Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. Psalm 139:7-10

O righteous God, who searches minds and hearts, bring to an end the violence of the wicked and make the righteous secure. Psalm 7:9

Sorry Father Adam, but once again this is on you! Because of our original progenitor’s high treason against the Righteous instructions given by The Creator of Life, we are all born naughty by nature! Thus, every human born into the earth since our fore-parents’ willful rebellion is corrupted by an innate disorder called iniquity! Now, don’t look at me with that self-righteous attitude! (Ref. Ps. 51:5) But, it goes deeper! Like Adam, the Glory of innocence that once covered us had now been disrupted by sin, exposing us to evil, guilt, shame and fear!

The precious intimacy with God that man once enjoyed in Paradise was violently yanked from him plunging all of creation into gross darkness and utter chaos!

Hence, there’s an inbred-inclination to cover ourselves with fig leaves attempting to hide from the Only True Source of Hope for deliverance and restoration!  The moment we allow our desire to satisfy the wickedness of self’s lust to take precedence over our desire to please God, the hedge comes down and all hell breaks out! And as they say, the rest is history, huh?

That’s why God hates sin! Don’t get it twisted like Eve and fall for the deception of the Tempter who caused her to doubt the sncerity God’s motives in placing certain restrictions on she and Adam! God was not  trying to control us! Nor is He arrogantly trying to keep us down! God certainly doesn’t want to keep us from enjoying ourselves!  God’ s reasons for setting boundaries for us is not even because He’s Sovereign Lord! And He is! But because God loves us so much He hates SIN!  God is HOLY and  SIN robs us of the freedom, peace and pure delight to openly commune with The Lover of our souls!

You do realize that God knew exactly where and what Adam had done when His Voice came walking through the Garden asking, “Adam, where are you?” God IS The All-Consuming Presence over space and time! There’s NO spot where GOD IS NOT! Someone once said, IF GOD MOVED TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT, HE’D BUMP STRAIGHT INTO GODSELF!

But do we also hear the pain of God’s Heart, knowing that He would have to evict His Family out of their home to keep them  away from certain eternal death and destruction...until JESUS came to our rescue? Do we realize that there’s no such thing as a little sin? SALVATION IS FREE BUT IT WASN’T CHEAP! #WOW! HONESTLY!

Yet, like David, sin perverts our mind and we foolishly assume that if we don’t tell God, He won’t figure it out!

Do you realize that confession benefits us more than it does God? “Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.” Psalm 119:67 Beloved, we don’t pray to inform God, but we pray to invite Him to step into our misery and fix our mess!

When we confess our faults (sin) to God, He’s able to heal our broken spirit, revive the brittleness of our bones and clear our hearts, minds and souls of the debris that’s left behind by sin’s breach! 

It was a good thing that God sent Nathan to uncover David sin, huh?  This allowed David the opportunity to repent honestly before God, liberating him from the burden, torment, tragedy, grief and condemnation that resulted from harboring secret sin in his heart and hindering him from enjoying the fellowship of God’s Presence!

If we confess our sins, HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9 #Didjaheardat?

Jus wondering? When was the last time you had some REAL face2face time with God? THAT LONG, HUH? Well, last time I checked, JESUS WAS STILL SEATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FATHER, WAITING AND WILLING TO INTERCEDE ON YOUR BEHALF! SOOO, WHACHA WAITING 4? HONEST2GOD?

And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. Genesis 4: 6-8
From the human perspective, favor ain’t always what we expect it to be! #ijs #CANIGETAWITNESS?

 

However, as we acknowledge the Sovereignty of our Heavenly Father, Who does all things well, we can only rightly conclude that Father knows best! While, the frailness of our frame limits our capacity to see, speculate and judge one another by appearances and actions, “the spirit of man is the candle to The Lord.” (Proverbs 20:27) Hence, The Omniscient Creator knows the hearts of each and everyone of us! OMG!!!
God saw crouched within the heart of Cain a spirit of resentment and jealousy which lead to anger and ultimately sin and death! God asked Cain, “Why are you angry?”
Down thru the years, many Biblical Scholars and Theologians have offered many alternative explanations to clarify the disparity between what was an acceptable offering and why one was rejected while the other preferred. Now, I’m not necessarily suggesting that I’ve conclusively determined the answer, k? Nevertheless, may I submit for your momentary consideration that perhaps, it’s not that God despised Cain’s gift per se’, but could it possibly have been the intent that motivated his giving that caused God’s response? UUUMMMM???

God saw the worship-filled sincerity within Abel’s offering to Him! Apparently, Abel knew that everything that He had came from and belonged to God and trusting that whatever he relinquished to God, God was well able and willing to restore unto him exceedingly, abundantly above and beyond anything he’d dared ask or imagine! #Didjaseedat?

On the other hand, it appears that Cain was quite pleased with himself; having tilled the ground, planted seeds and painstakingly kept them watered until it yielded the fruit of his labor. Naturally, he would expect that God would favor his sacrifice over that which his brother had presented, right?

But before we start throwing rocks at Cain, how many times have we seen the favor of God on someone’s life and instead of rejoicing and celebrating The Goodness of God with them, we secretly accused God of being unfair, considering all that we’ve done for the sake of The Kingdom, not to mention how faithfully we’ve strived to follow His teachings, huh? SERIOUSLY? #BOOM #NUFFSAID!

Precious ones, God being a Master Economist, distributes heaven’s treasures according to our personal capacity and potential to produce and to be good stewards over all what He gives us, assuring our highest good and His Greatest Glory!

