LET’S PRAY!

With our hands lifted up and our mouths filled with praise; with a heart of thanksgiving, we come before You this day, to bless You! Not jus because of what You’ve done but because of Who You are! ForYou alone are so Worthy of all Praise, Honor and Glory! We are eternally grateful for this day that You have made, filling it with brand new Mercy and Grace. Not because that we deserve it, but because it pleases You to do so! We’ll never know why You chose us, while we were yet sinners, to offer Your Only Begotten Son as a ransom to redeem us from the kingdom of Satan adopting us into Your very own Family, giving us the Name that is Greater than any other name!

We come now, Father thanking you for the freedom to boldly approach Your Throne, seeking the rest that can only be found in Your Presence. For by Your Own Hand, and thru The Precious Blood of Jesus, You have removed the veil that once separated us from You!

Abba Father, we are so thankful to You, for revealing to us that you are God and your Kingdom yet reigns in Heaven and over the Earth! Lord, you know that it’s not always easy for us to acknowledge this because we are in the midst of this fallen world’s system; but Lord you have sworn, by Your Own Self, that all Power and Authority comes from you. As we continue to center our lives in You, obey your commandments and turn away from the evil of this world, keep our hearts open and trusting you to provide everything, pertaining to life and godliness, that we will ever need You Will protect us from all hurt and harm!

Lord, Your Word declares that if we keep our minds on you, You will keep us in perfect peace. Heavenly Father, even as we are surrounded by circumstances that seem impossible for us to overcome, grace us with the conviction, come what may, we shall not lean to our own understand, but will keep our hope and trust in Your Faithful Love towards us. For Your Holy Spirit in us assures us that nothing happens by chance in this life to those who have a personal faith in You are Savior and Lord! We are fully persuaded that our steps and stops are being ordered by You. Therefore, we, like a small child, trust that if You have brought us to this, You will carry us through this, to hope-filled triumph!

Heavenly Father, we believe with all of our heart, mind, body and soul that You are able to make everything work together for our greatest good and your Highest Glory! As we pray, Lord, we’re lifting up our families, friends and anyone who needs to know Your Love and Help, trusting You to cover them in Your Blood; Jesus according to Your Word and your Name, we have been authorized to bind and rebuke every Satanic influence over their minds, to cast down every demonic spirit that would take our children away from you, we decree and agree that every negative spirit that would hinder our loved-ones and those who love you from walking in the God-Ordained plan and purpose for their lives, be dismissed today, in Jesus Name! We release, healing, hope, peace, love, joy, prosperity and wholeness in every area of our lives, suddenly!

We pray for every leader, government, judicicial, coporate, financial, educational official, every Apostle, Bishop, Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Evangelist and Missionary, for we recognize that the kings heart is in Your Hands; we ask that The Holy Ghost break up the fallow ground and loose a spirit of repentance immediately, fill them with holy reverance and a burning desire for righteousness! Lord we ask you to equip every soul that You’ve called, empower them to perform Your Will that they may be pleasing in Your sight.

Father we pray that your favor rest upon Your people wherever they go; open doors that have been shut before them and close every open door that would detour them from Your Perfect Way!

We, with joyful thanksgiving and praise, and confident trust, rooted firmely in Your Loving-Kindness, Faithfulness, Power, Mercy and Grace, we fear no mere man or demonic spirit . We stand strong, resting in the shadow of Your Countenance because You are our Shield and Buckler! Your Words affirm that You are watching over us, listening to our hearts plea and Sovereignly granting even those unexpressed desires of all those who trust in You!

You, O Lord, are always on alert, constantly on the look-out for your people, who are totally committed to you, we humbly thank you for these and all blessing, in Jesus Name! Amen 3x

“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.”

James 4:4-6

We’re living in a society that places a great deal of emphasis upon ascribing to attain recognition as the elite, accumulating the wealth of aristocracy, fraternizing in the fastlane among the crème de la crème!
Unfortunately, this intense longing rarely takes into consideration integrity, compassion or humility. But rather is driven by an egotistic self-deserving entitlement that concludes that the result always justifies the means, huh?

Perhaps that’s why James, warns those who have been called out of the systems of this world into a consecrated lifestyle emplifying their personal relationship with The Lord Jesus Christ, have a responsibilty and obligation to walk in a manner that distinquishes them from those who are yet bound to the dictates of the enemies of God!

Unfortunately, given the induction of this 21st Century’s new psychological/religious reformations, it’s no easy feat to tell who’s who! Afterall, some church-goers have assimilated so neatly into the congregations of the righteous. Hence, they’re dancing, shouting, leaping, whoopin’ and slappin oil so they must be the real thang, huh? And we certainly wouldn’t dare to judge anybody’s praiz, after all only God knows their hearts, right?

Yet, the Scripture does encourage us to be aware that in the last days there would be those who possess a form of godliness, yet deny the power thereof. (Ref. 2 Timothy 3:5)

Honestly, personally,  I can’t recognize a genuine Micael Koors hobo bag from one that you pick up from a street vender. To me, if I like the style and the color, it works for me. #ijs! However, those of you who have been gifted with a perspicacious spirit, you can spot a fake in a heartbeat!

And so can the devil! He can pick the ones who are in it for the fishes and loaves and the ones who have been engrafted into the True Vine, turned away from the inticing greed of our sensual-fleshy- sinful-lust-filled-cravings, and fallen heart-first into the arms of The Good Shepherd, commiting themselves wholly devoted to Him for eternal Life! And don’t get it twisted, Satan has loads of substitues that offer you temporary relief from the emptiness in your life! But! Therein lies the problem with sin, it takes you farther than you ever planned to go, keeps you longer than you intended to stay, costs you more than you intended to pay and never fulfills its promises!

