SELAH Daily Devotions!

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. John 14:21

 
WOW! Faithful Obedience, huh? Honestly, this should be the very heart-cry of every born-again, Blood-Washed Child of The Most High God! After all, yall know that absolutely nothing in our personal repertoire is remotely worthy of such extravagant Loveliness that was extended towards humanity through the Sacrificial Atonement of our Redeemer, Jesus Christ! Hence, Unfailing love and Truth have met together. Righteousness and peace have kissed! (Psalm 85:10) God refused to let us go!

Yet, far too many who claim The Name of Jesus, consider the burden of denying their will in humble gratitude to The Lordship of Jesus Christ, more than they’re able to commit to for so great a Salvation! Don’t get me wrong, just about anyone will gladly run to Jesus for Fire Insurance, (Savior) but how many are willing to subject themselves to The Righteousness required by The Sovereign Creator? That’s probably what The Bible means by ‘Many are called but few are chosen’, right? (Ref. Matthew 22:14)

Of course, it’s never God Will that any should perish, however His Holiness will not allow sin to go un-judged! Strangely enough, some who confess Him as Savior in order to grab a ‘get outta-hell-free pass, think it totally unreasonable that God should expect them to live a holy and righteous lifestyle…everrry day!

Oh, you can’t always tell who they are on Sunday mornings with their hands lifted high in the air, jus like everybody else, but if you follow them home chances are you’ll hear them saying, ‘ain’t nobody perfect’ and making all kinds of excuses to justify their rebellion against the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Truthfully, only those who are driven by a personal hunger and thirst to know God intimately, will genuinely seek to please Him by putting to death the sin-lusting cravings of their fleshy appetites and surrendering to the new nature that yearns to obey His Word! Amazingly, God does not require anything of us that He’s not willing to help us to succeed! “And God is able to make all grace abound unto you; that ye, having always all sufficiency in everything, may abound unto every good work:” (2 Corinthians 5:8) #Didjaheardat? WOW! NOW THAT’S GRACE!

Quite frankly, Beloved, due to the severe limitations of my finite intellect and limited verbal ability. such awesomeness is not easily described and I find myself gasping at the mere suggestion that I AM the object of such affection. Yet this Truth encompasses my spirit, soul and body and I embrace my wholeness and completeness, as I dwell in the Presence of The All-Knowing, All-Loving, Caring, Creator-Giver, Father of All-Life! FINALLY, TRUE LOVE!

WHEN LOVE IS REAL, IT FINDS A WAY.

SELAH Daily Devotions!

 

Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not.
Lamentations 3:57

Some saints would have you to believe that since they’ve been saved, they’ve never experienced a moment of fear, grief or despair. Oh, yall know what I mean! Listening to their church testimony, you’d think that all their days were ‘goody, goody and howdy, howdy, cascading down tulip filled pathways’!  Okay, well Bless God, let me be the first to raise both my hands and confess, I not there yet. I guess I’m still a work in progress! But perhaps, I am not the only one, huh?

According to our text, Jeremiah, aka The Weeping Prophet, came to realize that neither his great love for nor his faithful obedience to God exempted him from suffering depression, sorrow and fear. Ironically, Jeremiah’s tears didn’t stem from personal defiance but rather the insolence of his fellow-countrymen. The prophet’s heart was broken and burdened because his beloved nation was facing imminent destruction due to their continuous rebellion against God.

Instead of God’s chosen people gratefully heeding Jeremiah’s warnings, the Prophet’s concern was repeatedly met with murderous bitter resentment. Jeremiah was beaten severely, thrown into an empty cistern, and left to die for daring to tell the people the Truth. According to the scriptures, there Jeremiah called out to God and God responded with  A GRACE WORD … ‘fear not!’

While there’s some degree of solace in knowing we, the Elect of God, are in this world, BUT we’re not of this world, nonetheless we, like Jeremiah, will also endure times of suffering due to the ungodliness of others. The degradation of morality and diminishing respect for life in general, often lead us down into pits of muck and miry clay. Relationships drive us to the edge and end of ourselves, through valleys of ‘don’t know what else we can do’ and onto the intersection of ‘helpless to change our condition’—yet we are never without this Hope—our deliverance is always just a prayer away! One short faith-filled “HELP ME, LORD JESUS!” releases The Power and The Glory of God—right on time, every time!

In the midst of your turmoil, has God ever whispered a Rhema Word  into your belly that instantly checked your spirit, jump started your hope and restored your peace, right?  Just One Word can flip the script, strengthen your heart, renew your mind, quicken your faith, stir up the Holy Ghost, Who empowers you with that second wind that catapults you to run on, convinced that, ‘Yeah Baby! WE GOT THIS!’ (Ref. Isaiah 40: 30-31)

Don’t be scarred! God’s near! Let Hell know WHO YOU KNOW, WHOSE YOU ARE AND WHOM YOU SERVE!

Oh yeah! ONE WORD FROM GOD CHANGES EVERYTHING!

