A LIVING TESTIMONY

“These things command and teach. Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:11-12

Have you heard that old cliché, “ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS”? Well guess what, according to today’s scripture text, The Bible said it first! Seriously! That kinda sheds a whole new light on parenting, huh? Perhaps, this might even explain the outbreak of blatant rebelliousness so prevalent amongst of our youth.

Studies have concluded that children whose parents eat nutritious foods and exercise daily also grow up to become adults who eat right and exercise daily. Uuummm! Unfortunately, this trending does not necessarily carry over into our spiritual lives. Hence, often times there’s a discerning disconnect between our religious persuasions and our real-life saunter.

While the scriptures enumerates the importance and the responsibility that we, who have confessed our faith in the Saving Grace of Jesus Christ and accepted the Gift of His Righteousness, have to represent Our Master to a lost and dying world! However, sometimes we relegate this obligation to mean only ‘card-holding’ church delegates. Now who do you think started that lie?

The Bible says in Acts 1:8, Jesus himself testifies, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

Didjaheardat? Who shall be witnesses? Sounded like it says it’s the believers! Oh Yeah! Those who have God living in them will be called to the witness stand to testify to the Living Truth of The Gospel!

Have you heard that other one, (most often attributed to St. Francis Assisi) “Preach the Gospel Always, and if necessary use words”?

Apparently, we’ve been charged to spread The Good News everywhere we go. No, that doesn’t mean that the saints are to act like an elite force of bible-tote’n secret service agents, armed and ready to attack unsuspecting unbelievers, beating them over the head with your scripture quoting. But rather, it tells us that our very lifestyle should exemplify Christ-likeness. In other words, we’re commanded to walk circumspectly! (Ref. Ephesians 5:15-16) Our demeanor, our character, integrity, our love, kindness and our patience should blasts “This is a Child of The Most High God”!

Beloved, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16

Didjahear the one, “God is Real! The Gospel is True and Salvation is Still Available!”? If not, don’t doubt the veracity of The Message because of its erroneous misrepresentation! A LIVING TESTIMONY!

Having been born and raised in Washington, D.C., never knowingly setting foot on country soil until I was 18 years of age, trust and know, I don’t have a ‘longing for the adventure of the wild’ bone in my body!

Needless to say, if you’re thinking about inviting me to a cozy camp fire retreat, don’t even bother! In fact, my husband pokes fun at me for my adamant unwillingness to try some of the finer cuisine in life, such as freshly killed chicken, rabbit, frog legs and certainly not venison. And I am sincere when I tell him to feel free to enjoy himself as he partakes of his delight! Sorry, yall! If it didn’t come from Safeway, Giant or Food Lion, your gurl ain’t having it!

Nevertheless, I have racked up quite a lot of wilderness experiences in my lifetime. Oh, I know the 21st Century Church don’t speak much about it these day, but I can still remember when the ol’ church used to sanng, “How didja feel when you come out of the wilderness!” Perhaps, it’s because so many Millennium saints don’t actually come out of the world! Ooh, is that a ‘tomato-throwing-anointing’ in the house!

Seriously! While church attendance has escalated to mega statistics, those who have made a personal commitment to live lifestyles according to the teachings of The Bible, (discipleship) has plummeted to an all-time low! Strangely enough, some folk have absolutely no shame about continuing their ungodly-living-lifestyles Monday thru Saturday, as long as they make it to their favorite seat on the pew, choir stand, usher post and yes, LETS NOT FORGET, in the pulpit Sunday Morning!

Amazingly, it doesn’t matter how much the preacha tramples all over their well-manicured toes, after all that’s his job, right? As long as they stay just close enough to the ‘real world’ to enjoy the king’s delicacies and just close enough to ‘da churrch’, to say ‘I’m saved…I’m good…You’re good’ it’s all good, huh?

May I submit, without remorse, unequivocally and unapologetically—GOD FORBID!

When we consider the awesome price that Jesus Christ paid to redeem our lives from destruction, how can we abuse the benevolence of God’s Compassion and miraculous Mercy by refusing to change the way we think, talk and walk after we’ve accepted so Great a Salvation? (Ref. John 3:16) Quess I done lost half my churrch now, huh?

