SELAH Daily Devotions!

 

When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who knows my way. In the path where I walk men have hidden a snare for me. Look to my right and see; no one is concerned for me. I have no refuge; no one cares for my life.

Set me free from my prison, that I may praise your name. Then the righteous will gather about me because of your goodness to me. Psalm 142:3-4,7

 

LIFE happens!  Whether we embrace it or ignore it, time is spiraling into eternity at the speed of life. Most of us do our best to respond to the inevitable uncertainties maintaining an assemblance of confidence and control! Amen? Howevvrrrr, there are those uninvited episodes when the roof just comes crashing down and the very foundation of your being quakes uncontrollably leaving you traumatized by tragedy and utterly destroying every ounce of normalcy!

The subscript of today’s scriptures says this text was penned by David finding himself victimized by Saul’s inner insecurities and covetousness, hiding in a cave, imprisoned by the hopelessness of circumstances beyond his control! I know it’s socially inappropriate for us to discuss such matters publicly, BUT! Since it’s jus us, have you ever been ensnared by a state of desperation, despair and hopelessness, and try as you might, couldn’t muster up enough strength to pull yourself up out of a pit full of depression?

I realize that this might be a stretch,  BUT! Have you ever been surrounded by a crowd of people, simultaneously isolated and paralyzed by inner fears, feeling as if no one really cared about you? Of course, we realize who the originator of these irrational thoughts and conflicting emotions is, that ly’n devil, right? ‘Cuse me, may I submit this thought for your consideration, right here? I believe that the same God who Divinely orchestrates our mountaintop experiences also schedules sporadic excursions through death-valleys! Yet, you must understand that everybody is not assigned to your hardships and struggles! Hence, you have to be careful who is privy to your vulnerabilities!  Uuuh, remember, Job’s frienemies?

It’s during these times that we need a freedom that’s only accessible through a personal intimate relationship with The Overseer of your soul! Isn’t it just good to know that when the Bible invites us to take it to the Lawd in prayer, that it includes the bad, ugly and indifferent as well as the good and wonderful! Why waste time acting as if You need Jesus to meet you in the penthouse, when you’re stuck in the cellar?#ijs, God already knows everything about everything! He’s jus waiting for you to speak up!

It just delights our Heavenly Father’s heart, knowing that we trust Him to BE GOD in, through and over our lives!  Didjaheardat? DATZ JUS HOW MUCH HE REALLY LOVES AND CARES ! #AWEMAAZIN, huh? I KNOW HE CARES 4 U & ME! GIVE YOUR ALL 2 JESUS!

And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house. And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully. And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner. And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.

And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham. For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Luke 19:5-10

 

According to the latest statistics of The US Census Bureau regarding the world population in 2016, there are approximately 7,346,235,000 people on earth, as of August 23, 2016! These numbers are expected to increase at a rate of 1.13% annually! WOW! Who Knu?

Have you ever gazed up at the night sky  and wondered, ‘IS THERE ANYONE WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT ME?’ Oooh, I’m not saying that You don’t know that GOD is REAL and believe that HIS WORD IS TRUTH! But, I’m just wondering if you’ve ever entertained the thought, given the enormity of individuals inhabiting Terra Firma, ‘What’s the chance that God has time to be concerned about what’s going on in my life, at any given moment? I mean, something like 1 in 7 billion? YET! That’s exactly what The HOLY BIBLE says! While many are called, The God of all flesh chooses us, name by name!

Perhaps, Zacchaeus pondered these very thoughts before risking public humiliation in front of the ever increasing crowds of folk who followed this new Prophet from Galilee! Being the Chief Tax Collector, he was already ostracized as it was. Yall know how folk feel about the IRS. Unless it involves a refund check, huh? Even though Zacchaeus was at the top of his profession and apparently extremely wealthy, we can safely assume that he didn’t have a whole lot of real friends. But for reasons, yet undisclosed by Scriptures, when he heard that Jesus was passing through town, Zacchaeus was driven by a passionate desire to get close to Jesus!

Now, we know that nothing Jesus did was by happenstance; wherever He went, He was sent on assignment. Nonetheless, who would  ever expect Jesus to make time out of His busy schedule for a face-to-face encounter with the likes of Zacchaeus! According to historical accounts, Jesus, Himself had testified that it’s easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into Heaven. (Ref. Matthew 19:24) No! It’s not because The Father just wants poor folk, but because most wealthy people believe that everything they’ve accomplished, they’ve achieved on their own. So there’s no reason to submit to nobody—especially an Invisible Superior Being. After all, when this life is over, it’s over! Right?