Good Morning Family! GOTTA MOMENT? AWESOME!

We are grateful that you are joining us today in our weekly Day of Corporate Fasting and Prayer! In light of the recent events having taken place in our nation, we know that it’s praying without ceasing time! As we entreat The Throne of Mercy and Grace personally and on behalf of our loved one, friends and this world, we must remain confident and assured that God hears and answers our prayers according to the Power that works within us! Shall we enter in together?

 

Father, I stretch my hand to thee! No other help I see! If Thy withdraw Thyself from me, where O where shall I be….Amazing Grace! How sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now I’m found! Was blind but now, I see! Oooh Sweet Wonder! Ooooh, Sweet Wonder! Jesus, The Son of God! Oooooh Sweet Wonder…. Ooooooohhhh Sweet Wonder! JESUS, THE SON OF GOD! Ooooohhhh! Oooohhh! OOOOHHHH! OOOOOOHHHH! OOOOHHHH! OOOOOHHH! Jesus, Jesusssss; Jesusssss! JJJJJEEEESSSSSSUUUUSSSS! JJJJEEEESSSSSUUUSSSSS….

 

Heavenly Father, once again we come together, thanking You for this day! For this new day, is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. We bless You, Lord Jesus, for making a Way for us to approach The Throne of Mercy with a holy boldness and confidence that YOU ARE YET SEATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE GOD WHO IS, WAS, AND SHALL ETERNALLY BE THE ONE TRUE LIVING GOD, CREATOR AND SUSTAINER OF EVERYTHING!

Lord, as we come bowing reverently before You, we’re praying for ourselves, as well as all our sisters and brothers. We’re asking and believing for an immediate release from fear, anxiety, stress, hopelessness and despair that is burdening the hearts and minds of so many of Your Precious children everywhere! We’re believing for an immediate, Supernatural Impartation of Divine Peace, Hope, Love and Joy that we might be able to bring comfort and encouragement to those who don’t personally know You as The God of All Comfort and Grace!

Abba Father, we pray for strength to stand in hope-filled quietness, facing the adversity and terror of the unknown, assured that nothing happens in this life except You allow. And while sometimes our lives are abruptly interrupted by unexpected circumstances, nothing ever takes You by surprise! We still trust in the only thing that shall stand forever, Your Word! We yet believe that there is no problem, no circumstance, no situation that is greater than our God! Because our God is Greater than all, Greater in all, Greater through all, and Greater OVER all! For You, Heavenly Father, are Most High God of the Universes, Eternal Truth and Faithfulness!

While You have taught us to love everyone that You’ve created in Your Own Image, we cannot deny that we need You to heal the pain, anger, grief and distrust, and yes even that glimpse of revenge that taints the hearts of Your people at the prevailing injustice inflicted upon people of color. While many in ‘power’ who have sworn to take the position of being color-blind, nevertheless we continue to see and hear the length, width, depth and intensity of their true voices!

Lord, we pray, as you have commanded in Your Holy Word, for all our enemies, even those who have desired to deceive, manipulate, use, abuse and lifted up their hands and their tongue against Your Saints, we ask that You quicken their hearts to the reality that God is not to be mocked and whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap! We pray that a Spirit of Godly Repentance overcome their self-denial, racism, arrogance, false sense of humility and entitlement, and for Grace to forgive them for all they have done knowing that because YOU ARE THE VINDICATOR OF THOSE WHO HOPE IN YOU, NO WEAPON THAT IS FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER! In Jesus Name, for I am a Child of God!

Father, we are so grateful that as we continue to walk closely with You, we understand that every battle that we have ever encountered in our lives is always in the control of Your Loving Hands, for You, God, have Sovereignly Ordained everything to work together for our highest good and Your Greatest Glory!

Sweet Jesus, we interceded on behalf of every unsaved soul, please quicken the Spirit of Godly-repentance that the eyes of their understanding be enlightened, that the hardness of their hearts be broken and their minds transformed by The Glory of The Gospel of Jesus Christ, releasing them from the power and influence of Satan to humbly come to You today, saying ‘YES’ to your Grace Gift and receive You as their Lord and Savior.

We ask, believing that every one who has, for whatever reason walked away from you, shall be provoked by the anointing that is on our prayer, to come back to you today and that You will put a new ‘COMMITTED YES LORD’ in their hearts and a willful obedience in their spirit to live the rest of their lives faithful and committed to Your WILL (WORD) and WAYS!

Abba Father, please touch our brother, touch our sister who has been afflicted by any sickness and disease, including the spirit of cancer, kidney failure, high blood pressure, low blood pressure and rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. We come into agreement with Your Word and declare that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up! And as You are strengthening these, we ask that You also re-invigorate, encourage and replenish the spirits, minds and bodies of those who are charged to care for their loved ones! In Jesus Name!

Father, we pray for those who are distraught by grief and fear, the elderly, the widows, the incarcerated and all those who are downcast, having borne the heat of the day, those who pushed and prayed us through! Father, give them sweet peace.