We must be careful that we don’t assume the same position that the Israelites did, utterly rejecting God’s Word, determined to do what was right according to every man’s own evil desire, provoking God Righteous Wrath and ultimately their own demise; never reaching their heritage, the Land of Promise! (Ref. Numbers 27:3)

Beloved, it’s God’s Will that we live life abundantly, overflowing with every good and precious gift that God has prepared for those who willfully and consistently commit their whole life to His Care! That’s the reason that Jesus came teaching us The Way of Truth and Life! (Ref. John 10:10) (John 14:6)

WATCH OUT…SOONER OR LATER, YOU’LL FALL TO THE SIDE THAT WEIGHS THE MOST! BUT! U GROWN, AND IT AIN’T MY BUSINESS, K?…STAY OFF THE FENCE! #ijs

“I called upon thy name, O Lord, out of the low dungeon. Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry. Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not. O Lord, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul; thou hast redeemed my life.” Lamentations 3:55-58

I must confess, I have a lot in common with The Weeping Prophet, Jeremiah! I guess you call it kindred spirits! I am, personally, persuaded that if you have The Love of Christ in you at all, I suspect you can identify with God’s Prophet also. The more things change, the more they stay the same, right?

Jeremiah’s pure love of God and his devotion to the people of God, often landed him swamped smack-dab-n-the-middle of backstabbing plots, the main attraction of malicious gossip, abuse, victimization and isolation! Basically, all because he dared to live godly in an ungodly environment! There goes that glitz. glam and prestigious mirage of the lifestyle of the true servants of God, huh?
Often times, in the midst of the excitement, honor, and humbling of being called, we underestimate the burden that comes along with the privilege of being used by God.

I would imagine Jeremiah was no different. Little did the he know that the weight of The Prophetic calling on his life meant being exposed to unimaginable, unparalleled suffering, grief, sorrow and yes even fear! Somebody called it—the  cost of the anointing!

Much like any faithful intercessor today, much of his ministry encompassed weeping and mourning, not just for his own life, but because he knew the certainty of ultimate destruction awaiting the nation of Israel if they persisted in flaunting their outrageous rebellion again their God!

While the Bible does make it clear, that because we represent another Kingdom and King, we should expected to be tagged alien intolerant troublers, BUT spit on, chased down and beaten, treated like last weeks garbage, thrown into an empty cistern, left to die in the muck and the mire? I know it’s not always easy to help hurting people! Oh, come on now!

Nevertheless, when the saints suffer persecution because of the ungodliness of others, there is great recompense of reward! According to today’s scripture text, when Jeremiah called out to God, God rescued him. Just as He does for us! Have I got a witness?

When we come to the end of ourselves and our lamenting heart cries out, “LORD HELP ME!” our Loving Father, looking down from on high, seeing the tears streaming from our eyes, comes near, saying “Don’t be afraid! It’s gonna be all right! I gotcha!”

Has God ever restored you with A WORD? Seriously! It only takes One Rhema Word from God to jump-start the most wearied heart and re-igniting the faintest hope, with His Peace. Thereby, allowing that you to rest assured in quiet expectation of imminent rescue and deliverance trusting solely in The Loving Caring Heart of The Faithful Friend!

Granted, given the peer pressure of this 21st Century society that we live in, it ain’t no easy task, howeverrr, sometimes, we just gotta learn how to appreciate ourselves for the fearfully, wondrously and gloriously made creations of God that we are! (Ref. Psalm 139:14) #ijs!!!

 For some of us, by the time you get to Jesus, you’ve already suffered years of psychological damage, mis-use and abuse. As the psalmist said, we’ve been ‘ buked and scorned, lied on, cheated, talked about sure as we’re born; slammed and crushed by life that you’ve subconsciously de-valued yourselves so much so that when you hear some preacher say ‘God loves you’, your initial response is an overwhelmingly cynical—REALLY? But the Good News is that God is not intimidated by  your fragile-self-incriminating state. He specializes in restoring broken things!

As you continue to feed on The Word of God, through the enabling Power of The Holy Spirit, your eyes are opened to Truth and astonishingly, you will begin to see yourself through the “blood stained” Savior’s eyes. As God’s relentless Loving-kindness and Amazing Grace begins to penetrate the callousness of your heart, you get a revelation of the Magnificent Compassion that your Heavenly Father has toward you. Honestly, It’s almost unbelievable!

Come to think of it, no one BUT The Creator can determine the true worth of His creation! Remember, God Himself  deliberately and intentionally chose you in Christ Jesus before the foundation of the world! Once you have accepted God’s Love, there’s no need to crave validation from anybody else. REALLY! 

NOW AIN’T THAT AWEMAAZING? 