Don’t get it twisted! None of us like waiting, YET! In the Ingenious Sovereignty of His Own Will, Purpose always trumps pain and disappointments! God has Divinely orchestrated the terrains of our life journey to perfect in us the same Radiant Glory of our Kinsmen Redeemer Jesus Christ!

*For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:11 Nonetheless, His Ways continue to supersede our severely limited intellectual capacity to comprehend the length, width and depth and wonder of His Omnipotent Omniscient Benevolence!
“Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” James 1:3-4

 

Beloved, God has not forgotten you, a delay is not a denial and GRACE IS UNDESERVED FAVOR! TRUST2KNO, Saints, it’s not about what’s in your hands, but what’s in your hearts that pleases God! Secure your VICTORY with a thankful heart!

We who have placed our confidence in The Saving Grace of The Lord Jesus Christ, are eternally grateful for each and every opportunity afforded to us to come before The Majestic Throne, finding Our Great High Priest to be A Very Present Help in the time of need! As we bow before our Maker, trusting Him to perfect every one of our concerns, we rejoice in His Wonder! Let’s enter in…

OOOH Sweet WONDER! OOOH, SWEET WONDER! JESUS, THE SON OF GOD! OOOHHH, SWEET WONDER! OOOOHHHH SSWEEETT WONDER! JESUS, THE SON OF GOD! JESUS! JESUS! JESUS! THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT THAT NAME! MASTER, SAVIOR! JESUS! LET HEAVEN AND EARTH PROCLAIM! KINGS AND KINGDOMS SHALL ALL PASS AWAY, BUT THERE’S SOMETHING ABOUT THAT NAME! GOD OF HEAVEN, FEED ME ‘TIL I WANT NO MORE! HERE’S MY CUP! Our Father and our God, we come today, lifting up The Name of Jesus! Lord, we bless You for The  Sacrificial Blood that You so freely shedding in our stead, which now allows us to come boldly into The Holy Presence of The Creator and Sustainer of all Life!  Today, we come lifting up holy hands and hope-filled hearts, praising and rejoicing in The Wonder of Your Glory! We thank You for so graciously awakening us to one more new day that You have made! We bless Your Name for life, health and strength! We thank You for a right mind, acknowledging that if it had not been for You keeping us even while we slept and slumbered in the night, our enemies would’ve destroyed us!

We know that nothing we’ve done or could do that was deserving of such Lovingkindness, but because of You are a Merciful God, You continue to look beyond our faults and faithfully minister to each and everyone of our needs! For this cause we bow in reverence of Your Awesomeness, praying that as You search our hearts and find anything that’s not pleasing in Your sight, please forgive us and take it out, and take it out by the root! Help us Holy Spirit to shew evil and to cling to righteousness that we might cause someone to see Jesus and inquire of Thee, “What must I do to be saved! In Jesus Name, we pray! Amen 3x!

We’re blessed knowing that it’s not Your Will that any man should perish, but that we’d all come to a Saving Knowledge of Jesus Christ. Because no man can come to The Father, except You draw them, we ask that You remember the lost today! Touch their stony hearts and transform it into hearts of flesh. Open the eyes of their understanding so that they will welcome a personal encounter with The Only Wise Savior who You sent to forgive and restore all those who have been ensnared by the sin nature of every unregenerated soul! Even as You did for us, snatch them out of Satan’s grip of deceit and let them see Your Glory in The Face of Jesus beckoning them to confess a “submitted SINCERE YES” to Your Will and Your Ways for humanity is Life Eternal in Your Presence!

Father, remember the backsliders who have allowed the lusts of this ungodly world to lure them back into those things which You delivered them from. Arrest them in The Holy Ghost and prick their hearts with a Spirit of Godly-Repentance that provokes their rebellious hearts to surrender confessing a “COMMITTED YES”, regretting ever having turned their backs from The Grace that they once enjoyed and come running back to The Safety of The Ark. Order their steps to the local church where they will be welcomed, loved, nurtured, encouraged and strengthen in Your Word and Ways that they might be witnesses of Light in the midst of this dark and untoward generation!

Father, we ask that You remember The Saints as we struggled to hold on to Your Promises amidst the choas, turmoil eminating from a people of unclean lips! Help us to remember that nothing happens except You allow it. Breath afresh The Wind of Your Glory into the spirits and souls of Your Elect that may have become wearied and wounded by the cares of this world. We are grateful that nothing is hidden from Your view, for You are Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent! We’re blessed that as Your Compassion draws nigh to those who are lonely, Your Strength is made perfect in our weakness, and Your Blood runs swiftly to the place where we hurt the most!

Father, help us to remember Your Covenant Keeping Power that when we grow weary in well-doing! Lift up every bowed down head today! Restore the Joy of Thy Salvation! Strengthen the feeble knees and send sweet Peace to those who are yet praying for the lost, heal and restore peace into the trouble homes, the marriages that are under fire, wayward disobedient children, those struggling with their finances, those who are being mistreated on their jobs, those who are tempted to give up and throw in the towel, those whose flesh is enduring the pressure of temptations to commit fornication and adultery, comfort those who are mourning the loss of loved ones, bless the precious babies in daycare, at babysitters, daycare providers, encourage the caregivers, those who are tormented by unprovoked threats, depression, rejections, addictions, insecurities and grief! Console the widows, those forgotten and downcast who have born the heat of the day and pushed and prayed us through! Lord, give them sweet Peace knowing that their labor is never in vain!

Lord, encourage all those who find it difficult to pray for those in authority but yet have a desire to deal righteously with the injustices of a world filled with institutionalized racial discrimination, corruption, arrogance, entitlement, nasty attitudes, greed, rage and hatred that’s intentionally inflicted upon those who are not like them and especially those of us who name the Name of Christ!