Lord, we pray for every believer who is yet holding onto Your Hand by faith today, that You are releasing a double portion of power, strength and health, provision, prosperity and protection. Father, we’re trusting that You shall preserve them in the midst of every tests. Lord, keep them constantly aware of YOUR PRESENCE and fully-confident that You will bring them out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with a reward that is exceedingly abundantly more than they expected! In Jesus Name, Amen 3x!

Father, we thank You for an fresh outpouring of Your Divine Favor upon each and every one of Your children who are seeking employment, promotion, prompt approval for student/car/home loans and assure them that YOU are YET HE, Jehovah Jar-eh, Who shall supply all of our need according to Your Riches in Glory!
Father, as we lift up our children, our children’s children to a thousand generations; and by faith, canceling every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them, committing them into Your providential care, acknowledging that from their Mother’s wombs, You had a plan and purpose for their lives also and we have the Blessed Assurance that their steps are being ordered by Your eyes!

Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher and Teacher. Undergird them with Your Anointing to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and the ministry You have ordained. Grace them to be the holy humble examples in their homes, marketplace, communities and churches that will cause those who are in their sphere of influence to love, trust and live everyday of life serving and glorifying You, Our Heavenly Father!

Father, we declare and decree that every demonic-induced spirit of addiction, perversion, oppression, depression and terror is defeated NOW because of Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power, Sound-mind and Purpose is being released into the lives of Your people who by faith cry out to You now, in Jesus Name!

Lord, as You already know, there are so many other things, that we have yet to mention, but we’re trusting and believing You to fix it, Jesus, as only You can! Lord, we know that You are not just able, but willing to do anything that we ask, in accordance to Your Word, in Jesus Name!

We thank you Father that as we walk through this day, depending on you for an abundant life, divine health and Your Joy to strengthen us for whatever lies ahead, we give You all the Praise!

As we offer up this prayer, Father we wait in confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope and trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing, defeated in shame, turning away from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Father, we thank You NOW, for WE believe that it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen 3X

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS LOVES THEM JUS AS MUCH AS HE LOVES EVERYBODY! Alleluia!

Good morning Precious Saints of The Most High God! GOTTA MOMENT? AWESOME!

We’re delighted that you have joined in today as in our weekly Day of Corporate Fasting and Prayer. As we go before The Lord, please pray for the Saints everywhere! We understand that the enemy has launched a decree to destroy the Hope and Joy of God’s elect, particularly the next generation! But God says that the violent shall pursue, recover and conquer everything that God has given us. AS WE’RE PRAYING WE ARE BELIEVING & DECREEING…Our children are our gifts from God! The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but Mighty through God for the pulling down strongholds…

 

JUS ANOTHER DAY, THAT THE LORD HAS KEPT ME! JUS ANOTHER DAY THAT THE LORD, HAS KEPT ME! HE HAS KEPT ME FROM ALL EVIL; WITH MY MIND STAYED ON JESUSSSS! JUST ANOTHER DAY THAT THE LORD HAS KEPT ME! I’M SO GLAD THAT THE LORD HAS KEPT ME! I’M SOOO GLAAADDD THAT THE LORD HAS KEPT ME! HE HAS KEPT MMEEE, FROM ALLLL EEEVVVIIILLLLL, WITH MY MIND STAAAYYYEEDDDD ON JESUSSSSS! Our Father and our God, as we come before You today, in the Magnificent, All Powerful Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus, we’re yet determined to rejoice, praise and thank You for blessing us to see this day ! Looking back, we know that it was no goodness of our own but solely Your Faithful Love that has allowed us to be here to see one more brand new day! Because of Your Benevolence, we thank You, Holy Father for the opportunity of today and to enjoy the abundance of Your Mercy, Your Grace, Your Power and Your Peace!

Father, with eternal gratitude we bless You for allowing us to enter into Your Throne Room, with hope-filled expectation, trusting You will entreat us graciously as we pour out the burdens that seem to overwhelm our hearts, releasing everything that concerns us to you!

Father, we come today blessing You for the day that You opened our hearts enabling us to recognize and receive the saving Grace in the Life, Death, Burial and Resurrection of Your Son, Jesus! We acknowledge that while there was absolutely nothing in us lovable nor worthy of this honor and privilege, BUT because it pleased You,You choose us to be Your very own children!

Abba Father, we are eternally grateful that You purposed in Your Heart and by Your Own Hand, to be The God of our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. We’re thankful that You, intimately aware of our frame, yet Faithfully, Compassionately and Graciousiously continuously looks beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to every one of our need!

Heavenly Father, we are so thankful that You knowing the very thoughts and intends of our hearts, see that our hearts are open to, depending and relying only on You! We’re believing for renewed strength, understanding and power that comes from trusting in Your Lovingkindness and Tender Mercy! Lord Jesus, because we know that You are Omniscient, Omnipresent, You already know everything about everyone of us, nevertheless You welcome us to come to You, to find Grace and Mercy, to comfort, strengthen and encourage us to hold on to every Word that You have spoken over our lives, before we were born.

