We’re delighted that you’ve joined us once again for our Weekly Thursdays’ Corporate Prayer and Fasting. When we think that The God of All Creation cares enough about each one of us individually that He invites us into His Presence allowing us to pour out of hearts before Him, it’z jus awemaazing. Shall we enter in…

 It’s in my heart this melody of love divine; It’s in my heart since I am His and He is mine. It’s in my heart, how can I help but sing and shine It’s in my heart, it’s in my heart. You ask me why I know His blood can cleanse alone; You ask me why I know He sits upon the throne, And why I know He chose me for His own; It’s in my heart, it’s in my heart!

Unto Thee, Abba Father, we come with our hearts opened before You, our hands lifted up to You, surrendering all that we are, all that we’re not, all that we have and all that we hope to be; acknowledging that without You, we are nothing and can do absolutely nothing! For in You Alone is Life, Love and Light!

We Thank You for breath, strength to move and wisdom to respond to Your Lovingkindness, Tender Mercy and Grace-filled guidance with faithful obedience! We seek forgiveness for anything that we’ve done, words that we’ve spoken or thought that was in violation of Your Righteous Statutes as recorded in In The Holy Bible! By faith we now receive forgiveness as promised that if we would confess our sin, You are faithful and Just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness and restore us back into  right fellowship and divine favor with You.

We’re eternally grateful that it’s not Your desire that any should perish, but that all men be saved, nevertheless, we know that no man can come to You, except You draw him. We ask that You Who Sits Enthroned Above the circle of The Earth, open the hearts and minds of the sinner man who’s blinded by Satanic forces of darkness, as You so graciously did for each one of us, and let The Glorious Light of Your Love and Power be revealed to them in The Face of Your Precious Son Jesus!

We thank You for The Lamb of God, who volunteered to be sacrificed, died and rose again to snatch sinners from the clutches of eternal destruction and free us to accept this Gift of Salvation, live the life Style of Abundance in this present world and in the world to come, eternally in Your Presence, In Jesus Name! We thank You for quickening the hearts of backsliders who have turned away from following after You and now live outside of Your Plan and Purpose, with a Spirit of Godly Repentance that compels them to run back into Your Arms and commit the remainder of their lives to serving You, witnessing and exemplifying The Wonder of Your Greatness to unregenerated souls!

Precious Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent Lord, knowing that You never intended us to meander through this life alone but to live solely dependent upon You, we come now asking You to save us the more, help us, lead and guide us, strengthen and uphold us as we seek to live our lives representing You, The Light of The World, before ay anti-Christ culture!

You know the lawlessness that’s so prevalent in our nation and our world today and how we’re so easily tempted to give up as if we have no hope for things getting better in the future. Help us to remember Who our GOD IS; empower us to walk by faith and not by sight! Help us to remember that Your Word Shall Reign Forever and that every Promise You have spoken  is YEA AND AMEN!  Help us to know that nothing happens in the earth that can or will ever take You by surprise.  Help us to remember that You, Jehovah, neither sleep nor slumber and You shall NEVER relinquish Your Position, Power or Control to the will of any mere mortal man;  therefore YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE FINAL SAY!

Sweet Holy Spirit, because You know our spirits and are able to intercede on our behalf, when we are at a loss for the right words, encourage our weary hearts and vexed souls to remember that when it seems as if this world is upside down, You can be touched with the feeling of infirmities and will intervene at Your appointed time and by Your POWER to turn EVERYTHING RIGHT-SIDE UP! As Your Servant David reminds us,  ‘though we walk through the valley of the shadows of death, we fear no evil, for Thou are with us! You have sworn by GODSELF to never leave us or abandon us, but will be with us ALWAYS!

Precious Lord, as You are watching over Your Beloved, seeing the whole world in Crisis and confusion, the systemic racism and gross injustices, we ask that You release a spiritual awakening in The Body of Christ, prick our hearts to repentance, focus our eyes  again on Your Priorities, strengthen our enthusiasm and compassion that we might persevere and not faint, but diligently seek Your Face in prayer and supplications provoking confidence to speak out loud to those yet imprisoned and deprived by darkness assuring them that You are the Only Answer to the woes of this world!