 

Abba Father, even as we’re praying, we’re believing You to intervene on our behalf, releasing miraculous Favor and Prosperity, unexpected promotions, opening up opportunities for entrepreneurship, increased education grants, lower interest mortgage rates, debt cancellations, book contracts and overturning legal decisions to give us the victory! Father, remember and keep us in Your Will that we might be examples to those who are looking for Hope in a hopeless, uncaring world!

 

Father, because You’ve sworn to be Faithful to generations of those who’ve placed our personal faith and trust in You, we’re lifting up our children, our grands and great-grand children and by faith we abort and overrule every curse that’s been ordered against their lives and cancel every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them! As we commit them into Your Providential care, we realize that You also have a plan and purpose for their lives! Therefore, we have the Blessed Assurance that their steps are being ordered by Your eyes and no weapon that’s formed against them shall prosper and every tongue that speaks against them is already condemned! We speak The Peace of God over their spirits, minds and bodies. releasing a spirit of Love, Holiness and Excellence to fulfill their God ordained destiny!
Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher and Teacher, Missionary, Deacon, auxiliary leader/member, choir director/member, praise team and musician, usher, nurse, driver, parking attendant and custodial worker! Undergird them with Your Anointing and conviction to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and ministry,You have ordained!

 

Heavenly Father, according to Your WORD, we pray for the leaders of our nation, government, corporate, judicial, education, financial institutions, healthcare services and public service workers!  We’re asking that You touch their minds and hearts, speak to them in dreams and visions letting them know that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens are keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly! We believe that because their hearts are in Your Hands, they are being continuously opened to hear and obey Your Will! Lord Jesus, we’re standing on Your Word as decreed that The government of this world shall rest upon Your shoulders and that You are The Eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Father, we pray that You will touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of physical and mental sickness and disease! Rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake! Heavenly Father, You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as You walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on Your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Sweet Holy Spirit, we thank You for intervening in our lives and thru The Blood of Jesus we have become Curse-Breakers and Blessing Carriers! Therefore, by The Power invested in us, we rebuke every curse that has been assigned to our families, our relationships, our bodies, our homes, our community and our nation! Look on us now and uphold us with Your Free Spirit. Fill our hearts with Confident Hope-filled Assurance that while weeping may endure for a night, at Your Appointed Time we will be delivered and The Peace of God that passes all understanding shall be restored! We thank You Holy Spirit for directing our hearts into God’s Love and Christ’s Perseverance! In Jesus Name, Amen 3x!

Lord Jesus, as Your children await Your Salvation, in confidence and quietness,  we’re continue rejoicing in hope and trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling, suddenly departing in shameful defeat, recognizing that You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Abba Father, we align our spirits, soul and body with Your Eternal Word! Because You have chosen us and brought us near to dwell safety and secure in House, we shout with joy unto The One to Whom all men will come! We bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your Ways and Salvation known among all nations as You Guide and Rule justly! Father, believing that IT IS DONE, In The Exalted Name of Jesus we offer up this prayer with a Holy Alleleujah! Amen 3X!

Beloved, every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS LIVES, LOVES AND CARES 4 U 2!

U CAN ALWAYS LEAN ON ME

I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies. Psalm 18:1-3

He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me…He brought me out into a spacious place, he rescued me because he delighted in me. Psalm 18:16-17, 19

 
Let’s be honest, k? Looking at the state of this New millennium society,  many of God’s elect find ourselves confronted by circumstances that challenge the very foundation of our trust! We’re seeing things that were once believed unimaginable realized right before our very eyes! Our hearts are overwhelmed by the swiftness of the degradation of the core of humanity’s morality! While wisdom is largely rejected and Shame is nearly extinct, Arrogance and Deceit have become the new order of the day! Thereby  emboldening mankind to do whatever seems right in his own mind!  While we dare not confess, either publically or privately, truthfully, many seasoned-saints are secretly fainting, wearied in well-doing and longing for the Promised Rapture!

Rarely do you find the sacred sounds flowing from the sanctuaries on Sunday mornings, noon day prayer meetings and Friday nites where the people of God once gathered to call on The Name that’s above every name before erupting into exuberant praises and worship-filled celebrations of real deliverances wrought by The Faithful Hand of The Lord!  Apparently, the induction of the more sophisticated-politically-correct-con temporal-relevant- reformations of Millenniums have subrocated many of the ol’ skool teachings, songs and hymns to backroom storage in dusty piano benches in order to make the message more palatable to the masses! #ijs #Don’tshoutmedownnah!

Unfortunately, there are some troubles, tests and trials that you can’t STOMP yourself out of or BOUNCE your way thru! Time is hurling into Eternity at the speed of life and 45 seconds of the nitely news affirms that we’re living in the last of the last days! As the institutions of men are being shaken by sporadic turbulent waves of the wisdom of this age, it’s incumbent upon each of us to be very sure that our souls are firmly anchored in The Solid Rock!

As the ol’ Mothers used to sanng, ‘In times like this, U Need a Savior, in times like this, U need an Anchor! Thanks Be 2 God, there’s yet a remnant of believers who are crying out, “Lead Me to The Rock that’s higher than I’! As satanic fiery darts continue to spread globally, consuming dreams, diminishing aspirations and devastating families, we must earnestly bend our knees and bow our hearts Heaven-ward, seeking refuge in the secret  pavilion of The Most High God!