Daddy, standing humbly before Your Sovereignty, before we go any further, we ask You to forgive us for everything that we, your children, have spoken, done and even thought that was not pleasing in Your sight. We thank You now because You have assured us that if we would confess our sins, You, being Faithful and Just, will forgive us, and wash us in The Precious Blood of Jesus, cleansing us from all unrighteousness, and restoring the breach that our disobedience has caused between our poor souls and our Lord and Savior, Jesus! Now, we ask Holy Spirit to intercede on our behalf, our family, our friends, even our enemies, as we know that Your love is the same for each and everyone of us!

 

Abba, we know that You have instructed us, to look not at the temporary things, but to the eternal, yet because of the frailness of our flesh, we’re easily provoked and tempted to become overwhelmed by the cares of this world, allowing our hearts to be burdened with the pressures of this life! Lord You know that too many of us are wearied with fear, doubt, unbelief, sickness and disease, financial debt, broken relationships, unprovoked threats, depression, addictions, insecurities. Lord you know that sometimes we lose our focus on You causing our days to be spent beneath clouds of evil foreboding, while our nites are plagued with restlessness, despondency and hopelessness! Lord, keep us in Your Will, as only You can!

 

Lord, we thank You for being a Listening God! Because The Bible teaches us that Blood yet speaks, hence we are fully persuaded that Your ears are not deaf to the cries of our fathers, Grandfathers, husbands, brothers, sons, nephews and cousins all over this world, even these UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! Therefore, as Your ears are tuned into the blood of those who have been struck down in our streets and is still crying out from the cracks in the ground, we’re believing You are The God of  Perfect Justice and Vindication!

 

Sweet Jesus, because no man can come to the Father except you draw them, we ask that as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind, that you draw and save the lost, reclaim every back-slider and direct their footsteps to their local church home today. We’re believing that all of our unsaved loved ones and friends will be saved and join our Eternal Family!

Father, touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer, high/low blood pressure, heart disease, kidney, lung failure, satanically induced depression/oppression/addictions and rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. Help us to understand that Your Name, Jesus is a Strong Tower, and those that You have declared the righteous run into it and are saved! 

Lord, there are so many other things, that we have yet to mention, but we’re trusting, believing You to fix it, Jesus, as only You can! Lord, we know that You are not just able, but willing to do anything that we ask, in accordance to Your Word, in Jesus Name! THE NIGHT SHIFT!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. Psalm 121:4

 Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.  Genesis 28:15 ESV

 

Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for a long time or just recently made your decision to follow Christ, none of us are excluded from faith’s stresses, test and trials! If you don’t have a clue about what I’m talking about, may I draw from dem ol’ skool Mothers’ terminology, “Baby, jus keep getting up in the mornin’ and going to bed at night, sooner or later you will encounter a season in your life when you’ll feel as though God has left you in the valley of the shadows of death to fend for yourself!”

I understand that this kinda theology may seem a bit strange, (not to mention unbiblical, after all we live in the Dispensation of Grace) to some Millenniums who’ve been spoon fed Gospel-Lite-Prosperity pablum prepared by the more sophisticated-socially-acceptable-all-ingratiating-all-inclusive preachers! But check The Book, it’s still in there! “Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:” 1 Peter 4:12

Yet! When you’re forced to trample through the turbulence terrains of this life, know, that your Heavenly Father is not a dead-beat absentee Father. God has left His Eternal Word as a Light to the 21st Century Saints! Hence, The Word of God is still well able to comfort, strengthen and encourage those who seek Him!

Precious ones, perhaps, at this reading, you find yourself smack-dab-in-the-middle of a loooonnnnggg night of overwhelming fear and anxiety,  yet Truth remains! Even when you’re unable  to trace God’s Face or feel His Hand, trust His Heart!

Sometimes, we’re so focused on the trauma of the moment that we forget that we have a real enemy who delights in secretly launching attacks against God’s elect, under the cloak of darkness with his diabolical wiles, strategically aimed to diminish your confidence and trust in God!  Nevertheless,  don’t fall for the okey-doke…Satan ain’t running nothing! Your God is Sovereignly watching over you 24/7! He never naps! Day and night are the same to Him! Every step you take is Divinely-ordered by The Lord! He’s already gone before you preparing designated rest areas along the road to revive and re-energize our spirit and soul! #Didjaheardat? IT’S TRUE!

Beloved, when it seems as if everything is falling apart, Holy Spirit says, ‘It’s falling right in place’! Abba Father is weaving each piece of your life together for your greatest good and His Highest Glory! And at the appointed time, He will flip it over to display His Magnificent Masterpiece! (Ref. Romans 8:28)

“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.” 1 John 3:2

Like Jacob, as we continue our pilgrimage through the gross darkness of this fallen world en route to the celestial city, we may all proclaim of our Savior “The God that led me all my life long” works THE NIGHT SHIFT!

GOOD MORNING FAMILY! Gotta Moment? Awesome!