ITZ DA TRUTH!  BELOVED, ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT REGARDLESS OF WHAT ‘THEY’ SAY,  IN GOD’S EYES YOU’RE INDELIBLY PRICELESS! DON’T SELL YOURSELF CHEAP!

Good morning Family and Friends, GOTTA MOMENT?

Once again, we, the New Nations Worship Ministries family invite you to join us in our Day of Corporate Prayer and Fasting between 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.! In times like these, it’s imperative that we all stay close to the Altar…and linger in the midst of the Incense…WE DECLARE AND DECREE!!!!

JESUS, I’LL NEVER 4 GET WHAT U’VE DONE 4 ME! JESUS, I’LL NEVER 4 GET HOW U SET, ME FREE, JESUS I’LL NEVER 4GET HOW U BROUGHT ME OUT, JESUS, WE’LL NEVER 4 GET NOOOOO NEVER…WE LOVE U LORD, AND WE LIFT OUR VOICE, TO WORSHIP U, OH MY SOUL, REJOICE, TAKE JOY MY KING, IN WHAT U HEAR, AND LET IT B A SWEET, SWEET SOUND IN UR EAR….

Father, as we come today, we lift up The Precious Name of Jesus and give great praise to You, we are immediately mindful to thank You for blessing us to see this brand new day.  Not that we deserve or have in anyway merited such favor, but because it has pleased You to grant us another opportunity to enjoy the abundance of Your Mercy, Your Grace, Power and Peace with overwhelming gratitude we Thankya!

Heavenly Father,  we can never take it lightly, that You, The Creator and Mastor of The Universes, have bestowed upon us such honor and privilege in choosing us to be Your very own children to enter into Your Presence, without fear and trembling, knowing that You delight in fellowship with Your Beloved children!

Lord Jesus, we continuously give thanks to You for being not just The God of All Creation, but The God of our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. We’re constantly amamzed at Your Lovingkindness towards us, knowing our frame, yet Your benevolence, faithfulness and compassion allow You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to all of our need!

As we humble ourselves under Your Mighty Hand, Father, we pray for renewed strength, understanding, comfort and power from hearts open to, depending and relying only on You.

We pray that as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind that you save every lost and dying soul that has not yet surrendered their lives to you and received Your Son as their personal Savior and Lord. We ask that you put a REAL YES, into their hearts and minds that this will be the day that they decided to turn their backs on Satan and run under The Blood of Jesus! And Lord, as they come, we know that you will place them into a local church home where they might learn the ways of Your Kingdom!

Abba Father, as we pray, we ask that You reclaim every back-slider; put a final YES in their heart and mind. Assure them of Your Promise that You are waiting with open Heart and Arms, because You never consented to a divorce, but are Married to the backslider! Let today be the day that they come back to You and come back to YOUR church and that You  will guide, place and settle them into a church home today!

Father, we’re praying, we ask that You  touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, high blood-low blood pressure, kidney disease, heart disease, epiplepsy, strokes, arthiritis, lung disease! We pray to The Prince of Peace that You will rebuke mental disorders causing depression, uncommon anxiety attacks, fears and fobias among Your Chosen Ones.

Lord, as we pray. we know that it mattera nor to You what the diagnosis is, but we ask especially that You  cancel, rebuke and cast out every spirit of cancer and  for Your Name Sake! Lord, for you have DECREED IN YOUR WORD, that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name!

Lord, we pray for every believer who is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, that as You are looking down upon us, that You will release Your Divine Power, Supernatural Strength and Health, Provision, Prosperity, Peace and Protection.

Heavenly Father, we pray that You preserve them thru every test that they must go thru and bring them out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with the rewardsYou have promised us in Your Word. Father I ask that you comfort all those who are grieving the lost of a loved one this day! Give them Your assurance that joy shall come again!

Lord, we also ask that your Love surround, comfort and shield every member of our Armed Forces and give them the assurance that we appreciate the personal sacrifices that they make each and everyday that we may enjoy peace in our homes, on our roadways, in our airways!

We pray for President Obama and the 1st Family, every member of Congress and Senate, asking for Divine intervention and inspiration to reign in the very midst of every decision, in Jesus Name!

Father we ask that You send down a Special Anointing that will rest upon every True Man/Woman of God who will stand before your people this week, and that a life-giving, life-altering Word would prick and arrest the hearts of everyone in attendance!

Father we wait in confidence, quietness, and earnest expectation trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are suddenly departing in shame, turning their backs from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Father, we thank You, honor and praise You now, for we believe that it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen and It Is So!