Apparently, life had led Zacchaeus to the inevitable conclusion, ‘With all that I have, it’s still not enough to make me whole. Something missing, and from the stories I’ve heard, perhaps this MAN, JESUS, can fill the gaping hole in my life!’  Zacchaeus’ decision was eternally life-changing for himself as well as his family! He determined within himself that he would not allow anything to stand between his soul and His Savior. Hence, he ran ahead of the crowd, climbed a sycamore tree and went out on a limb to make sure that he didn’t miss Jesus!

I must confess, having grown up vertically challenged, I know what it’s like to be the runt of the pack, never quite measuring up to the crowd, as if you had a choice in being who God created you to be!

Unfortunately, the crowds aren’t the only things that keep some people from getting close to Jesus.! What about, pride, self-righteousness, education, careers, drinking and druggin, adultery and fornication, lying and cheating? And we can’t forget what would happen when the people we hang out with find out that we’ve given our lives completely over to Jesus 4 REAL! Yeah, sometimes we might have to climb over a whole lotta stuff to get to Jesus, huh? Nevertheless, like Zach, sooner or later everyone must answer, why am I here, where am I going and what am I going to do about Jesus? Whether we decide to accept or reject the Savior’s free gift of Grace, not one of us can remain indifferent!

Zach said, ‘I’m going to do whatever I need to do to get to the only ONE, who truly knows me, loves me and believes that I was worth dying for!’ Amazingly, Jesus knowing exactly where Zacchaeus was, spoke to him specifically as if He was the only person that He’d come to see! The Good News is…Jesus doesn’t play favorites! #didjaheardat?

Beloved, you are somebody special to Jesus! The Ol’ Skool preacha said, “He left His Home in Glory, came down thru 40 and 2 generations, was mocked, jailed, beaten, crucified, died, was buried, went down to hell before ascending back to Heaven, to be seated at the right side of The Father Eternally! There now, as our Great High Priest, He intercedes on our behalf, pleading for mercy, forgiveness and grace, waiting for you and I to come to the end of ourselves and seek SINCERELY after Him with all our hearts, minds, body and spirit!

The next question is, what risks are you willing to take to reach Jesus? What are you willing to let go of to lay hold of everything that Christ has prepared for you? How far are you willing to go to get closer to Him? #OUTONALIMB! #REALLY?

GOTTA MOMENT?

Good Morning Family, once again, we are excited to ask you to join us today in our Thurdays Corporate Fasting and Prayer ! We know that there’s much to place before The Throne of Mercy and Grace personally and on behalf of our loved ones, friends and this entire world in which we live. As them ol’ skool saints used to say, “those who know the word and worth of prayer’ let’s us pray believing that God hears and answers according to the Power that works within us!

OOOOH HOW I LOVE JESUS! OOOHHH HOW I LOVE JESUS! OOOH HOW I LOVE JESUS! BECAUSE HE FIRST LOVED MEEEE! HE IS SO WONDERFUL, HE IS SOOO WONDERFUL, HE IS SOOO WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL JESUS…WONDERFUL GOD… AND HERE WE ARE TO WORSHIP, HERE WE ARE TO BOW DOWN, HERE WE ARE TO SAY THAT YOU’RE OUR GOD! YOU’RE ALTOGETHER LOVELY, ALTOGETHER WORTHY, ALTOGETHER WONDERFUL! Shall we pray?

Almighty Lord God, in The Precious Name of our Redeemer, Jesus Christ, we come together now thanking You for this day! For this is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it! We bless You Lord Jesus for making a Way for us to approach The Throne of Mercy with a holy boldness and confidence that You sit on The Right Side of The God Who Is, Was, and Shall Eternally Be The One True God, Creator of Everything!

Heavenly Father, with eternal gratitude we bless You for allowing us to enter into Your Throne Room, hope-filled that You will entreat us graciously as we pour out the burdens that seem to overwhelm our hearts and releasing everything that concerns us.

Lord, we know that You are Omniscient, Omnipresent, You see and You already know everything about everyone of us, yet You have welcomed us to come to You, and find Mercy and Grace to comfort, strengthen and encourage us to hold on to every Word that You have spoken over our lives, before we were born! We ask that Holy Spirit, intercede on our behalf, our family, our friends, even our enemies. Lord, we stand humbly before Your Sovereignty, asking you to forgive us for everything that we, your servants, have spoken, done and thought that was not pleasing in Your sight!