Welcome to our weekly Thursdays’ Prayer and Fasting! Once again, we’re excited that you’ve joined us as we enter into The Glorious Presence of The Most High God! We’re blessed and honored for the opportunity to cast off the burdens that challenge our hope, peace and joy that is ours because we’ve been reconciled to The Lord of Compassion, Grace and Mercy! Shall we go in together?

Here we are to worship, here we are to bow down! Here we are to say that Your our God! You’re altogether Lovely, Altogether Worthy, Altogether Wonderful to Me! I’ll never know, how much it cost to see Your Son upon that crossss..So here we are to worship! Here we are to bow down…Here we are to say that You’re our God! …Bow down and worship Him! Worship Him! Ooooh Worship Him! Bow Down and Worship Him! Enter In, Oooh enter in! Consuming fire! Sweet perfume. His awesome Presence fills this room. This is holy ground! This is holy ground. This is holy ground. So come and bow down!

Let’s pray..

Abba Father, as we bow our heads and our hearts to thank You for this day, we honor our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for the privilege to enter into Your Throne Room! We’re eternally grateful and confident that You welcome us with Lovingkindness! We rejoice in Hope that because You are listening to our prayers we believe that You are dispatching  the angelic hosts to save, heal and deliver us, even as we’re praying!
Heavenly Father, we thank you for watching over us as we slept last nite. We thank You for knowing it was Your Hand that awakened us this morning, safe from hurt and harm. You kept death, destruction, terror, the thief and robbers out of our way. Because of Your Sustaining Power, when we rose this morning we were yet able to stand, see, to hear, speak, to feel, and to taste of Your Goodness this day and every day. We thank You, Heavenly Father, even for the mind to say Thank You!

We’re blessed because You, being Holy and Righteous continue to be such a loving forgiving God, and such an understanding and caring God. You have done so much for us and yet you keep on blessing us. Lord forgive us this day for everything we have done, or said or thought that was not pleasing to you. Abba Fahter, we are sincerely sorry and humbly repent asking for Your forgiveness trusting in Your Promise! Because You are Faithful and Just to give us and wash us in The Cleansing Blood of Jesus, we have the assurance that we are  restored to our right relationship with You, therefore we may walk free from condemnation, guilt and shame!

We thank You Lord Jesus, for being The God of our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. We’re thankful that because You know our frame, Your faithfulness and compassion allow You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to all of our need!

Father,  we’re believing that You are touching our brother, touching our sister whose body has been afflicted by sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer and rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. Heavenly Father, You have decreed that You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as you walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that by Your stripes  we have been redeemed and healed  and we’re yet standing on Your promise that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Sweet Jesus, we’re asking that You search our hearts and see that we’re opened to Your Will and Your Way, totally depending and relying on You to work on, in and through us so that others may come to see Your Glory being manifested in this present world.

We believe that as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind that you save the lost, and that You will open the eyes of their understanding that they may know that it’s ONLY in The Name of Jesus that any of us can be saved! Break up the fallow ground of their hearts and put a ‘SINCERE YES’ in them that they will humbly receive You as their personal Lord and Savior! Father we’re trusting that You will direct their steps, and place and settle them into a church home today.

Heavenly Father, we lift up every person who has walked away from You and Your church for whatever reason. Your Word assures us that You are married to the backsliders. Encourage their soul that because of Your Unfailing Love, You are praying and waiting for them to come back into Your Loving arms today! We’re believing that their hearts are being pricked at this very moment, compelling them to return with a “COMMITTED YES” determined to live out the rest of their lives devoted to serving and being a witness of The Goodness of The Lord!

Knowing that You Sovereignly Rule and Reign over the affairs of mankind, as our nation is in the midst of election season and many are overwhelmed with fear, doubt and confusion, we pray and thank You for our President Obama, Mrs. Hillary Clinton and Father, we ask that You help Donald Trump as only You can!

We ask that You continue to open the eyes of understanding so that your people are not easily deceived by those who would desire to entrap your children in bondage once again to anything that You have delivered us from.

Lord Jesus, we lift up every government official, education, financial, judicial, health care and spiritual leader, asking a special miracle for each and every one of them who are yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the conviction and anointing of Holy Spirit.

Father, we’re trusting and believing that you will Grace them to be the examples in their homes, churches and community that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall in  love, trust wholly in and live their lives serving You!

Father, we commit our children, our children’s children and by faith, into Your providential care! Lord, we realize that You have a plan and purpose for their lives too and we have the blessed assurance that their steps are yet being ordered by Your eyes!

Heavenly Father, stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name that they will have a desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship with Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that they might prove what is the perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

Lord, I pray for every believer who is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, that You will release Divine power, Supernatural strength and health, provision, prosperity and protection, PEACE, comfort and encouragement. I pray also Father, that You will preserve us thru the tests that they must go thru and that You will bring us out completely restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised them in Your Word.

Father, we rejoice now in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame, turning their backs from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayers as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Father, we thank You, honor and praise You now, for we believe that it is done!  In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Alleleujah! Amen 3x and It Is So!