BEGIN, AGAIN!

Therefore they shall come and sing in ‘the height of Zion, Streaming to the goodness of the Lord–…Their souls shall be like a well-watered garden, And they shall sorrow no more at all… But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people…For I will forgive their iniquity and their sin I will remember no more. Jeremiah 31:12, 33,34

As a parent of four, I know, personally, just how exasperatingly challenging it can be to put up with a stubborn hard-headed off-spring. I mean, after repeatedly instructing them for the umpteenth time, and they still insist on ignoring and refusing to comply with what you tell them to do, will push even the most Sainted tolerant parent out-of-bounds! Can I get a witness?

Who else BUT GOD could continuously show such relentless patience, compassion and love for an ungrateful, rebellious, disobedient self-willed child! Oh, what a Mighty God we serve!

The Scriptures record the Israelites’ response to God’s Loving-kindness. Their continuous rejection of God’s Righteous commandments demonstrated not only a total lack of respect for The Sovereign Lord but a complete disregard for compliance to the things that God required of them. Their lack of concern for pleasing God periodically provoked Him to withhold Mercy and enforce Judgment upon His Beloved in order to train them and make them aware of the consequences of their disobedience.

Nevertheless, we know that God took no pleasure in seeing His people experiencing the wrath set aside for the wicked! The Joy of God is satisfied by the Outpouring of His Abundant Goodness upon His Own chosen people. #Didjaheardat?

In today’s scripture, the Prophet Jeremiah brings a word of Hope, Comfort and Restoration to God’s Covenant Nation.  The Weeping Prophet assures them that God (Israel’s Husband) yet refuses to divorce them (pushing them afar off), but has already decided that at the appointed time, when Judgment was complete, He would intervene gathering His sheepfold back unto Himself.

God grieved as Israel faced poverty, oppression and captivity. Remember, how our human parent used to tell us as they meted out the rod of correction (in my day that meant the belt or switch or whatever they could get their hands on) ‘this is gonna hurt me more than it’s gonna hurt you.’ Of course, at the time, we couldn’t possibly see that being the case. Yet at the core of the very nature of our Heavenly Father is Love. His Grace makes it possible for us to get back into proper fellowship with Him. That’s called Repentance, yall!

No matter what we’ve done and how many times we’ve done it, if we would sincerely return to Him, admit that we’ve sinned against God by refusing to obey His Word, acknowledge that He (thru Christ’s Blood) has the power to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, God is Faithfully waiting eager to release His Divine Favor upon us restoring us to our proper relationship to Him!(Ref. 1 John 1:9) HE IIS OUR GOD AND WE ARE HIS PEOPLE!

BELOVED, this is the New Covenant that God has made with us in Christ Jesus! WE CAN  BEGIN…AGAIN! #4REAL…#4REAL!!!

THE LONGING!

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death. Philippians 3:10

 

One of the most intriguing topical discussions amongst expectant mothers and women who have become mothers (besides swapping labor stories) is the abnormally-intensified cravings that we experience during pregnancy awaiting the birth of their bundle of joy!

While, at this writing, my eldest is 47 years old, yet, I can still summon up that daily occurrence of overwhelming intensity, provoking me to walk my big-belly-self five city blocks up to MLK Avenue to get my hands around a 6 in., lettuce and tomatoes, fried onions, mayo and mustard, salt and pepper, heavily-loaded with pickles steak and cheese sandwich. This became such a ritual that the moment I wobbled through the threshold of the deli, the cashier would holla to the cook “Steak and Cheese Special for the big lady”. And off I’d be to our little apartment on Oakwood Street, five blocks back, just as happy as if I’d discovered a treasure chest filled with diamonds and gold. Somehow, the journey back never seemed as difficult or as long, perhaps because I’d be that much closer to relishing the second I’d take my first bite of my bounty! Oh my, what we won’t do for love, huh?

Well guess what? That’s exactly how believers ought to be in our quest for Jesus Christ! We see this truth evidenced in the life of The Apostle Paul. We can almost feel the earnest urgency with which The Apostle sought after his personal, intimate- knowing and understanding of “The True One” Who had apprehended him on the Damascus Road. (Ref. Acts 9) It was as if Paul was driven by an uncommonly unique passionate desire that set him on a course that remains unchartered territory to even the most astutely-religious 21st Century church-goers today.