We thank You now because You have assured us that if we would confess our sins, You, Abba being Faithful and Just will forgive us, and wash us in The Precious Blood of Jesus, cleansing us from all unrighteousness, and restoring the breach that our disobedience has caused between our poor souls and our Lord and Savior, Jesus!

Lord, as we come reverently praying for all our sisters and brothers,  we ask that The Prince of Peace fill our hearts and our homes with peace, love, and joy! We ask , believing that You are The Author, Sustainer and Finisher of our faith, therefore we’re trusting that every eye that reads and says this Prayer come to know that there is no problem, no circumstance, no situation that is greater than our God, for You Father God are greater than all,  greater in all,  greater through all, and  greater upon all. For You Holy Father, are the Most High God, Almighty of all the Universes is truly the Greatest of All!

Father, we pray as you have commanded in Your Holy Word, for all our enemies, and those who have used and abused us, and have lifted up their hands and their tongue against us, we now forgive them for all they have done. In Jesus Name, for we are Children of God.
Abba Father, we are so grateful that as we continue to walk closely with You, we understand that every battle that we have ever encountered in our lives is always in the control of Your Loving Hands, for You, have Sovereignly Ordained everything to work together for my highest good and Your Greater Glory!

Lord, while we try to please You by trusting in Your Word, You know that sometimes, it’s difficult to over-ride the noise of the pestilence, the chaos of uncertainty and the pain of condemnation, guilt, and shame that seems to lure us into the valleys shadowed with danger, fear, anger, bitterness, anxiety, hopelessness and self-doubt! That’s why we gladly run to You, daily to find refuge, peace, restoration that You have prepared for any who would come to You in hope-filled assurance that You will never deny Your Word! Heavenly Father, we’re forever praising and Glorifying Your Name for continuing to renew our strength, understanding and power as we open our hearts to You, depending and relying only on You.

Sweet Jesus, as we yield before Your Face, we intercede for anyone who has not yet acknowledged You as The Only Way to receive Your Gracious Salvation!  Father, we’re believing You to ignite a spirit of Godly-repentance that infuses a “Yes” in their heart and in their mind and that they will have a desire to come to you today and receive You as their personal Lord and Savior! Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception, complacency, indifference and ask that You quicken  an urgency in them, knowing that You are coming back to judge the world sooner than they thought and we must be prepared to receive You in Peace!

We pray for every one who has, for whatever reason, walked away from You, be provoked by the anointing that is on our prayer, to come back to you today and that You will put a new ‘Commited YES LORD’ in their hearts and a willful obedience in their spirit to live the rest of their lives faithful and committed to Your WILL (WORD) and WAYS!

Father God, we ask that anyone reading this prayer, wondering why they even find themselves reading it, will bow their hearts toward You now, confessing their need for You in their lives, acknowledging Your Amazing Love towards them and in appreciation will invite The Lord Jesus Christ to come into my life and change my heart now!

Abba Father, we pray for the elderly, the widows, the downcast who have born the heat of the day, and have been those who pushed and prayed us through, Lord fill their hearts and minds with Your sweet Peace and unspeakable Joy.

Lord, we pray for the leaders of governments world-wide, knowing their hearts are in Your Hands, we believe that You will visit them in the night season and command them to do Your Will. Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher and Teacher. Undergird them with Your Anointing to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and the ministry You have ordained.

Father, as we lift up our children, our children’s children and by faith, canceling every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them, committing them into Your providential care, we realize that You have a plan and purpose for their lives too and we have the blessed assurance that their steps are being ordered by Your eyes!

Father, stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name that they will have a desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship with Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that they might prove what is the perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

We ask that You continue to open the eyes of understanding so that your people are not easily deceived by those who would desire to entrap Your children in bondage to that which you have delivered us from.

Father, we believe that every demonic-induced spirit of temptation, perversion, addiction, rejection, self-hate, suicide, fear and failure is already defeated by Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness is being released now, in Jesus Name!

Father, we rejoice now in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame and defeat, turning their backs from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayers as sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Lord God, there are so many other things, that we have yet to mention, but we’re trusting, believing you to fix it, Jesus as only You can!

Father because Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God, my Lord,  Savior, and Eternal King, we confess TODAY that I AM HIGHLY FAVORED BY GOD and man, I AM THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD, COVERED IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB AND WALK IN THE LOVE OF CHRIST JESUS!

As we offer up this prayer we’re praising and thanking You in advance, knowing that You are not just able, but willing to do anything that we ask, in accordance to Your Word!