Anoint Your Children afresh, as we go from strength to strength, empowering us to become Burning Chariots of Your Glory to reflect, attract and guide lost souls to The Cross!Gird up the loins of our minds as we encourage all who are struggling to trust You with EVERYTHING THAT’S HINDERING AND DISTRACTING THEM FROM WALKING IN FAITHFUL OBEDIENCE TO THE LIGHT OF YOUR WORD to push pass pride, arrogance, betrayal, bitterness and resentment and forgive those who have wronged us! 

Abba Father, we lift up those who are grieving the lost of loved ones, the Mothers/Fathers distraught by wayward, rebellious children; intervene on behalf of the Husbands/Wives/Children who’re enduring all kinds of abuse and lift up the rejected and the lonely! Heal those who’re affected by COVID-19 and all manner of sicknesses and diseases! Cover the protestors, the essential and frontline workers, 1st responders, caretakers, the elderly, the prisoners, the poor, cast-down and the homeless! As You’ve instructed, we pray for the secular and spiritual leaders and ask that You fill them with Wisdom and Compassion to deal justly and responsibly with the power You’ve designated to them!

Sweet Jesus, as we attempt to lean not to our understanding, our spirit is willing but often our flesh is weakened because of what we see in the natural. For none of us has escaped the terror; our lives have been invaded by the enemies of our souls, marginalized by hatred, ignorance, deception and corruption in high places, legalized degradation and immorality because the Prince of the Air continues to creep into our minds and hearts to rob us of things that are dear to all of us!

For some of us  have suffered the loss of our homes, jobs, businesses, the proms and graduation celebrations, weddings, vacations, or perhaps loss of faith, trust, loss of hope, vision and enthusiasm, peace and our joy leaving our hearts shrinking with  fear, disillusionment, perplexity, anxiety, stress, disappointment, confusion and isolation!  We ask that You perfect and minister to the cares and concerns of all who are standing in gap for those who’re in need of prayer! Restore homes, marriages, family relationships, bring about household salvations, divine health and wholeness even as You prosper our finances! Please replenish those things that have been lost during this pandemic!

Father, as always, we recognize that there’s so much more that we could, even should  ask, but we are trusting that Holy Spirit is yet stirring up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name to pray without ceasing! We ask that You release upon our hearts, an ever-burning desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship through fellowship with Holy Spirit, that we might prove what is the perfect and acceptable Will of The Lord Jesus!

Lord Jesus, we, Your children, the apple of Your Eye, await Your Salvation, in patient confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope and trusting\that You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications, have received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne, and that we shall inherit the Promises of GOD!

Abba Father, as we align our spirits, soul and body with You Eternal Word, we bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your Ways and Salvation known among all nations!

In The Exalted Name of Jesus we seal this prayer in The Holy Ghost with a HOLY Alleleujah! Amen 3X!

ETERNAL TRUTHS!

 

For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy, I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the heart of the contrite ones…For the iniquity of his covetousness, was I wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart. I have seen his ways, and will heal him; I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners. I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace in him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORDD, and I will heal him.

But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. There is no peace, saith my GOD, to the wicked. Isaiah 57:15, 17-21G

 

Don’t fool yourself, you can’t play GOD! HE AIN’T THE ONE! 

It may seem as if you’ve put one over on Him, but He Who’s Name is HOLY, Enthroned above the Circle of The WHOLE earth, is Omniscient! Moreover,  absolutely nothing escapes His Watch!  

TRUTHBTOLD, the One True and Living GOD, Who inhabits Eternity, is not willing to ignore the wickedness of men’s hearts that drive those, who claim to be His people, to leave the sanctity of their marriage bed, running faithfully into the arms of other false gods to habitually and shamelessly engage in adulterous perverse acts, explicitly  prohibited by His Kingdom Constitution! #ijs!!

