and Lord!

Precious Father, we ask You to forgive us of every sin we have committed or omitted willfully and unwillfully in thought, word or deed! Where justice should prevail, Lord we plead for Mercy! Thankya for changing our story and those of our loved ones, who’ve not yet come to the knowledge of Your Saving Grace! By faith, we put them under arrest by the Power of Holy Spirit and we call their lives to come into proper alignment with Your Divine Word and Will!

Daddy, because no man can come to the You except You draw them, we pray that as Your eyes search the hearts of humanity, that You draw and save the lost, quickening The Spirit of Godly-repentance in every heart and mind, beckon them to come today confessing ‘a sincere YES’ to Your Grace, and receive You now as their personal Savior and Lord! We’re believing that You are directing their footsteps, placing and settling them into a local church home where they are nurtured and encouraged to live holy, acceptable and committed to faithful obedience to Your Word! In Jesus Name Amen 3x!

Sweet Jesus, we call every backslider to bow to Your Lovingkindness and return to the fold immediately, put a fresh “committed YES” in their heart and mind and a genuine desire to adhere to the Kingdom Constitution as revealed through diligent study of Your Word! Give each one an earnest-sincere-honest-heart desire to build their personal relationship with You through fellowship and a consistent prayer life to live holy, pleasing and glorifying You before this corruptible, lost and dying world that others may ask the question, ‘What must I do to be saved?”!

Lord, remember our children, our grand/great-grands to a thousand generations! We’re claiming Your Promise to save us and our households! While many of them are not walking with You wholly, we trust that You have an appointed time for their deliverance from the tempters destructive plans, plots, schemes and pits! We believe that the SAME MERCY AND PATIENCE that so generously allowed us to be here today is covering our legacy, protecting them from being victimized by the Satanic influences that are rampant in this world! We bind every seducing spirit that seeks to entrap them thru the ungodly soul ties that so easily besets this unsuspecting generation! Therefore, we commit them into Your Hand of Righteousness, realizing that You have a plan and purpose for their lives too, with the Blessed Assurance that their steps and stops are being Divinely-orchestrated by Your Eyes! We speak The Peace of God over their spirits, souls, minds and bodies, releasing Your Love, Holiness, Wholeness, Hope, Confidence and Excellence, equipping and inspiring them to fulfill their God ordained destiny!

Sweet Holy Spirit, remember every spiritual leader as we speak LIFE,LIGHT, STRENGTH, ENCOURAGEMENT, CONFIDENCE, ASSURANCE, RESTORATION OF HOPE-FILLED- ENTHUSIASTIC-ANTICIPATION and TRUST into all those who are yet believing for immediate manifestation and the fulfillment of every miracle and vision that You’ve placed into their hearts! We REBUKE AND COMMAND spirits of hindrance, delay, low-self esteem, self-doubt, failure, competitiveness, discouragement, disappointment, confusion, slothfulness, tiredness, weariness, being unappreciated and misunderstood, all those threatened by spirits of suicide MUST LEAVE NOW!

LORD, we thank You for rewarding YOUR servant/leaders who are yet standing on the Wall proclaiming Your Word with POWER, under the Conviction and Anointing of Holy Spirit! Jesus, continue to Grace them to be the FAITHFUL AND TRUE WITNESSES, remnant examples of Your Righteousness in their homes, churches and community that will cause those who come in contact with them to love, trust wholly in You and commit the rest of their lives to serving and glorifying You!

As You have commanded, we pray and thank You for all the leaders of this nation and world. Send direction to them, as they make decisions that affect the future of our lives and our Touch their minds and hearts, visit them in the night, speak to them in dreams and visions and let them know that All POWER BELONGS 2 YOU Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens! Impress upon them that You are keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly!

Precious Lord Jesus, we’re eternally grateful for the indwelling Presence of Holy Spirit assuring us that YOU ARE THE SOVEREIGN LORD of LIFE and in absolute control of all things. In light of the continuous influx of profound arrogance and illegal/immoral injustices being perpetrated against Your people from ‘the Satanic influenced powers that be’, the atrocious senseless murders taking place all around us, in the midst of sadden hearts and wearied spirits, we commit our being unto You, expressing our gratitude because You have promised to yet keep us hidden under The BLOOD! We praise You, Heavenly Father, that even in these days of imminent terror, tragedy, chaos and destruction, we know that the safest place in this whole world is in YOUR perfect Will! We’re trusting that no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rises up against Your children shall be condemned!