We pray that these words be believed, received and accepted into the hearts of every eye that sees them and every tongue that confesses them In  that Name of Jesus Christ!  Amen 3x! It is done! Alleluia!

NOW, BELOVED, GO TELL SOMEONE THAT JESUS STILL CARES!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: (Matthew 7:7)

Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. (Acts 3:6)

While there are undoubtedly many attributes that can rightly be ascribed to our Lord and Savior, may I submit to you that there’s one that is often neglected—Jesus The Master Economist! Jesus specializes in managing the world to ensure that nothing’s wasted, missing or lacking. Every Word that He speaks never returns to Him void but completes the very intent to which it is sent! (Ref. Isaiah 55:11)

Jesus is intentional! Jesus was commissioned to come into this earth by His Heavenly Father for a specific purpose; the expansion of The Kingdom of God in the earth. Strangely, though He chose to accomplish this seemingly impossible task by releasing the Seed of Potential into the hearts of His elect, thereby expanding the faith of humanity! “I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels–a plentiful harvest of new lives.” John 12:24 NLT

The Master Carpenter has a habit of setting you up in custom-designed circumstances to stretch your faith. I believe that anyone of Jesus’ disciples would readily testify how Jesus was constantly pulling them outside of their comfort zone. Remember that day when Jesus was preaching out in the desert to about 20 thousand folk, and suddenly turned to them nonchalantly saying, ‘Ok, it’s getting late so let’s feed the people”. (Ref. Luke 9:16) Can you imagine them looking at one another shocked, confused and wondering which one of them had pre-ordered a banquet lunch before they left town?

And what about that widow of Zarepheth, finding herself hopelessly trapped in a desperate situation, resolved to fix this last meal for herself and her son—and diewhen suddenly interrupted by Elijah The Prophet, who insisted that she make him a pancake first! Yet, the scriptures tell us that her faithful obedience released an unexpected miracle that not only sustained her and her household but outlasted the famine! (Ref. 1 Kings 17:7-16)

Guess what, He’s still doing it today!

I know, we’ve all heard preachers preach (and it’s biblically correct) that God doesn’t put more on you than you can bear; however, we can’t deny thatsometimesssss, Jesus will ask us to do things that are way beyond our personal realm of possibility, comprehension and ability! Amen??? What we must come to realize is that we’re beckoned to these challenging predicaments, not to diminish us but to grow us! While uncomfortable to our flesh, they are God-ordained opportunities to experience the Supernatural Encompassing Sufficiency of God’s Presence, Power and Providential Care!

Beloved, Jesus invites you into these holy moments to prove that His Strength is made perfect in our weaknesses! (Ref. 2 Corinthians 12:9)

It behooves us to stop focusing on what you don’t have (deficiency) and set your attention towards WHO you do have, huh? If you will give God your trust, even if it’s no greater than a mustard seed, He will always exceed your expectations!#ijs

Sooooo, what’s going on in your life now, that’s too hard for you and Jesus to handle?

REMEMBER, ANY PROBLEM + JESUS = VICTORY! DEMAND & SUPPLY!

Behold, the whirlwind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked. The fierce anger of the Lord shall not return, until he hath done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it. Jeremiah 30:23-24

LOOK OUT…then LOOK UP! These are indeed the times of Jacob’s deep trouble distress prophesied in The Bible! Looking around, you can’t help but to see tragedy, corruption and injustice. So one might erroneously conclude that the fires of darkness have prevailed, releasing double turmoil and chaos on the land, from which there is no recovery!

Obviously, the people of God have not been excluded from the suffering, pain and disparity. In the midst of the overwhelming darkness, some will succumb to fear, giving in to the seducing spirits of the Tempter, turning their faces away from The Hope of Glory and drift over to the enemy’s fire, as if Satan has the power to save them. LOL!

However, don’t be befuddled by the jeers of the false prophets, GOD ALWAYS HAS A NUMBER WHO REFUSE TO BOW! Hence, there yet remains that Faithful Remnant who have determined, “COME WHAT MAY…I WILL trust in the One that the world has rejected, my proven Chief Corner Stone, with all of my heart, mind, soul and spirit!”

Jesus, The True and Faithful Witness, has given His chosen, everything that we shall ever need to endure these hardships as good soldiers! Hence, as we stand solidly on The Rock of our Salvation, taking God at His Word, in due season, we shall see the reward of the wicked and the servants of God exalted!