Yet, there is that remnant of us whose yearning for more JESUS consumes most of our waking moments and often invading our nights with dreams and images of His Awesomeness. Imagine my surprise at the realization that not everyone in the church shares this delight-filled insatiable lusting for The Living Water and The Bread of Life!

This could very well explain why some who profess Christ, are content with following Him a far off while others are compelled to dig-out the secret treasures hidden in The Word of God, diligently, intentionally searching the Scriptures daily that they might know HIM in ways that may never be actualized by the second-handed-casually-acquainted follower—experientially! (Ref. Acts 17:11)

The Word of God is Alive and gives life to any who have a desire for The God Who Speaks revealing GOD-SELF through His Auto-Biography, inscribed through Genesis into Revelation, that all who seek Him with all of their hearts, minds, spirit, soul and body may know HIM (TRUTH) intimately. Sadly, not everyone who calls Him Savior seek Him as Lord, huh? #ijs Yall!

Therefore, much to their own sorrow, they miss out on the true wealth and reward of a personal, dynamic, GOD-involved relationship that awaits us who lend our hearts and attention to discovering The Father in the face of His First-Begotten Son, Jesus! (Ref. Colossians 1:15-16)

My precious one, seeking God, although often challenging, should never become be a chore! However, it is vindictive of the level of love, faith and commitment towards Him!

 “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” (Psalm 34:8)

HENCE, WHATEVER POSITION GOD OCCUPIES IN YOUR HEART DETERMINES HIS PRESENCE IN YOUR LIFE! HOW BAD DO YOU WANT HIM? LONGING?

“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.” Psalm 23:5

 

In Ancient Near East, according to The Bedouin Law of Hospitality, it was the custom and duty to be hospitable to foreigners, strangers and travelers. The host was required by custom to provide food, water and shelter to the wayfaring traveler. In doing so the host was accepting the responsibility of protecting the traveler as long as he remains in his territory.

According to the historical Eastern culture tradition, when a host wanted to let his guest know that he was truly welcomed and that in his house there was plenty to accommodate the comfort and happiness to his guest, he’d ask the guest to lift up his cup and the host would pure the wine into it, and keep on pouring wine until it overflowed and spilled out onto the carpeted banquet floor. The guest would then know that he was doubly and abundantly welcomed!

As part of this hospitality, guests would also be anointed with oil, so that their robes emanated a delightful fragrance, indicating that the host would anoint his honored guest, not sparingly but to the extent that their heads would glisten in the candle-lights! Failure to do this was recognized as a deliberate rebuff and insult! WOW!

Now I get that this might be difficult for most of us westerners to comprehend, given the fact that for the most part, hospitality has become a lost art. However, thankfully, with God, it’s a tradition that never goes out of style. God’s Benevolence is exuberantly extravagant! He lavishes His gifts upon all who will embrace His gracious loving-kindness with up-stretched hands and open hearts, anxiously awaiting His unending ever-flowing river of compassionate providential care!

In the Scriptures, oil is a figure of God The Holy Spirit. While it’s the mission of our common arch-enemy, Satan to suppress the Children of God, enslaving you in small places, confined to poverty, lack and diminished hope, joy and peace, The Holy Spirit intercedes on your behalf, ushering you into large lands flooded with showers of blessings! (Ref. John 10:10)

Needless to say, faith in Christ does not exempt believers from trying times of tearful sorrow, wearied by disappointment, the dishonor and rejection of shameful lies! Nevertheless, we’re yet able to rejoice as The Spirit of God infuses our soul with joy and gladness, grace upon grace, love without measure and peace beyond understanding!

Beloved, God is not content with your being satisfied with just enough! He’s The King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Therefore as His Heritage, He’s chosen to give us more than we could ask or think! (Ref. Ephesians 3:20) Amazing, huh?

Our Great Shepherd invites you to be seated at the table He has prepared today, making a public announcement to your enemies—‘don’t even try it,’ lifting His cup over your head, signifying that as His guest, you’re not just getting leftovers, but you’ve got the keys to the whole house to enjoy the finest of provisions! 

Hence, God delights in running your cup over so that you can’t contain the blessings, and will be able to share with others so that His Grace is reaching more and more people, multiplying thanksgiving to overflow to the Glory of God. (Ref. 2 Corinthians 4:15)

Didjaheardat? Well, whatcha say?

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus For good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should Walk in them” Ephesians 2:10

Okay, let me begin by saying, it’s not my intention to offend the sanctity of The Holy Writ, however it’s been my personal internal experience that often the process of life application is ‘easier said than done’! Needless to say, this mindset tends to carry  along its own measure of guilt. After all, we’re people of faith, right?