Those who stand in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY JESUS CARES!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. Isaiah 60:1-2

 

Face it, every day ain’t the same! Some of us can’t even remember the last time we popped out of bed, headed for the gates, fortified with the zeal to take over anything or anyone who dared to challenge our God-ordained authority in the earth!

I know we saanng that song last Sunday morning, some of us even cut a step, “I been running for Jesus along Time, and I’m not tired Yet!” But, once we left the Euphoric atmosphere of the sanctuary and went back to da real-world, chances are that behind the plastic smiles and the colloquial ‘Blessed and Highly Favored’ many of us were bowed down, burdened and overwhelmed by unimaginable weights of everyday existence! Hush!  Yall know we can’t admit it to them religious folk, huh?  After all, how we feel has absolutely nothing to do with our relationship with God! We’re supposed to walk by faith, not by our feeling, right?

I know a man who walked this earth over 2,000 years ago; Who was despised. rejected, tortured,spat on and left to die hanging between Heaven and Hell! Awemaazingly, most of His persecution came from the very ones He came to save, heal and deliver!  WOW! YET! He was willing to deny His feelings and endure it all to finish His assignment given by His Heavenly Father! WOW! And we think we have it rough, huh?

Nobody told us that this journey would be easy! In fact, the exact opposite is True. “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” Matthew 16:24

Nevertheless, this same JESUS, illustrated to us, who dare to name the Name of Christ, how to take the hits and keep it moving! The scriptures reveal how our Savior was able to commit to God’s Process, even submitting to The Cross, death, hell and the grave! “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2 #Didjaheardat?

Jesus did not focus on the moment, but He concentrated on THE BIG PICTURE! Hence, in The Kingdom of God, purpose trumps pain! Before the foundation of the world, Jesus was perfectly committed to His Father’s Redemption Plan! It was the Joy of ensuring the restoration of God’s elect back to The Kingdom that motivated Jesus! Thankfully, He did not consider the price too extravagant, but a small thing to fulfill the Father’s Love.

Please understand, it’s not our intent to minimize the severity nor enormity of the issues challenging the faith, hope and peace of 21st Century Saints. However, those of us who have walked with Jesus over these past three decades, know that there’s one thing that has not changed! That’s The Word of God! God has called us to be The Light of this World! We, who put our personal trust in Jesus , our Eternal King, are reflectors of God’s Loving-kindness and Faithfulness! C’mon now, we’ve ALL got some personal history to verify that trouble don’t last always! Joy is comin’ in the morning!

Seems like we got this thing kinda backwards, huh?  We say, the world’s in darkness, yet they’re laughing, partying, turnin it up! While, God’s people are walking around with our heads hung down and our backs humped over? Something is sho nuff wrong with that picture! We’re heirs, joint-heir of The Kingdom of God! This is our heritage—righteousness, peace and joy in The Holy Ghost!

Perhaps today, you find yourself in the midst of a long dark night, remember although you don’t see the sun, it’s still there! Beloved, if you’re experiencing a power shortage and need to be re-connected to The True Power Source, The Son, U NEED 2 KNOW…He’s STILL THERE! Bow your heart, lift your hands, reach up and receive The Glory! Afterall, He’s already paid the Bill! ARISE & SHINE 4 HIS MERCY ENDURES 4EVER!

Abba Father, we come before You today, In the Magnificent, All Powerful Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus, rejoicing, our spirits are praising and thanking You for blessing us to see a brand new day. We thank You, Father for another opportunity to embrace and enjoy the abundance of Your Mercy, Your Grace, Your Power and Your Peace!

Father, we come now thanking You for the blessed honor and privilege that You have given us when You determined to choose us to be Your very own children! Now we can confess with delight and joy that You Alone are The God of our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. We’re eternally grateful that because You know our frame, Your faithfulness and compassion yet allows You to look beyond our human frailties, faults, failures and iniquities to see and minister to all of our need!

We praise You Heavenly Father for renewing our strength, enlightening our understanding and enabling us to speak with a holy boldness stemming from a heart open to, depending and relying only on You!.

Because no man can come to the Father except You draw them,  it is with eternal gratitude, Father, that we ask, as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind, that you draw and save the lost! As we pray for those who are unsaved, believing that it is because of Your Goodness that leads any of us to repent, please put a spirit of Godly-repentance to say “YES” in their heart and in their mind that they will come humbled by Your Grace today and receive You as their personal Lord and Savior!

Lord, we ask that You  restore a ‘COMMITED YES’ in the hearts and minds of every backslider and allow today to be the day that they come back to You and come back to YOUR church. Direct their footsteps, place them and settle them into Your ordained church home, Father, that they might be nurtured by The Truth of Your Word and filled with Holy Spirit that empowers them with the willingness to obey Your Will that they might walk blameless before You!