For in the time of trouble, we hide behind The Shield of our very Present Help who faithfully rescues those who delight in His Truth!  Driven by The Eternal Hope, our souls rest assured in quietness, peace and joy, awaiting the The Horn of our Salvation, courageously-confident that God’s Power is Incomparable, His Love is Inseparable and His Provision and Protection are Infinite!

Sshhhhh! Didjaheardat? SOMEONE’S CALLING YOUR NAME!

“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

Beloved, whenever life’s maladies leave you too weak to stand on your own, chances are you’re right where God wants you! Positioned for breakthrough! Remember, God never intended you to do life independent of GODSELF, that’s why He sent Holy Spirit!  “TRUST2KNO…U CAN  ALWAYS LEAN ON ME!”

Why the big noise, nations? Why the mean plots, peoples? Earth-leaders push for position, Demagogues and delegates meet for summit talks, The God-deniers, the Messiah-defiers: “Let’s get free of God! Cast loose from Messiah!” Heaven-throned God breaks out laughing. At first he’s amused at their presumption; Then he gets good and angry. Furiously, he shuts them up: “Don’t you know there’s a King in Zion? A coronation banquet Is spread for him on the holy summit.” Psalm 2:1-6 THE MESSAGE

So, rebel-kings, use your heads; Upstart-judges, learn your lesson: Worship God in adoring embrace, Celebrate in trembling awe. Kiss Messiah! Your very lives are in danger, you know; His anger is about to explode, But if you make a run for God—you won’t regret it! Ps. 2:10-12 THE MESSAGE

 

Since the initial act of high treason, which resulted in his being kicked out of Heaven, Satan has not ceased in his efforts to cast off the righteous restraints invoked by God! One might say, ‘He’s committed’, huh? Down thru The Ages, the Prime Minister of The Kingdom of Darkness has endeavored to recruit the most iniquitous, viciously wicked and evil of humanity to carry out his war against The God of Heaven’s Dominion in the earth!

Unfortunately, there’s been no shortage of available willing candidates for this dastardly deed! Hence, unbeknownst to those who, diabolically reject God’s holy commandments, eagerly gravitate to the lewd lustful perverted temptations of their own fleshly desires, are merely puppet prisoners dancing to the beat of their Master of Deception, Lucifer! While those who have enlisted as his leaders, rulers and foot soldiers, relishing in the arrogant ignorance of their presumed power, continue meticulously  plotting to make a mockery of The Lordship of God’s King, The Sovereign True and Living God, sitting Eternally Enthroned above The Heavens, laughs at the vanity of their futile attacks and the certainty of their inevitable destiny!

Didjaheardat? WOW!

Saints, granted, it’s not always easy to trust God! Especially when it seems that the unrighteous are prospering and we, who name the Name of Christ, are left behind to fend for ourselves, at their mercy! HOWEVERRRRR, can I submit this TRUTH, for your most earnest consideration? WE AIN’T IN HEAVEN, YET!

Beloved, God never promised us a trial-free life in the earth, however, HE PROMISES TO BE a TRIAL-PROVEN SAVIOR! “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.” Psalm 34:19

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Deut. 31:6

OMG! #DIDJAGETIT? Everything that the enemy intends for evil, God will turn it around  and use it for our good!  (Ref. Genesis 50:20)

Precious one, The Creator and Sustainer of all LIFE, HOPE AND CONSOLATION has ESTABLISHED an EXECUTIVE DECREE that all those who embrace (kiss) THE SON, putting their absolute trust in HIS Saving Grace are already blessed! TRUTHBETOLD, we might not win every battle, but TRUST2KNO…WE SHALL WIN THE WAR! Check the back of THE BOOK! #ijs! #SERIOUSLY!

Satan, get a clue! LOOKS LIKE THE JOKE’S ON U! From where we’re seated, Devil, you ain’t never gonna win! As a Born-Again, Blood-Washed, God-Fearing- Believer, I shall never be defeated and I will never be denied! OUR GOD REIGNS 4EVER!

We bless the Lord for every opportunity to enter into His Presence, rejoicing in hope-filled expectation that He hears every prayer and supplication offered before His Throne of Mercy and Grace! Those of us who know The Word and Worth of Prayer also know that our prayers have no expiration date, therefore we have the assurance that as we pray, believing that we have received the petitions we’ve placed before Him, He rewards our hearts with confident patience to trust that no good things will be withheld from us as we strive to walk upright before Him! Let’s enter in…

Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, Just to take Him at His Word! Just to rest upon His promise,
Just to know, “Thus saith the Lord!” Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him! How I’ve proved Him o’er and o’er! Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus! Oh, for grace to trust Him more!

ABBA FATHER, I stretch my hand to THEE! No other help I know! If THY withdraw THYSELF from me…where shall I go For You Alone have given us The Promise of Eternal LIFE!
Father in Heaven, as we come before You once again, we come with outstretched arms, upstretched empty hands and grateful hearts, for this is the day that You have made! Therefore, as we delight ourselves in The Splendor of Your Magnificent Glory, our mouths are filled with worship and praise to The Only Wise God our Savior and Lord!

We know that it’s only because of Your Grace and Mercy, that we’re blessed to yet BE here and knowing that we’re here!  Father, we know that sometimes we tend to take Your many blessings for graned but today we pause to say, Thankya Father for blessing us with a roof over our heads, with strength to get out of bed, put clothes on our backs, shoes on our feet and food on our table! We know that there’s nothing we’ve done that warrants such graciousness, and it’s only because of Your love for us, You have allowed us more more day to enjoy life, health and strength! We’re thankful for one more opportunity to present ourselves as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable unto You. From our Mother’s womb, You’ve proven Yourself to be Faithful and True; hence, we’re trusting You to provide everything that we need today to sustain us thru whatever challenges that unfold during the course of this day! Abba Father, we look to You and You Alone to be our God, Guard and Guide!