We confidently speak Your Consoling Peace that surpasses all understanding over our minds, we declare that You are disciplining our thoughts that we may walk circumspectly as disciples of Christ. We put our flesh under subjection to Holy Spirit and resist the hand of the enemy in our lives. We seek You first, asking direction from You and trust You to settle our anxious spirits to be fully persuaded that ‘come what may’ You are well able and willing to save us!

As we wait for You to move on our behalf, help us not to become lethargic and disenfranchised, refusing to do those things we’re called to do in our communities to honor the privileges that so many others before us struggled, fought even died so that we would have the right to vote and that our children would be able to live a better life than they did! Help us to be accountable in our communities, Churches, on our jobs, in our homes.

Abba, help us to stand in the Liberty, with our faith firmly rooted in The Sacrificial Atoning Blood of Jesus that has set us free, to live a quality of life that is exceedingly, abundantly and beyond this earthl real and seated in Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus! Therefore the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but Mighty Through GOD, pulling down strongholds, casting down imaginations and everything that exalts itself against The KNOWLEDGE OF GOD! WE PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS OVER OUR MINDS, BODIES, SOULS AND SPIRIT!

Holy Spirit, equip us to walk fearlessly without intimidation so that every demonic spirit assigned to hinder us from fulfilling the good plans You have for us is disarmed! Break-free those who are being held by mind-paralyzing, mouth-muting captivity to speak the WORD OF TRUTH with Holy boldness and Authority! Lift all those up out of the pits of hopelessness, discouragement, oppression, depression, sexual abuse, spousal abuse, spiritual abuse, physical abuse, low self esteem, self-rejection, self-hatred and empower them to walk into large places Divinely ordained from their Mother’s womb! We speak LIFE to those walking thru the valley overshadowed with death, Woman, Man, The Lord God heal, deliver, strengthen, empower and sustain YOU even NOW, IN JESUS NAME!

We speak THE WORD OF YOUR POWER against the all manner of sickness and disease, the spirit of cancer, brain, lung, throat, kidney, liver, pancreas, blood, breast, bone, prostrate those in chemo therapy, radiation therapy, on dialysis, those awaiting transplants, those enduring what man calls incurable disease such has HIV, Parkinson disease, ALS,alheizmers and autism! We speak wondrous reversal of any damage caused by strokes, kidney failure, heart disease, arthritis, glaucoma and every other eye disease and release a Divine Revelation of our healing that You purchased on Calvary and give us instructions on how we can loose total healing in every area of our being!

We pray for the caretakers and lift up those who are lingering on to this life in hospice facilities asking for salvation and sweet transition! We pray for the down-trodden and ask that every bowed down head to be strengthen with Your unshakable Peace! Give us to Hope again! Help us to remember Your Faithfulness and Mercy in times past, recognizing that You O God are the same yesterday, today and forever more! Encourage us with Confidence that You hear our cry, even as You heard the voice of Your children in Egypt!

Father, release unexpected Favor of God; restore marriage, open new jobs, promotions, doors of opportunities for entrepreneurs, debt cancellations, loan approvals, unexpected financial blessings as You are releasing a Double Portion of Your Anointing, Spirit of Love, Power, Sound-mindness and Purpose into the lives of Your people in Jesus Name!

Since God assured us, “I’ll never let you down, never walk off and leave you,” we can boldly quote, “God is there, ready to help, I’m fearless no matter what. Who or what can get to me?” Hebrews 13:6 The Message

 

Ever heard them ol’ skool Mothers say, “God’s never late and hardly ever early”? Well, if that’s supposed to make waiting easier, let me assure you, it doesn’t! What about, “A delay is not a denial and a failure is not final”. Granted, these proverbial acclaimations may work in a 11 a.m. Sunday Morning Service, with the musicians crankin’, the praise team rockin’ it and the saints shoutin’! But! What about when you leave the sanctuary and get home alone, again; and the evil one starts bringing up all the reasons why you ain’t  gonna make it through this time! And what if the test results confirm _____; and what if you don’t get accepted; and what if  she did have an affair; whatcha gonna do if He does want a divorce? Hence, ‘Hey you, where’s your GOD NOW!’