Always remember! Those who have a personal faith relationship with The Redeemer and Restorer, have an Incorruptible Hope that’s far beyond this world! (Ref. 1 Peter 1:23)

The Righteous Judge has decreed, “I AM keeping watch over MY Word to perform it. Don’t be afraid! I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS! I see everything that you’re going through and I WILL enter into your darkness AND TURN IT AROUND to save and deliver you! AGAIN!

Don’t worry about those fair weather folk who mock and dismiss your faith as ‘hopeless fanatic ignorance’! But cling to ME, for you are MY very own people and I WILL BE YOUR VERY OWN GOD!”

My fellow sojourners, BE STEADFAST, UNMOVABLE ALWAYS ABOUNDING IN THE WORK OF OUR LORD! (Ref. 1 Corinthians 15:8)

WHEN THE DUST SETTLES, YOUR ENEMIES WILL BE LEFT GROVELING IN THE DIRT, HEADS SPINNING , MOUTHS GAPPING IN ABSOLUTE WONDER, “didjaseedat?”

CHECK THE BACK OF THE BOOK! JUSTICE PREVAILS! WE WIN AND ZION SHALL STAND FOREVER! GOD TURN’T IT!

GOOD MORNING FAMILY! GOTTA MOMENT? Awesome! Once again, we are excited to invite you to join us today, in our weekly day of Corporate Prayer and Fasting! SHALL WE PRAY?

 
Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus And to take Him at His Word! Just to rest upon His promise. And to know thus saith the Lord! Jesus, Jesus how I trust Him. How I proved Him o’er and o’er. Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus! Oh, for grace to trust Him more; Oh, for GRACE 2 Trust U more…We love U Lord, and we lift our voice; to worship U O my soul, rejoice! Take joy my KING, in what U hear, and let it be a sweet, sweet, sound in UR ears…let it be a sweet, sweet sound in URRR Ears…

 
Heavenly Father, we come one more time, to thank you for allowing us to see this day! We  have so much to thank You for, and because we refuse to take anything for granted, we praise You for our being able to breathe, see, to hear, walk, talk and even think to pray this morning! We’re so blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. Not only have You have done so much for me,  You keep right on blessing me over and over again! Abba Father, forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to Your Heart. I ask now for Your forgiveness, in The Precious Name of Jesus!

As we embrace the day ahead,  help us to start this day with a new attitude and loads of gratitude. Please keep us safe from all hurt, harm and danger. Let us make the best of each moment that You gift to us! Lord Jesus, clear our minds so that we can hear from You and cleanse our hearts that we may deny ourselves, trust and obey Your Will.

Help me Lord to not whine and whimper over things I have no control. Let me continue to see sin through God’s eyes and acknowledge it as evil. And when I sin, quicken my spirit to repent, and confess with my mouth my wrongdoing, and receive the Gracious forgiveness of my  God!

And when this world closes in on me, please help me remember Jesus’ example — to slip away and find a quiet place to pray. Knowing that prayer is my best response when I’m pushed beyond my limits. I thank You also because I know that when I can’t pray, You listen to my heart and interpret every moan, groan and sigh of my spirit! Father, I thank You that despite of my fractures and dysfunctions , You are yet able to use me to do Your will ensuring The You Alone get The Glory!

Abba Father, continue to bless us that we may be a blessing to others. Keep us strong that we may help the weak.. Keep us uplifted that we may have words of encouragement for others. We pray for those who are lost and can’t find their way. We pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood. We pray for those who don’t know You intimately. We pray for those who will delete this without sharing it with others. We pray for those who don’t believe that You sent Jesus, not to condemn us, but to convict us and to free us from the power, pain and penalty of Sin.

When we look back over our lives, we can’t help but cry out, Thankya for that Blessed Day when You opened our hearts and enabled us to believe and receive the revelation of the Saving Grace of Jesus Christ! We know that You are no respector of persons, and this Grace is yet available to any who will ask!

Father, we know that faith in God not only changes people, it changes me; and only You, O God have the Power to change things! We pray for all our sisters and brothers and for every family member in their households. We’re praying for peace, unity, love and joy in our homes. We believing that Your Divine Favor is being poured out upon everyone now and their faith is rising to a level that they’re faithful and obedient to pay their tithes as You have commanded, releasing supernatural abundance in the area of finances, enabling them to not only come of of debt but also because they put You first, all their needs are met. In Jesus Name!

Father, we’re lifting up our children, our children’s children by faith, as many of them are beginning a new school year, we’re committing them into Your care, realizing that You have a plan and purpose for their lives too; we have the blessed assurance that their steps are being ordered by Your eyes!