Lord Jesus, because You are Omniscient, Omnipresent, You see and You already know everything about everyone of us, yet You have welcomed us to come to you, finding Grace and Mercy to comfort, strengthen and encourage us to hold on to every Word that You have spoken over our lives, before we were born!

Daddy, as we stand humbly before Your Sovereignty, before we go any further, we’re asking You to forgive us for everything that we, your children, have spoken, done and even thought that was not pleasing in Your sight. We thank You now for Your assurance that as we confess our sins, You, Heavenly Father, being Faithful and Just, will forgive us, and wash us in The Precious Blood of Jesus, cleansing us from all unrighteousness, will restore the breach that our disobedience has caused between our poor souls and our Lord and Savior, Jesus!  Holy Spirit,  intercede on our behalf, our family, our friends, even our enemies, as we know that Your love is the same for each and everyone of us!

Daddy,  You have instructed us to look not at the temporary things, but to the eternal! Yet, You  know the frailness of our flesh, and how easily we’re provoked and tempted to become overwhelmed by the cares of this world! You also know Lord, that our hearts are easily burdened with the pressures of this life, and that some of Your Saints are becoming wearied and overwhelmed by fear, doubt, unbelief, sickness and disease, financial debt, broken relationships, unprovoked threats, depression, addictions, insecurities. Lord, You can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities and know the struggle that we experience and that sometimes causes us to lose our focus on You leaving our days to be spent beneath clouds of evil foreboding, while our nites are plagued with restlessness, despondency, despairs and hopelessness! 

Lord, we thankya for being a Caring Listening God! We thankya for the Word teaches us that even when our lips cannot articulate properly what we need to pray, Holy Spirit searches the deep secret things of our Hearts and that The Blood of Jesus rushes to the places that hurt the most! King Jesus, we pray keep us in Your Will, as only You can AND PERFECT EVERY ONE OF OUR CONCERNS!

Sweet Jesus, we lift up our children, grand-children and great-grand children, help us to remember that such were some of us! We decree and declare that every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them, IS HEREBY SUDDENLY CANCELLED, and RECOILED! As we commit them into Your Providential Care, we acknowledge that Your Plan and Purpose for their lives cannot be over-ruled! We have the blessed assurance that EVERY STEP AND STOP IS BEING ORDERED UNDER THE WATCHFUL CARE OF YOUR EYES AND NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST THEM SHALL PROSPER AND EVERYTHING THAT PERTAINS TO THEIR DESTINY OF LIFE AND GODLINESS IS FULLFILLED! Therefore, WE SPEAK THE PEACE OF GOD OVER THEIR SPIRITS, MINDS AND BODIES, RELEASING A SPIRIT OF LOVE, HOLINESS AND EXCELLENCE TO FULFILL THEIR GOD-ORDAIN DESTINIES, IN JESUS NAME IT IS SO!

Sweet Holy Spirit, we trust that You ears are not deaf to the cries of our fathers, mothers, Grandfathers, Grand Mothers, husbands,wives, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, nephews, nieces and cousins, aunts and uncles all over this world, even these UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! As we’re praying, Your ears are tuned to the blood of those victims, violently slain in our streets by those who’ve allowed the enemy to use them to destroy so many precious lives! Lord, help us to pray for mercy rather than vengeance, as You have demonstrated thru Your Sacrificial death, burial, resurrection and Ascension!
You taught us to love everyone that You’ve created in Your Own Image, however, we cannot deny that we need You to heal the pain, anger, grief and distrust,and yes even that glimpse of revenge that taints the hearts of Your people at the prevailing injustice inflicted upon Your people! While many in ‘power’ who have sworn to take the position of being color-blind, their voices remain mute when our black and brown brothers and sisters, even children are killed and incarcerated nothing is done to their executioners or captors! However, when wealthy, prominent, elite Caucasians die, the networks and social media inundate the airways with 24-Hour Breaking News reports, including live stream partisan speeches starting from The Executive Office to the floor of Congress and Senate thru The institutionally-racially-biased Supreme Court, which hold the top-three trending headlines of the ‘atrocious brutal massacre’ throughout the nation!

Heavenly Father, You have instructed us ,to pray for the leaders of our nation, corporate, judicial, education, financial institutions and our churches!  Touch their minds and hearts, speak to them in dreams and night visions, warn them know that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens are keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly! Their hearts are yet in Your Hands, therefore we believe that they are being continuously opened to hear and obey Your Will! Lord Jesus, we’re standing on Your Word as decreed that The government of this world shall rest upon Your shoulders and that You are The Eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Jesus, Cover us in Your BLOOD as we walk through the valleys of the shadow of death! We know that because of this crooked and perverted nation, the safest place yet remains in THE WILL OF GOD! Father, heal our land!

Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher and Teacher, clergical auxiliary officers,musicians/choir/praise team members! Undergird them with Your Anointing and conviction to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and ministry,You have ordained.
Lord, save, heal and deliver speedily by Your Mighty Hand, all those who are crying out, seeking Your Face at the very moment! Give us to know that because we belong to You, You shall shield us from anything that the devil would rail against us. Help us to understand that Your Name, Jesus is a Strong Tower, and those that You have declared the righteous run into it and are saved. Open up our minds and our hearts, filling us with Your Assurance, and confidence that at Your appointed time, every knee must bow and every tongue confess that You are Lord!