Lord, You already know, looking down from above, that today we live in a world where the very elect are being constantly bombarded by intimidation and threatening persecution from a God-hating, God-denying, rebellious society of people! We also acknowledge that the Earth which You have created is wrestling to escape the corruption of a sinful nature therefore, we humbly lift up before Your Throne, every believer who is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, that You will release Divine power, Supernatural strength, consolation, health, provision, prosperity and protection.

We ask also Daddy, that You will preserve us in the midst of every test and challenge that You have Sovereignly ordained us to go thru! Keep us constantly aware of YOUR PRESENCE; comforted and fully-confident that You will bring us out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised us in Your Word!

Lord we pray, that in this season of transition in the political arena of our nation, that You help us to remember that You Are Lord. You are our Everlasting King who rules and reigns over all the affairs of mankind! Pour out an abundance of Peace that surpasses our natural understanding, assuring us that You are well able to keep us, provide for us and protect us from all hurt, harm and danger! Clothe us in the Complete Armor of God that we might be able to stand our ground in the midst of contrary winds and waves!

Abba Father, we lift up our spiritual leaders, asking a special blessing upon each and every one of them who are yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the conviction and anointing of Holy Spirit! We pray that you will Grace them to be the examples in their homes, churches and communities that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall in love, trust wholly in and to live their lives fully committed to serving You, Our Heavenly Father.

We ask Heavenly Father, that you will stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name with an urgency that inspires an even greater  desire to increase their personal, intimate relationship with their Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that they might prove what is the good, perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

Lord of Glory, we declare and decree that every demonic-induced spirit of temptation, torment, confusion, doubt, unbelief, rejection, condemnation, addiction, anxiety, perversion, hopelessness, helplessness, deception,depression, despair and fear is defeated by Your Yoke Destroying Anointing and the Spirit of Love, Power and Soberness be released now, in Jesus Name!

Father, we now wait in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame and defeat, running away from Your people, because You always hear the voice of our weeping, our supplications and receive our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Father, we thank You, honor and praise You now, knowing THAT IT IS DONE! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Let the Faith-filled Believers seal this prayer with AMEN 3X and It Is So!

When crowds of people came out for baptism because it was the popular thing to do, John exploded, “Brood of snakes! What do you think you’re doing slithering down here to the river? Do you think a little water on your snakeskins is going to deflect God’s judgment? It’s your life that must change, not your skin. And don’t think you can pull rank by claiming Abraham as ‘father.’ Being a child of Abraham is neither here nor there—children of Abraham are a dime a dozen. God can make children from stones if he wants. What counts is your life. Is it green and blossoming? Because if it’s deadwood, it goes on the fire. Luke 3:7-9

 

Ever asked someone, “Are you saved?” to which they responded, ‘matter-of-factly’,“uuuhhh…Mama told me I been baptized!” or “I belong to First Bed-Rock of The Divine Pentecostal Kingdom Fellowship” Don’t shout me down, now yall….jus wondering?

Seems to be a lot of that going around, huh? We’re living in a world where pretty much everybody’s ‘saved’! I mean, just look at the explosion of ‘Mega Ministries’, that have popped up in this country alone, right? Kinda makes you wonder why Jesus hasn’t returned! Well, may I submit for your consideration, while church attendance is a critical component of our spiritual development,church membership doesn’t make you a Christian any more than living in a garage makes you a car!

I understand how one might be confused, given the ‘mob mentality’ of the more contemporary theological persuasions of The New Millennium Era, that more means better. This is nothing new! According to our scripture text, it’s been going on since the days of John The Baptist! One might wonder, given the number of churches and folk who pour into the buildings any Sunday morning, why we don’t see much change as individuals, in our families, communities, even as a nation?

Simply put, too many folk try to cut across the field, by-pass the cross and creep into the Kingdom through an imaginary backdoor!

That’s why some imposters casually enter the church house,‘carrying their chains, tuck them quietly under the plush pews, sanng, shout, dance up and down the aisle, sit like a bump on a log while the sermon is presented, Hi-5 your neighbor 10x, turn around 7x, repeat the benediction, greet your neighbor, pick up your chains and get back out there and do what u gotta do’! #OHYESSHEDIDSAYDAT!!!

Beloved! Jesus came not to set up another system of legalistic religious rituals, but to restore the personal intimate relationship, severed by our First Parents, Adam and Eve’s rebellion against the righteous commands of The True and Living God! And when He ascended back to The Throne Room on High, Father God sent The Holy Spirit to live inside of anyone who makes a conscious decision to humble themselves, repent and put their personal faith in The Only Saving Grace of Jesus Christ! The indwelling Presence of The Spirit of Jesus, empowers us to live a holy, separated, consecrated life of triumphant deliverance in the midst of this dark and depraved world! Didjaheardat?

“…for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose,” Philippians 2:13

Sadly, despite the finished work of the Cross, Satan has yet been able to keep too many of God’s precious ones, illegally chained to stuff that Jesus has already secured their glorious freedom from!  