Fortunately, when we understand The Truth, that God Himself, fully aware of who and what we are capable (aka incapable of), has saved us, not because—but—in spite—of, we get a snapshot of God’s Impregnable Loving Kindness towards us, laced with a whopping dollop of reality!

Hence, GET OVER U! News Flash! You are not the ‘good news’! Jesus Is!

None of us is saved by trusting in ourselves, but anyone can be saved by trusting in God’s Mercy! None of us can keep our selves saved through our own volition, however by trusting in God’s Grace we are sustained through His Sufficiency!

Ultimately, its placing your personal confidence in The Almighty God, realizing (as the Ol’ Skool Church Mothers’ sanng) “JESUS PAID IT ALL, ALL TO HIM I OWE, SIN HAD LEFT A CRIMSON STAIN, AND HE WASHED ME WHITE AS SNOW”, and accepting as Truth, that everything required to satisfy The Righteousness of God, Jesus already did it, releases us from the daily burden of ‘being good enough to deserve God’s goodness! Didjaheardat?

WOW! JESUS, Perfection Personified, got it all right for you!

Now that doesn’t mean we’re off the hook! Don’t be foolish; be grateful! Because of His Once-and-for-all Sacrificial Death, we no longer have to be judged according to our filthy righteousness but now are free to live hope-filled, holy, God-Honoring, God-Witnessing lives, reflecting the Light of God’s Glory to a dark, lost, and dying world! (Ref. John 10:10)

As we continue to walk with Jesus, entrusting our very lives to Him, our faith increases, our knowledge expands, and our experiences will teach us that trusting God is about releasing yourself from the futility of struggling to meet the unrealistic expectations of others, and most importantly, releasing yourself from devastating side effect of self-imposed exile, self -rejection!

WHEWWWW! So, RELEASE AND RELAX! REST YOURSELF! You’re in The Hands of The Almighty God who is always with you; working everything out in your life for your highest good and His GREATER GLORY!

THURSDAY’S PRAYER…

Abba Father, we come before You today, In the Magnificent, All Powerful Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus, rejoicing, praising and thanking You for blessing us to see a brand new day. We thank You, Father for another opportunity to embrace and enjoy the abundance of Your Mercy, Your Grace, Your Power and Your Peace!

Father, we come now thanking You for the blessed honor and privilege that You have given us when You determined to choose us to be Your very own children! Now we can confess with delight and joy that You are The God of our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. We’re eternally grateful that because You know our frame, Your faithfulness and compassion yet allows You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to all of our need!

We praise You for renewed strength, understanding and power that comes from a heart open to, depending and relying only on You.

We praise You that because no man can come to the Father except You draw them, therefore Father we ask that as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind that you draw and save the lost, and reclaim every back-slider and that You will direct their footsteps and place them and settle them into Your ordained church home today.

Father, we pray for those who are unsaved, put a spirit of Godly-repentance to say “YES” in their heart and in their mind that they will come today and receive You as their personal Lord and Savior!

Lord, we ask You RESTORE the “YES” in the heart and mind of every backslider and allow today to be the day that they come back to You and come back to YOUR church.

Father, we pray believing that you will touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer and rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. Lord, your Word declares that your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name!

Lord, we life in a world today where the very elect are being constantly bombarded by intimadation and threatening persecution from a god-hating rebellious society of people, we also acknowledge that the Earth which You have created is wrestling to escape the corruption of a sinful nature therefore, we humbly lift up before Your Throne, every believer who is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, that You will release Divine power, Supernatural strength, consolation, health, provision, prosperity and protection.

We ask also Daddy, that You will preserve us thru the tests that we must go thru and keepus constantly aware of YOUR PRESENCE; fully-confident that You will bring us out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised us in Your Word!

Father we lift up our spiritual leaders, asking a special blessing upon each and every one of them who are yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the conviction and anointing of Holy Spirit. We pray that you will Grace them to be the examples in their homes, churches and community that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall in love, trust wholly in and to live their lives serving You, Our Heavenly Father.

We ask Heavenly Father, that you will stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name so that they will have a desire to increase their personal, intimate relationship with Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that they might prove what is the perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

Lord, we pray that every demonic-induced spirit of temptation, addiction and fear be defeated by Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness be released now, in Jesus Name!

Father, we now wait in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame, turning their backs from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Father, we thank You, honor and praise You now, for we know that it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen and It Is So!