We bless you and thank you for President Obama and his family, Secretary Hilliary Clinton and her family. We thank you now that no weapon that is formed against them shall prosper.

We pray for every government, legislative,corporate and spiritual leader; that their hearts be continuously opened to hear and obey Your Will! Lord Jesus, we’re standing on Your Word as decreed that The government of this world shall rest upon Your shoulders and that You are The Eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Father, we declare and decree that every demonic-induced spirit of sickness and disease, yokes of oppression, addiction, perversion, covetness, bitterness and resentment, unforgiveness, hopelessness, doubt and fear is defeated NOW because of Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness and Purpose is being released into the lives of Your people now, in Jesus Name!

Father, we wait humbly in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that every worker of iniquity is trembling and departing suddenly, in shame, turning their backs in defeat and running away from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Heavenly Father, we also ask that every eye that reads this, knows that there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than Our God. Give us hope-filled rest that every battle is in Your Almigty hands for You are El Shaddai!

We pray, Lord Jesus, that these words be conceived and received into the heart and every eye that sees them and every mouth that confesses them willfully.

Abba Father,  we seal this pray with a Thank You NOW, believing that IT IS DONE! In The Exalted Name of  OUR REDEEMER, JESUS. Amen 3X and It Is So!

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL ONE SOMEBODY THAT JESUS IS LORD 2 THE GLORY OF GOD OUR FATHER!

Dual Citizenship! Living in this world while at the same time recognizing that we’re aliens of another Kingdom, occupying this place in time as carriers of The Glory until the return of Jesus Christ, The King is absolutely-mind-blowingly-awemaazin, huh?

But! Sometimes, life comes at us so hard and so fast that we lose consciousness of the core of our faith—Truth—and find our hearts being ripped betwixt two realities. That confident heritage of the saints, is often disrupted by the intrusive presence of aggravating adverse circumstances!

Now, don’t get it twisted! I’m not saying that we forget we’ve been called and chosen by God to be instruments of righteousness at His bidding. Hopefully, most of us have long since gotten past that issue. We believe with all our hearts that one day we will live eternally in Heaven with our Father. But!!! It’s the meantime that keeps tripping us up! Our frail-flawed-fickle, self-centered-fleshy-nature keeps drawing us back to the ol’ days when we sat on The Throne of our hearts, making decisions and judgments according to what seemed right in our own minds! Can I getta Amen?

Remember when that ol’ man had nothing to restrain us from focusing all our time, thoughts and energy on getting whatever we wanted, whenever we thought we needed? We were clueless that we were actually being used by rulers of darkness, hell bent on pulling us away from The Omnipresence, Omniscience, Omnipotence Creator and driving us head first into a sink hole of fear, discouragement, hopelessness and failure!

YEP! We were oblivious to the enemy’s wicked scheme to entrap us; besieging our minds with his ticker-tape alerts forecasting the high probability of hurricane wind gusts, overcast skies of dread, gloom and doom! Unfortunately, for too many of us, Satan’s so competent with his devices that if we’re not careful, we will come into agreement with him, setting the course for fulfillment of the very thing we fear! Hence, when we surrender to our fears, we give validity to them, and worse yet, proving him (The Father of Lies) to be a true prophet!

That is until  Holy Spirit quickens us, reminding us that we’re no longer obligated or enslaved by our former Task Master! When we come to ourselves, purpose in our hearts, settling our affections on things above and acknowledge The Greater One abiding in us, we slam the devil down to his rightful place (under our feet)! Dontchakno? When YOU believe GOD, the tormentor has no choice but to back up off of ya!

When we activate the spiritual weaponry of warfare that God has armed every believer by commanding our minds to think of the Goodness of Jesus and all that He has done, continues to do and promises to do—the Joy of The Lord swells up in our hearts, illuminating our thoughts, erupting inevitable praise!Suddenly, The Glory of His Presence shows up filling our hearts and minds with a peace that passes all understanding! (Ref. 2 Corinthians 10:4 and Philippians 4:7)

Beloved, the next time that lying devil tries to steal your hope, jus throw THE ROCK at him and JUST THINK YOURSELF HAPPY WITH PRAISE!

“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.” Psalm 22:3! Then pick up another rock and seal the victory! “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalm 16:11)

There’s  a theme out there that an athletic company promoted, I know you’ve probably heard it…. JUST DO IT! Well can I share my spin on this whole thing. DROP IT! #GETIT? WELL,  JUS DO IT!