Unfortunately, many will erroneously presume that His patient dispensation of Graciousness and Mercy somehow infer that He condones sin, and blatantly reject that other part of GOD’S Righteousness, Justice! Yet GOD, never violating a person’s will, will leave them to the fruit of their own choices only to discover too late that the power of idols disappears at the most inopportune moments! It’s as if their gods take a vacation or a nap, just when they need them the most!

But God’s unfeigned Love, refusing to deny GODSELF, rather than exacting lasting punishment, compassionately reaches out to provide help, hope, healing, fellowship, guidance, comfort and restoration to the contrite of heart and low in spirit who crying out in repentance turn back to Him!

God has sworn by Himself that whosoever will seek Him with all of their heart, mind, spirit, soul and body will inherit the good land and find refuge, strength and deliverance! 

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly ( Psalm 84:11 ). 

BUT, FOR THE WICKED, WHO REFUSE TO GIVE UP THEIR LIFESTYLE OF PERPETUAL EVIL, THERE IS NO HOPE 4 PEACE AND RECONCILLIATION!

TRUST2KNO, GOD’S PLAN FOR MAN IS ALWAYS SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER THAN ANYTHING PEOPLE CAN COME UP WITH ON THEIR OWN! #FACT

GOOD MORNING FAMILY! GOTTA MOMENT! GLORRAAA BE TO GOD!

Once again we’re delighted that you have joined us in our Weekly Thursday Corporate Prayer and Fasting!  We are grateful for every opportunity allotted us to come before The Throne of our Majestic King, entreating His Help to sustain us through the concerns and cares of life’s maladies!  As we enter into His Presence with hopeful anticipation, we lift our voices in adoration and praise… 

O magnify The Lord! For He is worthy to be praise! O magnify The Lord, for He is Worthy to be praised. Hosanna, Blessed Be The ROCK, BLESSED BE THE ROCK OF MY SALVATION! HOSANNA! BLESSED BE THE ROCK OF MY SALVATION!  

GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS, O GOD OUR FATHER! There is no shadow of turning with Thee. Thou changes not Thy compassions they fail not. As Thou hast been Thou forever will be. Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see And all I have needed Thy hand hath provided. Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord unto me…

Our Father God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, we come before You to Magnify and Hallow Your Name far above our circumstances! Humbled by Your Sustaining Grace, Preserving Mercy and Unrelenting, Unconditional Love, we’re eternally grateful for one more opportunity to behold The Glory of Your Presence! You are our Awesome Provider, Protector, The Commander of The Angelic Hosts, Seated E,nthroned above the Circle of The Earth! We recognize that it’s  only Your Sovereign Wisdom and Strength that has allowed us to live today! We thank You for revealing to us such wondrous treasures once hidden from our understanding, when we walked surrounded by darkness, as dead men in the earth without a God on our side!

Abba Father, because of You, we cherish this day and dare not take it for granted as if we have a right to be alive! It’s  in You that we live, move and have our being! Oh, how awesome are Your deeds! For by Your Mighty Hand You have preserved us and kept our feet from slipping from our Mother’s wombs until this very moment!

Precious Lord, standing beneath an Open Heaven, unto Thee, we lift up our souls, thanking You for allowing us the privilege to express the feelings of our infirmities, the sorrows, the disappointments, our doubts and fears, anger, depression and despair! With a Holy Boldness, rooted and grounded in Your Peace, anchored in The Word of Your Power, Your Everlasting Faithfulness, clad in the Whole Armor of God, we clinging to The soothing Truth that Your Righteousness shall be revealed in us to the saving of our souls!

We thank You for reminding  us that we are not wrestling against mere mortals, but are engaged in spiritual warfare with Satanic forces controlled by evil scheming, deception rulers of darkness and wickedness in high places! Moreover, we have Your assurance, having sworn by Godself, that You will never leave us or abandon us but will always cause us to triumph victoriously over every weapon that’s formed against us! We proclaim You as our God of Hope, Help, Refuge and Strength!