Grace your children with hope-filled trust that Your Providential Presence and Power is able to turn everything around to work in our favor and to bring about exuberant testimonies and praises of Your Eternal Magnificence, Honor and Glory!

Father, we know that no man can be saved except You draw them, therefore we pray Holy Spirit, quicken the stony hearts of the wicked and evil every where with a Spirit of Godly-Repentance that releases them to come bowing before You, humbled by Your Lovingkindness, submitting their lives in obedience to Your call and receiving Your Mercy and Grace to Save. We pray now that You are leading and guiding them to the local church, planting them in Your Vineyard, where they shall be taught and transformed by Your Word of Life to take their rightful position in The Kingdom of Heaven, determined to live a holy, separated life and advancing Your Kingdom in the earth!

Abba Father, we’re trusting You to put a “new commitment YES” in the heart and mind of every backslider and let today be the day that they come back to You and come back to YOUR church determined to submit their lives to the sound teachings of Your Word, learn to love and live their lives walking to please You First! In Jesus Name, AMEN 3X!

We believe that as we’re praying, You are touching our brother, our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer, strokes, heart attacks, kidney failure, liver disease. We intercede on behalf of all those undergoing surgical procedures, those in recovery rooms. We’re praying for those who’re on life-support systems, not knowing that they’re even in this world! We’re declaring and decreeing that as we’re praying You’re walking through every ward, touching, healing, delivering, miraculously rebuking fatigue, mistakes, mishaps, misdiagnosis and premature death for Your Name Sake.

As we plead the Blood of Jesus, we declare and decree You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as you walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Father, we pray for those who are distraught by grief and fear, the elderly, the widows, the downcast, those who have born the heat of the day,  who pushed and prayed us through and now appear to be forgotten by family/church members and tucked away in hospitals and nursing homes! Father, let them know that You have not forgotten their labor of love! Reward their faithful commitment with sweet peace!

Lord, we lift up every believer yet holding onto Your Hand by faith today, believing You are releasing Divine power, Supernatural strength and health, provision, prosperity and protection. We’re trusting that You shall preserve them thru the tests that they must go thru and keeping them fully persuaded that You will bring them out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised them in Your Word!

Father, we thanking You for an outpouring of Your Divine Favor upon each and every one of your children who are seeking employment, promotion, prompt approval for student/car/home loans and assure them that YOU are YET HE, Jehovah Jareh, who shall supply all of their need according to Your Riches in Glory!

Lord, there are so many other things, that we have yet to mention, but we’re trusting, believing You to fix it, Jesus, as only You can! We know You are not just able, but willing to do anything that we ask, in accordance to Your Word! As we walk through this day, we shall continue giving Your Name all the Praise!

Father, we decree that every demonic-induced spirit of addiction, perversion, ungodly soul tie, depression, unforgiveness, abandonment, rejection, broken marriages, divorce, anxiety and fear is  broken and defeated NOW because of Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power, Sound-mindness, Purpose and Peace is being released into the lives of Your Beloved now and forever, in Jesus Name!
Sweet Holy Spirit,  in closing, we offer up this prayer, waiting in confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope and trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame, turning their backs from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy WITH THANKSGIVING!

Father, WE TRUST, KNOW AND BELIEVE  that it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen 3X

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS LOVES THEM JUS AS MUCH AS HE LOVES EVERYBODY!

Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” Matthew 5:13

 

WOW! With all that’s going on in this world TODAY, aren’t you glad that you’re saved, sanctified, living all you can to serve and please da Lord? I feel ya!

BUT! Before we go slappin’ 5 with our neighbors or yourself on the back, perhaps we need to take a closer look at today’s scripture. SOMETIMES…WE—GOD’S-CHOSEN-THE SAINTS—have a way of judging others by their actions BUT judging ourselves by our good intentions, huh?

Whachatalkinbout? It’s easy to make yourself come out smelling like a rose, as long as we’re comparing ourselves to one another! However,  according to The Bible, God never intended to make our own warped flesh the plumb-line for gauging His Righteousness!

Remember the story of the Pharisee who went up to the Temple to pray, stood off by himself, looked across the room and seeing the tax collector, praying “God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.” (Ref. Luke 18:9-14)

Evrrr noticed how God’s elect often develop a severe case of selective amnesia once they’ve been saved for any length of time? Perhaps that’s why The Apostle Paul left a not-so-friendly reminder to snatch our minds out of the clouds as needed! “And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” 1 Corinthians 6:11

Hence, DON’T GET IT TWISTED! No matter how many right things you manage to do on a daily basis, at the end of your bestest day—every single one of us must acknowledge “That if it had not been for JESUS…I coulda, woulda and shoulda _________” And y’all can fill in the blank! (Ref. Romans 3:23)
HONEST2GOD, there ain’t none good but GOD! That’s why He sent The Perfect role model for us to keep before us. JESUS…Righteousness Personified! (Ref. John 3:16-17)

TRUTHBETOLD, except for the Mercy of God’s Grace, NONE OF US WOULD qualify for Heaven! We’d all be consumed by our own sin!  But God, knowing what He was getting before we were even born, DECIDED TO PUT GODSELF in the midst of our fragile-clay vessels, therefore there’s yet HOPE of Glorraaaa! (Ref. Colossians 1:27)

So the next time, you’re tempted to bask in the glorraa of your own self-righteousness, CHECK YOURSEL! Remember that flicked human proclivity? Beloved, you betta recognize that God really does read hearts! (Ref. 1 Samuel 16:7)

“For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:20

WOW!  Jesus raised the bar, huh? Question is, of all the folk in your sphere, who’s going to heaven because of your influence, or who’s going to hell? Don’t shout me down nah! #ijs!