Okay, let me brake it down for you! Instead of rehearsing the dilemma over and over and over in your mind, replaying every scene, every detail, every ounce of pain, inch of failure, every second of disappointment, the depth of the hopelessness – Just Drop It!  Back-off from it. Make the decision, once and for all, I AM THROUGH WITH THIS – RIGHT NOW!  From this moment on, I am going to lean and depend on God to take care of this. 

I hearya! I’ve tried that! It’s easier said than done! I totally get it. But may I offer a suggestion for your consideration? Stop trying to do it yourself!  This might seem to be a strange concept, in a world that teaches independence, self-reliance, pull yourself up by your bootstraps!  But Saints of God, we must remember, first of all, we are in this world but not of it.  The Kingdom of God operates on principles and precepts that are diametrically antithetical to the world’s perspective! The WORD teaches us that God resists the proud but gives grace, strength and help to the humble. (Ref. James 4:6)  Hence, GOD never intended those who’ve turned the reins of their lives over to Jesus, trusting in His Saving Grace, to do life on our own! He sent us help, y’all! The Holy Ghost!  #TILT!!!!
 
Now, I already hear some you thinking, asking, but how? Here’s how!  Ignore it, show a lack of concern for that thing that the enemy is constantly using to torment you!  By acknowledging the Truth –because God cares for you, He’s watching over you and He knows exactly how to bring justice (all things working together for your highest good) into your life. (Ref. Romans 8:28)
 
Next, renew your mind!  Don’t take those negative thoughts, in other words–CONSIDER NOT ! ‘But, but…but how do I do this? ‘ It’s a lot simpler than you might think.  Just try it, think about a cat….see it…now think about a dog….what happened to the cat? 
 
Just think about something else!  Replace that negative thought with a positive one.  Think (set your thoughts, focus on something good, lovely, pure, honest, true, some thing that’s promised in the Word)! (Ref. Philippians 4:8)

Saints, when you intentionally apply GOD’S WORD to your life, it puts Satan in his rightful place! Under your feet! The Word of God tells the devil, “Ooooh H#### No!  It didn’t work the last time, devil and guess what? IT AIN’T GONNA WORK THIS TIME EITHER!” 

Got it? C’mon nah! Now, you pick it up! “AND… OH, BY THE WAY, GO TELL THE REST OF YOUR COHERTS THAT U R STILL A LIAR AND A THIEF! OBVIOUSLY YOU’VE FORGOTTEN. I DON’T BELONG 2 U ANYMORE,  REMEMBER! I BELONG 2 JESUS! THEREFORE, I’VE BEEN ANOINTED, AUTHORIZED AND APPOINTED BY THE LIVING WORD OF GOD TO RESIST YOU; THEREFORE I REFUSE TO ACCEPT YOUR NEGATIVE REPORTS!  AND GUESS WHAT? IF U KNOW WHAT’S GOOD 4 U, U’D GET OUTTA MY WAY! CUZ, I AIN’T FIX’IN 2 DO THAT THING U SAID I COULDN’T, I’M DOING IT!”

GREAT JOB!
 
Now, stop talking about it, stop picking the wound! LET IT GO!  VICTORY IS WAITING 4 U! Didjaheardat? Wel?, Jus do it…DROP IT!  #BOOM!!!!

Good morning Precious Saints of The Most High God! GOTTA MOMENT? AMAAZIN!

Once again, we’re asking that you join us in our Thursdays’ Day of Corporate Prayer and Fasting. Let’s bow our hearts Heavenward, yielding our spirits to The True Source of Life and Light!

HERE I AM TO WORSHIP, HERE I AM TO BOW DOWN, HERE I AM TO SAY THAT YOU’RE MY GOD, YOU’RE ALTOGETHER WORTHY, ALTOGETHER LOVELY, ALTOGETHER WONDERFUL TO ME! …

PRECIOUS ONES, WE’RE PRAYING, BELIEVING AND DECREEING…

Abba Father, we come before You today, In the Magnificent, All Powerful Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus, rejoicing, praising and thanking You for blessing us to see one more brand new day! For we recognize that it was not because of any goodness of our own that we live, move and have our being and we quickly thank You, Father for another opportunity to embrace and enjoy the abundance of Your Mercy, Your Grace, Your Power and Your Peace!

Heavenly Father, it is with unspeakable joy that we Thank You for being The God of our Salvation, Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision! With heartfelt humility and sincere gratitude, we acknowledge that Amazing Grace, Compassion and Faithfulness that allows You, knowing our frame, YET contine to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities and minister to all of our need!

We offer up precious praise from hearts open, depending and relying only on You today, knowing that renewed strength, understanding and power is coming down from The Father of all comfort and compassion!