Omniscient, Compassionate Creator, forgive us for breaking Your Heart as You looking down, seeing the world in Crisis, the global confusion, systemic racism and gross injustices!  Awaken Your Church to repentance, turn our eyes and our hearts again to You that we might persevere and not faint, but diligently seek Your Face in prayer and supplications confident that You are the Only Answer to every situation! Gird up the loins of our minds that as we go from strength to strength, become Shining Lights of Your Glory in the midst of this present darkness, to guide lost souls to The Cross!

Set a guard over our tongues that our anger and anguish does not cause us to sin against Thee but speak LIFE to DEAD things! Let our enemies be confounded and troubled forever; fill their faces with shame that they may see Your Name.

Bless those who are yet struggling to disciple their fleshly desires, bringing them into alignment with Your Perfect Will. Transforms minds that are oppressed and tormented by demonic spirits! Encourage those who are struggling to trust you with EVERYTHING THAT’S HINDERING AND DISTRACTING THEM FROM WALKING IN FAITHFUL OBEDIENCE TO THE LIGHT OF YOUR WORD! Help us to push pass pride, arrogance, betrayal, bitterness and resentment that we may forgive those who have wronged us! 

We lift up those who are still leaning to their own understanding and those who are ye rejecting Your Grace and Mercy! Remember those who have suffered the lost  of loved ones, the Mothers/Fathers who’re grieved by wayward, rebellious children; intervene on behalf of the Husbands/Wives who’re enduring all kinds of abuse and lift up the lonely! Heal those who’re affected by COVID-19 and all manner of sicknesses and diseases! Cover the protestors, the essential and frontline workers, 1st responders, caretakers, the elderly, the prisoners, the poor, cast-down and the homeless!

We lift up the secular and spiritual leaders and ask that You fill them with Wisdom and Compassion!

Perfect and minister to the cares and concerns of all who are standing in agreement with this prayer! Restore marriages, family relationships, bring about household salvations, divine health and wholeness even as You prosper our finances! Please restore those things that have been lost during this pandemic!

We’re believing that You are doing a new thing in each of our lives and in the Church Universal! As we strategically transition out of our old mindsets and norms into the next realm of our revelation of The Wonders of Your Greatness, create in us clean hearts and renew in us right spirits that we won’t track the mud of our past into the future that You have Divinely orchestrated for us,!

Grace us with Joyful, Confident Expectation, trusting wholly that You O Sovereign Lord of Life are still in control, working all things together for our greatest good and Your Highest Glory!

Abba Father, believing that before we ask, it’s already done, we thank You NOW! We seal this prayer, continuously praising and exalting The Precious Name of Jesus Christ together with a Holy Hallelujah and Amen 3X!

ETERNAL TRUTHS!

 

I will make a covenant of peace with them. It shall be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will set them in their land^[a] and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in their midst forevermore. ²⁷ My dwelling place shall be with them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. ²⁸ Then the nations will know that I am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.” Ezekiel 37:26-28

One of my favorite Gospel Hymns that I often ask my hubby to sing for me (and if you’ve ever heard me sanng you’d understand why) opens with these words, “Time is filled with swift transition. Not of earth or moon can stand. Build your hopes on things eternal. Hold to God’s unchanging hand. Trust in Him who will not leave you. Whatsoever years may bring. When my earthly friends forsaken. Still more closely to Him cling.” 

TRUTHBTOLD, unless you were born late last night or arrived on planet Earth early this morning, you’ve got to agree that these words ring uncomfortably familiar and far too relevant to 2020! #ijs It’s as if the  signs, times and seasons have been Divinely Orchestrated from The End to The Beginnings!