Sooooo, the next time you’re tempted to send ANYONE’S po’ soul straight to HELL, because they don’t measure up to your self-discriminating standards, MIGHT I SUGGEST THAT WE MAKE SURE THAT OUR OWN SALT IS SEASONED WELL WITH LOTS OF LOVE and LACED WITH LOADS OF MERCY AND GRACE! #IJS #SEASONED VS. SELECTIVE

Jesus said, “Everyone who drinks this water will get thirsty again and again. Anyone who drinks the water I give will never thirst—not ever. The water I give will be an everlasting spring within, gushing fountains of endless life.” John 4:13-14

It’s who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That’s the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship. God is sheer being itself—Spirit. Those who worship him must do it out of their very being, their spirits, their true selves, in adoration. John 4:23-24

 

A closer investigation into GOD’S ETERNAL WORD will reveal that throughout Jesus’ public ministry,  most of his criticism came not from the heathens, but from religious folk!  I’m not being sacrilegious BUT…Can I tell ya something, Jesus hates RELIGION!

Now that might shock some of you, because all your life, you’ve been lead to believe that that’s what church is all about. But Jesus never came to start a new religion! In fact there’s too much of that going on now and it makes God puke! #ijs!

According to the scriptures, religious folk claim to be close to God, but their lifestyle of habitual rebellious disobedience proves otherwise. They’re simply going thru the motions and their religion boils down to simply checking off the boxes in an effort to comply with shallow practices of routine rituals. Howeverrr, MAN LOOKS ON THE OUTWARD APPEARANCE, BUT GOD READS HEARTS! #SERIOUSLY!!!

Just imagine The Omniscient, Creator God, looking deep into their hearts, seeing that there’s is nothing real about their worship, no real love for Him and no sincere thankfulness to HIM for all of  HIS Lovingkindness towards them!

Hence, TRUST2KNO…No matter how high they jump or how loud they shout, GOD’S NOT IMPRESSED! In the Sovereignty of God’s Mind, HE KNOWS that there’s absolutely nothing personal about their relationship, they’re simply empty pots making a whole lot of noise—but ain’t saying nothing to touch His Heart!

The Prophet Isaiah says, ‘These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men –who turn my words upside down, as if the potter were thought to be like the clay! Can the pot say of the potter, HE KNOWS NOTHING!” (Isaiah 29:13-14)

In other words, God’s not affected by our performance, remember God is SPIRIT! So those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth!

Beloved, God longs to have an intimate fellowship/communion that goes beyond our flesh and makes its home within our spirits! He wants us to meet Him Spirit-to-spirit. That’s what the scriptures means when it says, Deep calls unto deep! Jesus died for us in order that we could draw nigh to Him humbly, transparently, honestly, withholding nothing but recognizing WHO HE IS and accepting who WE ARE IN HIS PRESENCE! Y’all jus missed a shoutin’ moment!

Saints, what separates Christianity, not just apart, but above every other religion, is when we invite Christ into our hearts, immediately we shift from one Kingdom to another Kingdom! We transition from DEATH N2 ETERNAL LIFE! That’s what Salvation thru Jesus Christ is all about! YES LAWD! NOW AIN’T DAT GOOD NEWS?

The Heavenly Father welcomes all to come as you are, but once you come into The Body of Christ, you don’t just stay where you are! It’s a rite of passage, kindred to taking a quantum leap from religious rituals to personal relationship! Once you taste of The Goodness of Jesus, you can’t resist the Holy Spirit’s promptings and urgency to change.! BCUZ YOUR WELL GETS DEEPER! #4REAL!

Could this be why carnal folk don’t understand why you go to church on a Tuesday nite, tithe the whole 10% , and give a LOVE offering every time you come to church? #interesting, huh? However, you can’t get mad at them, because spiritual things cannot be carnally discerned. (Ref. 1 Corinthians 2:14) They’re just speaking out of the shallowness of their well! Believe it or not…some folk are just content to be CME …CHRISTMAS, MOTHER’S DAY AND EASTER WORSHIPERS! Don’t shout me down nah!

Nonetheless, there yet remains a remnant of witnesses in the Earth who unashamedly dare 2 testify,

“ I can’t take no credit for none of it …BUT HE CHOSE ME anyhow and SINCE I met JESUS… my well is continuously getting deeper. I no longer need my environment to consent that I need to praise God. I don’t have to have my circumstances to be perfect to determine whether or not MY GOD IS WORTHY 2 B PRAISED! BUT WHEN I FOUND  A LOVE THAT’S STRONGER AND FLOWS DEEPER THAN DEATH…

I MADE UP IN MY OWN MIND…COME WHAT MAY… I WILL BLESS THE LORD AT ALL TIMES! GOOD, BAD, UGLY AND INDIFFERENT…MOUNTAIN TOP OR VALLEY LOW…I WILL LIFT UP MY VOICE AND MAGNIFY HIS NAME…FOR IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR THE LORD ON MY SIDE, I COULDA, WOULDA, SHOULDA BEEN YET AMONG THE WALKING DEAD, WITHOUT A GOD ON MY SIDE! SHUCKS, CHANCES ARE I’D PROBABLY NOT EVEN BE HERE TODAY!” BUT GOD, huh? #BOUT2LOSE1/2MYCHURCH

C’mon nah! HOW DEEP IS UR WELL? WOW! #LET’S GO DEEPER…

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death. Philippians 3:10

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6

 

One of the most intriguing topical discussions amongst expectant mothers and women who have become mothers (besides swapping labor stories) is the abnormally-intensified cravings that we experience during pregnancy awaiting the birth of their beautiful bouncing bundle of joy!