The ol’ saints used to sing, “He Delivers, Praise the Lord, He Delivers, Praise the Lord, I was bound by the power of the devil, but HE delivered, Praise the Lord”! Well, let me tell you why they were able to sing those kinda songs. They didn’t have a lot of money at their disposal, so if they got sick they couldn’t afford a doctor. If they had more mouths than food they couldn’t just whip out their credit card at the grocery store. When their car broke down, they couldn’t take it to Mr. Bill’s Auto Shop. And if John Edward got locked up, they couldn’t afford no bail or private attorney!  But, they had a God to pray to! And you know what? They found Him to be an ‘ON TIME GOD!’

Having no other recourse, but to wait on da Lawdd, they resigned themselves to stand planted on The Rock of Ages, not wishin’ and a hopin’; but trusting in the Strength of God’s Love despite what it looked like!

Needless to say, this kind of faith is hard to find in this “busy-booming-High-Tech-don’t need nobody-DIY” generation. After all we have so many other options. Why pray and have to wait on GOD? 

Because He is God and we are not! God has deliberately designated each step and stop necessary to cultivate our realization that we are His Creation; created to fulfill His purpose and without Him we can do absolutely nothing. (Ref. John 15:5) But through His Guidance and Power, all things are possible! (Ref. Philippians 4:13)

Yes, we all experience times when it jus feels like God has turned His Face and given our enemy the nod to ‘walk right over our head’. Except, considering the ambiguity of our emotions, is it really wise to rely upon such in the crucial moments of a time-sensitive-crisis? Exactly? Bible-Faith is based on solely upon The Sure Foundation; The Word of God!

God knows sometimes our flesh becomes weary! That’s why He dispatched Holy Spirit to hover close while we’re waiting for Him to move! (Ref. Isaiah 40:31) The reason God is never in a hurry is because He knows just what it takes to perfect His Will and His Glory in your life. He swore by GOD-SELF to never abandon or give up on you! (Ref. Deut. 31:8) So, why would you ever give up on Him? Am I right, about it? #ijs

Stop trying to figure everything out. Keep trusting and keep expecting your deliverance at any moment! Trust and know that ain’t no mountain high enough, ain’t no valley low enough; Ain’t no river wide enough, TO KEEP GOD FROM GETTING 2 U! 

REMEMBER DAT! HE WILL ALWAYS COME THROUGH 4 YOU!

AIN'T NO QUIT IN ME

SELAH Daily Devotions!

 

We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair, persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. 2 Corinthians 4:8-10

For our light affliction which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory… 2 Corinthians 4:17-18a

 

Someone, with far more saged-wisdom than you and I, penned these words, “Winners never quit, and quitters never win!” Granted, we’re living in times that could easily tempt us to just fall apart, succumb to our dire situations and even begin to doubt God‘s ability to turn things around in our favor. Yet, Jesus never told us to rely on what we think, we see or even what we feel. The Word admonishes us to put no confidence in flawed fickle flesh, particularly our own. Believers walk by faith and not by what it may look like in the natural. Believers BELIEVE!

When the enemy comes upon us flooding our hearts with intimidating fear and discouragement, a spirit of super tenacity, and holy boldness, begins to flow up from the pit our inner most being and when it kicks in, it really doesn’t matter what we go thru, a true believer will refuse to throw up our hands and give in! The Ol’ Skool Church used to say, “I’m in it, to win it”! You see they knew something—I don’t care who sanngs, God Reigns, JEHOVAH HAS THE FINAL SAY…therefore it ain’t over until God says it’s over!

When it appears that the circumstantial evidence against us pretty much guarantees we’re going down for the count, we have a secret weapon on the inside of us that assures us the victory! Greater is He that is in me than anything that comes against me! (1 John 4:4)

The Apostle Paul, encouraging a troubled Corinthian Church, lets us know we don’t have to deny the severity of our situation, we just deny it’s  power to work against us. (Ref. Isaiah 54:17) Didjaheardat? Yes, it’s okay to acknowledge what’s happening, but don’t just stop with the bad stuff, remember Who we have going right for us.

Okay, we might be feeling some pressure, but we’re still standing! We might not have all the answers, but we know The One who does! Our circumstances might not be what we expected, but God already knew about it before He allowed us to be in it! It may seem that the burden is much more than we can take, but God’s Grace is sufficient! We might not know how long we’re be in it, but God knows! He’s predesignated a set time for our deliverance! And when God brings us out we don’t come out empty handed, but we come out with Greater Glory!

YEP! Believers may bend, but we don’t break! We hold fast to the Hope that is within us! (Ref. Colossians 1:27)

BELOVED, DON’T STOP, ‘TILL YOU GET IT! GET IT?