But that’s why we’re here, right? To shine out for God by spreading the Good News,“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” John 8:36

GOOD MORNING FAMILY! GOTTA MOMENT? AWESOME! Once again, we’re inviting you to join us today, in our weekly Thursday’s Corporate Prayer and Fasting!

WE TURN OUR HEARTS AND MINDS AWAY FROM ALL THE NOISE, ALONE WITH YOU, WE WAIT TO HEAR YOUR VOICE…NOTHING ELSE MATTERS…TO WORSHIP YOU, I LIVE…TO WORSHIP I LIVE, I LIVE TO WORSHIP YOU..JESUS…OOOHHH…OOOHHH…With up stretched arms, empty hands and open hearts, SHALL WE PRAY?

Abba Father we come today, in Jesus Name, thanking You for blessing us to see one more new day! We thank You for another opportunity to enjoy the abundance of Mercy, Grace, Power and Peace! We bless You for the honor and privilege that you have bestowed upon us by calling us to be Your very own children! As we acknowledge You as The God of our Salvation, Lord of Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision, we thank You for so graciously blessing us with renewed strength, understanding and power to accomplish every good work that You have fore-ordained!

Lord Jesus, we’re eternally grateful that YOU ARE THE SOVEREIGN LORD of ALL, therefore YET in absolute control of all things. In light of the reports of atrocious shootings that are taking place all around us and in the midst of sadden hearts and wearied spirits we shall not forget to express our gratitude because You have yet kept us hidden under The BLOOD! We praise You, Heavenly Father, that even in days of impending chaos and destruction, we know that the safest place in this whole world is in YOUR PERFECT WILL! 

Abba Father, as we kneel our hearts before You, we ask that You forgive us for every sin that we have willfully and unwillfully done, spoke or thought that was not pleasing in Your sight, and grieving to Holy Spirit. We believe, according to Your Promise that as we confess and repent from a heart of sincereity,that You are Faithful and Just to forgive us, remove our sins from us, casting them into the Sea of Your Selective Forgetfulness, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness through The Word and the Blood! We’re thankful that because You know our frame, Your Faithful Compassion continuously allows You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to all of our real need!

Lord, we pray for every one who is going thru a season of sorrow and grief at the lost of a loved one, those who have been victimized by rejection, disappointment, failure, divorce, lost of employment, bankrupty and foreclosures! We plead the Blood of Jesus over every demonic thought, spirits of anxiety, oppression, depression and confusion, because we know that You are not the author of these satanic thoughts and feelings, but You have given us who have put our personal trust in Your Son Jesus, Your Righteousness, a Spirit of Love, Peace, Joy and a Sound Mind!

As we lift up every believer who is yet holding on to your Hand by faith today, we’re asking that You release a double anointing of Your Divine Peace, Power, Supernatural strength, provision, prosperity and protection. We pray also, Father, that You preserve them thru every test that You have allowed us to go thru, confidently assuring us that You will bring us out fully restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised in your Word. We priase You now as You encourage us and empower us with an overwhelming consciousness of Your Abiding Presence!

Precious Jesus, because no man can come to the Father except You draw them, we interced on behalf of every single soul that’s closest to death, hell and destruction! Please quicken the Spirit of Godly-repentance in their heart and in their mind that they will come to you today crying out“Yes” to your Grace Gift and receive You as their personal Savior And Lord! We’re believing that as we’re praying, You are already directing their footsteps, placing and settling them into a local church home today, in Jesus Name!

Father, we ask because of Your Compassion, that You reclaim all those who have walked away from You and implant a ‘Commited YES’ in the hearts and minds! Let today be the day that they come back to You and come back to YOUR church where they will faithfully submit their lives to the sound teachings of Your Word, and learn to love and live the rest of their lives walking to please You First!

Heavenly Father, we pray, according to Your Will, for the leaders of our nation, corporate, judicial, education, financial institutions and our churches! We’re believing that You will touch the minds and hearts, and speak to them in dreams and visions, letting them know that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens is keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly!

Abba Father, we ask that You encourage and comfort the souls of your Elect who are overwhelmed with fear, doubt and worry about the things that are going on in our personal lives because of this ungodly world’s systems! Send us miraculous assurances that we are never alone, and never without Your Very Present Help!

Lord Jesus, we’re thanking You for an outpouring of Your Divine Favor upon each and every one of your children who are seeking employment, promotion, prompt approval for student/car/home loans and assure them that YOU are Jehovah Jareh, who shall supply all of their need according to Your Riches in Glory!

Father as we believe, declare and decree, that every demonic-induced spirit of perversion, yoke of addiction is broken, every spirit of doubt, unbelief and fear is defeated NOW because of Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness and Purpose is being released in the lives of Your people immediately, in Jesus Name!

Abba Father, we stand in agreement with You Who hears ours prayers and forgives our transgressions! Holy Father, because You have personally chosen us and brought us near to live in Your House, we shout with joy unto The One to Whom all men will come! We yield all that we have, all that we have and all that we hope to be, in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your ways and salvation known among all nations for You Guide and Rule justly!