While, much to my amazement, my eldest is presently encroaching 50 years of age, yet, I can still summon up that daily occurrence of overwhelming ferociousness, provoking me to walk my big-belly-self five city blocks up to MLK Avenue to get my hands around a 6 in., lettuce and tomatoes, fried onions, mayo, ketchup and mustard, salt and pepper, heavily-loaded with pickles steak and cheese sandwich. This became such a ritual that the moment I wobbled through the threshold of the deli, the cashier would holla to the cook “Steak and Cheese Special for the big lady”. And off I’d be to our little one-bedroom apartment on Oakwood Street, five blocks back, just as happy as if I’d discovered a treasure chest filled with diamonds, rubies and gold.

Somehow, the journey back never seemed as difficult or as long, perhaps because I’d be that much closer to relishing the second I’d take my first bite of my bounty! Oh my, what we won’t do for love, huh?

Well guess what? That’s exactly how believers ought to be in our quest for Jesus Christ!

We see this truth evidenced in the life of The Apostle Paul. We can almost feel the earnest urgency with which The Apostle sought after his intentional personal, intimate- knowing and understanding of “The True One” Who had apprehended him on the Damascus Road. (Ref. Acts 9) It was as if Paul was driven by an uncommonly unique passionate desire that set him on a course that remains unchartered territory to even the most astutely-religious 21st Century church-goers today.

Yet, there is that remnant of us whose yearning for more JESUS consumes most of our waking moments and often invading our nights with dreams and images of His Awesomeness. Imagine my surprise at the realization that not everyone in the church shares this delight-filled insatiable lusting for The Living Water and The Bread of Life! #4REAL!

This might very well explain why some who profess Christ, are content with following Him a far off while others are compelled to dig-out the secret treasures hidden in The Word of God, diligently, intentionally searching the Scriptures daily that they might know HIM in ways that may never be actualized by the second-handed-casually-acquainted follower—experientially! (Ref. Acts 17:11)

The Word of God is Alive and gives LIFE to any who have a desire for The God Who Speaks revealing GOD-SELF through His Auto-Biography, inscribed through Genesis into Revelation, that all who seek Him with all of their hearts, minds, spirit, soul and body may know HIM (TRUTH) intimately. Sadly, not everyone who calls Him Savior seek Him as Lord, huh? #ijs Yall!

Therefore, much to their own sorrow, they miss out on the true wealth and reward of a personal, dynamic, GOD-involved relationship that awaits us who lend our hearts and attention to discovering The Father in the face of His First-Begotten Son, Jesus! (Ref. Colossians 1:15-16)

My precious one, seeking God, although often challenging, should never become be a chore! However, may I submit for your momentary consideration, that our response to His drawing is vindictive of the level of love, faith and commitment towards Him!

“O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” (Psalm 34:8)

HENCE, WHATEVER POSITION GOD OCCUPIES IN YOUR HEART DETERMINES HIS PRESENCE IN YOUR LIFE! #IJS HOW BAD DO U WANT HIM?  

 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His footstool—HE IS HOLY.

Moses and Aaron were among His priests, And Samuel was among those who called upon His name; They called upon the LORD, and He answered them.

He spoke to them in the cloudy pillar; They kept His testimonies and the ordinance He gave them.

Considering all that God has done through the Life, Death, Burial and Resurrection of our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ, it’s just our reasonable service to esteem His Righteousness and exalt His Name as Awesome and Worthy of reverent adoring praise and worship! After all, except Jesus humbling Himself, leaving The Holiness, Glory and Majesty He’d known throughout Eternity Past, coming down to dwell among wormy humanity, we’d never know the Love, Justice, Equity and Righteousness of The Invisible Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Living God and Creator!

And to think, He was so committed to fulfilling His Father’s plan and purpose for His most precious of all creation, He submitted Himself so graciously,  ignoring our rejection and despising the shame and bore the burden of our sin that we might become sons of God! #AWEMAAZING #GRACE

He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: John 1:11-12

Likewise, we who have accepted the Benefits of so great a Salvation, have been charged with the responsibility to carry out our Redeemer’s assignment that His Joy may be filled to the overflow! Unfortunately, as God’s Intercessors Moses, Aaron and Samuel discovered, the pathway of Righteousness is often plagued with test, trials, trauma and travesty! In other words, it’s not always easy to help those you’re assigned to minister to! Ministry is Messy!

Nevertheless, it behooves us to remember Whose we are and Who we’ve been called to serve!  In other words, since we represent Christ, we must take on the same character. It ain’t about making a name for ourselves but it’s about lifting up The Name of Jesus! This tremendous task requires compassionate gentleness, meekness, discipline, loads of tolerance and a whole lotta intentional knowing that Sinners sin and hurting people, hurt people!

“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me!” John 15:19-21

Didjaheardat?

Beloved, if it had not been for the LORD, reaching way down and snatching you and I out of our miry clay, where would we be?  I don’t know about you, but my heart yet flutters  shamefully at such thoughts! BUT GOD, huh? Yes Lawd!

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness, shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.” Matthews 5:20

Never 4get, we are all called to be intercessors, if for no other reason but eternal gratitude! Hence, don’t be so easily offended but gird up the loins of your mind, strap yourself in the whole armour of God and report for duty!

TRUST2KNOW, without the test, there’d be no testimonies and without treking though the swamp of human misery, there’d be no ministry! #ijs…MINISTRY IS MESSY! #CARRYON!!!