At this writing, we’ve just breached the 6th month of the Year that many prophesied “The Year of Clarity of Vision”! Yet, few would’ve dared to imagine that the entire world would be called to a universal “TIME OUT” and sent to their rooms, isolated and quarantined by a pandemic world wind invasion of an invisible enemy indiscriminately seeking to ravage the land destroying anything/everyone and successfully killing hundreds of thousand people in it’s path! 

And before we dared ask, ‘What’s next?’, #BOOM!  The covers were snatched off of the neatly fitted beds of ease, exposing the RAW TRUTH of Systemic Racism, deeply embedded into the culture of The Land of The Free, as the world sat stunned staring in the face of Mr. George Floyd gasping for breath and calling for his deceased Mama, while his assailant’s knee pushed against his neck, draining the last ounce of life out of his body!  Looming in the frontal lobes of every sane mind the question seeps out, ‘IS AMERICA GREAT AGAIN…YET?’

Can I tell ya, I almost…! Then, I remembered Mama Carter’s words, “Baby, stick with the praying part of the Churrch, cuz everything else is going down, BUT THE WORD OF GOD!”  I remember the ol’ saints telling us “U gotta wear this world like a loose fitting coat so you can slip out of it in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye”!  I guess that was their way of warning us to expect the unexpected and stay prepared for the certainty of uncertainties in life, huh?

In a world where idolatry is socially acceptable and abnormal is the preferred norm, how is this possible? First, you gotta know where and in whom to anchor your personal trust and preserve all of your HOPE!  Beloved, please make sure THAT THAT’S JESUS, THE PRINCE OF PEACE!  The Scripture declares that those who abide in a Covenant Relationship with God, inherited through the Redemption of Jesus’ Blood, have a confident assurance that ‘come what may’  my Salvation remains stable, unmovable, unified under One Preeminent King, sanctified by One Lord,  knitted and grounded in One Faith!

Our Heavenly Father, having sworn by GOD-SELF, abideth Faithful to The Kingdom Constitution! Rest assured, “I will never leave you nor abandon you” ( Ref. Hebrews 13:5) When it seems as if the world has turned upside down, in Heaven’s Perspective, it’s right-side up! In other words, TRUST2KNO, EVERYTHING IS MOVING BY THE POWER OF GOD AND NOTHING CAN PREVENT THE FULFILLMENT OF HIS ETERNAL PURPOSE!

“The Lord GOD has sworn by Himself, the LORD God of hosts has declared: “I loathe the arrogance of Jacob, And detest his citadels; Therefore I will deliver up the city and all it contains.” Amos 6:8

GOOD MORNING FAMILY! GOTTA MOMENT? AWESOME! 

We’re so thankful to our Heavenly Father for allowing us to enter into His Presence, once again, seeking His Face, acknowledging His Mercy and Grace, The Only Wise Savior and Lord of Life. As we come before His Majestic Thrown, entreating His Compassionate Care, we cast all our care upon Him, The Very Present Help and The Only Hope of Salvation, Deliverance and Healing, LIFTING OUR VOICES IN WORSHIP, ADORATION AND PRAIZ,.. 

Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty! Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.
Holy, holy, holy! Merciful and mighty! God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!

Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore thee, casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea; cherubim and seraphim falling down before thee, who wert, and art, and evermore shalt be.

Holy, holy, holy! Though the darkness hide thee, though the eye of sinful man thy glory may not see, only thou art holy; there is none beside thee perfect in pow’r, in love, and purity.

Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty! All thy works shall praise thy name in earth and sky and sea. Holy, holy, holy! Merciful and mighty! God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!

 

ABBA FATHER,  Take hold of our hearts and our hands, lead and guide us thru this wilderness land. For Thy has been our Help from our Mothers’ wombs, and Your Faithfulness has preserved us thru every test, trial, temptation, trauma, tragedy triumphantly. Therefore unto Thee, Kind Father,  we come once again,  lifting up our souls, committing the uncertainties of these unstable times to Thee.

Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, Thou that lead Joseph like a flock, Thou that dwellest between the cherubims,  IN THE MIDST OF THIS PRESENT DARKNESS, SHINE FORTH! Stir up Thy Strength, Stir up Thy Compassion; come and save us. Turn again, O God, and cause Thy Face to shine, and we shall be saved!

O Lord, GOD of hosts, how long will You be angry against the prayer of Thy people, while we feed on the bread and drink of tears? You have made us a strife to our neighbors while our enemies laugh among themselves. TURN US AGAIN, O GOD OF HOSTS, AND CAUSE THY FACE TO SHINE, AND WE SHALL BE SAVED! 

We must confess that it appears as if You have broken down the hedges around us, so that many are looking upon us as they pass by the way, plucking our strength, draining our hope and filling our hearts with fear and restlessness! REMEMBER MERCY, O GOD! 

RETURN, we beseech Thee, O God of Hosts, look down from Heaven and behold Your creation! Visit the Vine that You have planted and made strong for Thyself when You delivered us out of  our sinful Egyptian captivity! Let Thy Right Hand rest upon those Who You called unto Thy Side. So that we will not go back from Thee, quicken us, and we will call upon Thy Holy Name! TURN US AGAIN, O LORD GOD OF HOSTS, CAUSE THY FACE TO SHINE AND WE SHALL BE SAVED!

SPEAK LORD, OPEN THE EYES OF OUR UNDERSTANDING, MAKE KNOWN TO US THY WILL THAT WE MAY BE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF OUR MINDS, DETERMINED TO DO THOSE THINGS WHICH YOU HAVE REQUIRED OF US THAT WILL BRING GLORY TO YOUR NAME!

“Hear, O My people, and I will testify unto Thee, O Israel, if thou will hearken unto me; There shall no strange god be in thee, neither shall thou worship any strange god. I AM THE LORD thy GOD, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt; open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. BUT, MY PEOPLE would not harken to My Voice, and Israel would NONE OF ME. So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust; and they walked in their own counsels. OH that MY people had harkened unto me, and Israel had WALKED IN MY WAYS! I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned MY HAND against their adversaries.

The haters of the LORD, should have submitted themselves unto him, but their time should have endured forever. He should have fed them also with the finest of the wheat; and with honey out of the rock, should I have satisfied thee.”

Precious Lord, remember not against us  our former iniquities; let Thy tender mercies speedily preserve us; for WE ARE BROUGHT VERY LOW! HELP US, O GOD of our Salvation, for The Glory of THY NAME; and DELIVER US, PURGE AWAY OUR SINS, for THY NAME SAKE!

Sweet Holy Spirit, remove the reproach and shame that  our slothfulness, compromises and rebellion has brought upon Thy reputation! Wherefore should the heathen say, “Where is their God? Let him be known among the heathen in our sight by the revenging of the Blood of Thy servants which is shed. Let the signing of the prisoners come before Thee! Our eyes and our hears mourn by reason of this affliction. We have called upon thee daily and once again we bow, stretching out of hands unto Thee!

According to the Greatness of Your Power, REMEMBER MERCY, O GOD and preserve those that are appointed to die! Render unto our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom their reproach that they have reproached thee, O Lord! REBUKE THE DEVOURER, CUT DOWN THOSE WHO MAKE MOCKERY OF YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, REWARD THE HEATHENS WHO HAVE COME INTO THY INHERITANCE, DESECRATING AND DEFILING THY HOLY TEMPLES!

AS WE CLOSE OUR PRAYER, WE CALL UPON THE NAME THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN US AS A SIGN OF OUR COVENANT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE KING OF kings AND THE LORD OF lords, THE NAME THAT IS ABOVE EVERY OTHER NAME, THAT NAME AT WHICH EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND EVERY TONGUE SHALL CONFESS, WE CALL JESUS!