Lord, because no man can come to the Father except you draw them, we ask,  that as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind that you draw and save the lost, quickening the Spirit of Godly-repentance into their hearts and minds so enabling them to come to you today saying “Yes” to your wonderful gift of Grace, receiving You as their Lord and Savior in order that The Blood of Jesus may cleanse them from all sin and unrighteousness and seat us in Heavenly Places in Christ!

Father, we interced on behalf of every one who has turned their backs on You, walking in their own will. We ask that You put a “commited Yes Lord” in their heart and mind, freeing them to repent of their sin and come running back to You! We declare and decree that today every back-slider’s footsteps are being directed by Your Mercy and that You are planting and settling them into the church home that You’ve prepared and designated for their individual deliverance, growth and development!

Lord Jesus, according to Your Word, Your  wounds and stripes have redeemed and healed us! Therefore, we’re standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name!

We’re believing that You are touching our brother, our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of physical, mental, spiritual sickness and diseases and we’re pleading The Healing Blood of Jesus against the spirit of cancer, kidney failure, heart conditions, high/low blood pressures, depression, demonic-induced oppressions of temptations, doubts, addictions, learning disabilities, low self esteem, fear, grief, past failures and disappointments, regrets and resentments, and we uproot, rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake!

Lord, we intercede on behalf of every believer who is being confronted by a no-way-out situation but is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, trusting that You are releasing Divine power, Supernatural Strength, Health, Provision, Prosperity and Protection. We’re trusting also Father, that You will preserve them thru the tests that they must go thru, keeping them constantly aware of YOUR PRESENCE, fully-assured that You will bring them out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised them in Your Word!

Father, we thank You for an outpouring of Your Divine Favor upon each and every one of your children who are seeking employment, promotion, prompt approval for student/car/home loans and assure them that YOU are  Jehovah Jareh, who shall supply all of their need according to Your Riches in Glory!

Father, we decree that every Satanic-induced spirit of fear and death is defeated NOW because of Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness and Purpose is being released in the lives of Your people now, in Jesus Name!

Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid, for YAH, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation. Therefore with joy you will draw water From the wells of salvation. Isaiah 12:2-3

Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. Isa. 49:16

 

In light of the prevailing gross darkness, devastation and desolation taking place in our world today, I was incited to review the words of God’s Prophet, Isaiah, speaking to the remnant of God’s Chosen nation.

God’s people were facing eminent danger of massive destruction, yet we hear Isaiah offering a word of warning and hope that we’d do well to glean from today. The Prophet encourages them that no matter what’s happening around you, don’t be afraid, but keep trusting and praising our God! Isaiah, knowing God inhabits the praises of His people, speaks to souls wearied by the consequences of unwise choices and reminds them that their only hope of deliverance was to remain steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of their Lord! (Ref. 1 Corinthians 15:58)

God is Holy, Righteous and Just! While He must punish the unjust, His Anger does not last forever! Unlike many of our earthly fathers, YAH is our Covenant-keeping God and remains a Faithful Father, Saving Strength, Shield, Provider and Redeemer to all who call upon Him! From His own Mouth, Abba Father promises to wipe away the tears from their faces and keep you in perfect peace because we trust in Him! (Ref. Isaiah 25:8, 26:3-4)

Beloved, when life is out of your control, rest assured, Jesus is always in control! The Eternal Word testifies that you are the apple of His eye and He has tatooed your name in the palm of His Hands forever. (Ref. Psalm 17:8; Isa. 49:16)

In the midst of these unsettling times,  there’s no denying the myriad of distractions that are attempting to cause even the most seasoned of saints to question whether or not The Sovereign Creator and Sustainer of All Life is really concerned about what’s going on down here amongst the gross darkness of a lost, unfaithful and rebellious world,  nevertheless, I adjourn you to keep your eyes on Jesus, The Joy of your Salvation and your feet steadfast on THE WORD! Be confident of this very thing, He that has begun a GOOD WORK IS FAITHFUL TO COMPLETE IT UNTIL THE DAY OF JESUS CHRIST! (Ref. Philippians 1:6)

Precious ones, when you can’t see no way, why not confuse hell and praiz JESUS anyhow! Don’tchaknow? At the mere mentioning of THE NAME OF JESUS demons tremble and the angelic host is put on alert!

Ooooh Yeah!  TRUST2KNO, The Great and Holy One of Israel is closer than ever before! Hence, don’t ever forget that YOUR GOD REMEMBERS!