Beloved, truthfully, Only Jesus satisfies the longing soul!

Once, you determine in your heart to submit to Him, the Holy Spirit empowers you to release our self-centered desires and humbly grasp hold to the Only Source of Absolute Love, Hope and Contentment!

WHY SETTLE FOR a KNOCK-OFF WHEN U CAN HAVE THE ORIGINAL? #butdatzurbusiness

“I, The Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles.”

“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee and through the rivers, they shall not overflow the; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Fear not; for I am with thee. Even everyone that is called by my name; for I have created him for my glory; I have formed him, yeah, I have made him.”

Yea, before the day was I AM HE; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand; I WILL WORK and who shall let it?” Isaiah 42:6; 43:2, 5 and 13

Jesus is our living example of God, a Son, a Servant, a man, who is totally committed!

Remember that song, “Fully Committed”. I believe it topped the charts and was hailed by choirs all over the world for months. Yet, I wonder how many of us were just repeating? How many of us were actually repenting? Wonder why you hardly ever hear that song these day?

Have you noticed that many of us struggle in making commitments, and even more critical, in our being totally committed—in and outside of the Churrch?

Truthfully, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to tell the difference between those who have actually sold out to Jesus and fans, just hanging around for the fishes and the loaves! Nevertheless, commitment is one of the greatest signs of worship!

My brothers and my sisters, God is calling Zion to a higher place of worship and praise! It’s not about the lifting up of our hands; it’s about the lifting up of our hearts! Do you recognize that every believer has a ministry? Jesus is calling us to be His witnesses in the earth; and commitment is the character of a true disciple! (Ref. 2 Corinthians 5:18) Unfortunately, too many of God’s people, are pre-occupied by the ”self-centered-what about me-I-doctrine” and never answer the call!

I’m not saying that God doesn’t want us to enjoy the blessings that are included in His Salvation Benefits Package, but He doesn’t want them to consume all of our tasks, time and talents with ‘what’s in it for me’ that we lose sight of the Kingdom Mission! SOULS FOR CHRIST!

Lets’ all Pray,

“Father, I surrender all – commit all –“my everything”. Everything I am, everything I got, everything I’m not; I give to you. Unto you O Lord, I lift up my soul. I release it, my ‘self’, into your hands. I empty myself unto and into You. Like a person who is being committed to a mental health institution, I COME because Your Word promises to keep my mind in perfect peace; like a person who has been committed to a high security penal institution, like the Apostle Paul, I am a prisoner of Christ, I am being confined for life, with no chance of parole nor probation,

Lord Jesus, I COME. I come to abide, remain forever in the secret place, under the shadow of the Almighty God; I commit MY SELF – my heart, my thoughts, my body, my emotions, my relationships, my care, MY WILL – MY BEING – my EXISTENCE!

I come to you now, and I volunteer my service –I give up my rights and I bow to Your Right as my Creator to rule and to reign over my life! I come to you now, without fear, fully persuaded in light of all that You’ve done for me, it’s only my reasonable service! (Ref. Romans 12:1)

Today, I submit, I surrender, I commit to You, Lord Jesus. AMEN 3X!!!”

TOTALLY COMMITTED? SERIOUSLY? NOT A FAN, HUH?…WOW!

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord” Acts 3:19

I am straight Holiness/Pentecostal to the bone, ask anybody who knows me in church, I mean, I’ll shout you down in a heartbeat. But guess what? The devil ain’t stud’n you getting your praise on shoutin’ and dancin’, flip’n over pews, in the church house, as long as you don’t change! That’s right, I’m talking about repentance!

I know repentance carries a negative connotation and generally provokes an array of uncomfortable feelings of fear and condemnation (not to mention conjuring up memories of that ol’ preacha daming ur soul 2 hell, huh?) But , according to The Holy Writ, you can’t make a person repent by threatening them that they’re going to Hell, but when you let them know how good The Lord is and what He’s already done for us to make us right with God, they’ll want to know Him for themselves.

Before the days of name it and claim it, and blab it and grab it, when a true Prophet spoke, the only thing he promised was the WORD OF GOD! Really, check your Bible. John the Baptist preached the same message every day, “prepare ye the way, repent and be baptized, for the Lord is at hand”. When the Peter left the upper room, filled with the Holy Ghost, he came preaching the same message, “repent”. Yall ain’t liking me, huh?

Some believe repentance means going to the altar, echoing a poetic confession and shaking the pastor’s hand. But my beloved, genuine repentance is a matter of the heart and I don’t mean just feeling sorry. If you really want to experience authentic fellowship with Jesus, you have to sanctify yourself through repenting from your heart.

2 Corinthians 7:10 explains, when a person truly repents, they’ll admit that they’re sincerely sorry for rebelling against God and living a sinful life; make a conscious commitment to change the way they live, turn their back on the devil, and turn to Jesus!

One of the best parts of repentance is taking back the power that we’ve allowed Satan to rule over our lives! Godly sorrow will make you stare the devil down and tell him in no uncertain terms, “No thank you, I don’t want to live like this anymore, it’s over.”

Don’t let another moment of doubt, unbelief or fear cause you to forfeit the blessings that God has prepared for us. (Ref. Jeremiah 29:11) The Bible says, the day you hear His Voice calling–just come! Can you hear HIM now?

Somebody quick, please tell the devil, “ I CHANGED MY MIND!”