SWEET JESUS, INCLINE YOUR EAR UNTO OUR CRIES! LOOK UPON OUR SOULS THAT HAVE FALLEN INTO TROUBLE THAT WE HAVE NO POWER AND STRENGTH, AS MERE MORTALS, TO DRAW OUT OF OURSELVES. LET OUR PRAYERS RISE ABOVE OUR CIRCUMSTANCES AND COME UP BEFORE THEE AS A SWEET SMELLING SAVIOR, So we Your people and sheep of Your pasture will give thee thanks forever and show forth Your Praise to all generations!  WITH EXCEEDING CONFIDENCE AND HOPE-FILLED JOY WE SHALL FOREVER SING OF YOUR MERCIES AND SHOUT AMEN 3X ALLELUJAH 3X!

Is it just me, or have you noticed the newest 21st Century jargon? The sheer variety of objectivity seem to suggests that there has been an awakening in the consciousness of The Millenniums that has shifted away from ‘It’s all about me’ to ‘a genuine concern for the well-being of ‘other than self’!  Or NOT! Okay yall, I’m might as well let the cat outta the bag. I’m referring to the popular trending idiom ‘MATTERS’.

Apparently, everything and the kitchen sink, has taken on a persona of distinctive significance. And there’s a T-shirt somewhere out there to prove it! Hey, I’m not judging, simply highlighting the obvious, k? If you ask anybody what are some of the things that they’re most interested in, it’s guaranteed that their responses would be endless. However, may I suggest that given the innate nature of humans to be drawn to individual preferences, in order to secure its fundamental security and uniformity, certain things are essential to the future of any society!

Obviously, there will be those who’d swear that being ‘pet parents’ is no different from parenting ‘live children’ or wearing pants 25 inches below your waist-line to a job interview is as acceptable as nudity in a court room. As long as you’re comfortable with yourself, huh? Now that The Supreme Court has determined that regardless of sexual orientation, Love Matters! The capitalist affirm that it’s the bottom line that counts, not human rights! After all, The current Administration validifies, in a daily Tweet, that dollars take precedence over deaths, “AM I RIGHT ABOUT IT’?  Hence Money Matters! Since, The NRA ascribes to ‘the right to bear arms’, above the ‘right to live in a safe neighborhoods’ thus—everybody’s packin! Billions of funds are being funneled to Animal Rights activists discreetly away from those insidious issues of  notable disparages in the justice system, education, salaries, healthcare, homelessness and hunger! Seriously! #DON’TSHOUTMEDOWNNAH!

Of course, we are not implying that as Christians we’re not supposed to have interests outside of the church. But! Does anyone care about what Matters to God? Well? Looking at the more contemporary-all-embracing, newly-enlightened, come-as-u-r-stay-as-u-r doctrines of the 21st Century church, apparently, ain’t nobody got time for dat? 

It’s common place, now that church-folk tend to gravitate (assembling together) to like-minded sophisticated folk who prefer creature comforts above christian character! And if the ol’ skool preacha insists on sticking to those irrevelant antiquated suggestions of The Holy Bible and preachilng against SIN, well we can just Google the net and fine another church that’s more conducive to our religious persuasions!

Far be it for me to infer that Father GOD knows what’s best for His Children! However, isn’t that the reason that He drew us out of the world? God wants us to be happy and holy! That’s why He sent The Holy Spirit to live in us, leading and guiding us through the maze of a hellish sin-lusting world, instilling godly morals to assure that we get safely home to Heaven’s Glory! “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:” Heb. 12:14

It’s perfectly understandable that an unregenerated person has no hope beyond this life, hence their universe is focused on accumulating a wealth of materialistic trinkets! However, where did so many carnal-minded Christians come from? #ijs!!!

Pardon my folly, but I still remember when those who have a personal trust in Christ, peering through  the clarity of the Scriptures, standing tippy-toed on the backs of  ‘dem ol’ folk,  looking toward Eternity, wore our earthly life as a loose-fitting overcoat, easily discarded and replaced by the robes of righteousness, laced with Love, Loyalty, Grace and Mercy as garments of praiz! WOW! #GOALS #KINGDOM MATTERS!
