We’re delighted that you have joined us today in our Weekly Thursdays’ Corporate Fasting and Prayer! As we come bowing reverently inYour Presence, we affirm Thee O Lord as our dwelling place throughout all generations, seeking refuge and rest in the Shadow of The Almighty God…

WELCOME HOLY SPIRIT! WE ARE IN YOUR PRESENCE! FILL US WITH YOUR POWER, LIVE IN SIDE OF ME! YOU’RE MY LIVING WATER, NEVER-ENDING FOUNTAIN, COMFORTER AND COUNSELOR! TAKE COMPLETE CONTROL…WITHOUT HIM, I CAN DO NOTHING! WITHOUT HIM, I WILL FAIL! WITHOUT HIM, MY LIFE WOULD BE DRIFTING…LIKE A SHIP, WITHOUT A SAIL….OOOOHHH SWEET WONDER! OOOOH SWEET WONDER! JESUS, THE SON OF GOD! OOOOHHH SWWEEETT WONDER! OOOOH SWEET WONDER…JESUS! THE SON OF GOD!

Bros. & Sistas, AS WE’RE PRAYING, WE’RE BELIEVING AND DECREEING…

Father in Heaven, here we are before You once again. We come today with outstretched arms, open hands and grateful hearts, for this is the day that You have made! Therefore, we’re rejoicing in The Splendor of Your Magnificent Glory! We know that it’s only because of Your Grace and Mercy, that we’re yet here! It’s because of Your love for us, You have allowed us one more day to enjoy life, health and strength.

We’re thankful for another opportunity to present ourselves as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable unto You. From our Mother’s womb, You’ve proven Yourself to be Faithful and True; therefore, we’re trusting You to provide everything that we need today to sustain us through whatever challenges that unfold during the course of this day! Abba Father, we fearfully acknowledge You Alone as our God, Guard and Guide!
Father, with eternal gratitude we bless You for allowing us to enter into Your Throne Room, with hope-filled expectation that You will entreat us graciously as we pour out the burdens that seem to overwhelm our hearts, releasing everything that concerns us to you! Lord Jesus, because we know that You are Omniscient, Omnipresent, You see and You already know everything about everyone of us, yet You continue to welcome us to come to you, to find Grace and Mercy to comfort, strengthen and encourage us to hold on to every Word that You have spoken over our lives, before we were even born!

Lord, from a heart open to, solely depending and wholly relying only on You for renewed strength, understanding and power!

Father, as You Sit Enthroned above all that is seen and unseen, You are aware of what’s going on in our world today and everyday! Nothing happens in our lives that can ever take You by surprise. Lord, You know that the hearts of Your people are being inundated with fear because of the evil, wickedness and deceitfulness of violent hateful men that surrounds us! Father, You also know the secret threatenings that are being perpetrated against those of us who have vowed to remain faithful and put our trust in You!

We offer the sacrifice of Thanksgiving to You now because You have assured us that if we would confess our sins, You, Heavenly Father will forgive us for our rebellious disobedience against Your Holy Commandments. Being Faithful and Just God, You wash us in The Precious Blood of Jesus, cleansing us from all unrighteousness, and restoring the breach that our disobedience has caused between our poor souls and our Lord and Savior, Jesus!

Now, we joyfully ask Holy Spirit to intercede on behalf of our family, our friends, even our enemies, as we know that Your love is the same for each and everyone of us!

Sweet Jesus, remember those who are yielding our lives to Righteousness! Shield our nation, surround us with Mercy, protect us, cover us in Your Blood and keep us as we intercede for those who are yet being deceived by the Spirit of this world, yet trapped in the darkness of their own will! Jesus, open their hearts, give them eyes that see Your Glory and ears to hear Your Word.

We pray, that as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind, save those who are yet lost in the darkness of this world and have not received You into their hearts and lives as Savior and Lord. We’re believing you to put a ‘sincere YES’ in their hearts and minds that this will be the day that they will come humbly to you, repenting and asking for Forgiveness and be born again into Your Kingdom!

Lord, we ask You to reclaim every back-slider who having been deceived by the Tempter has foolishly walked away from following You! Set them free them to repent of their sin and come running back to You! We pray that today will be the day that Holy Spirit will break up the fallow ground of their hears, putting a ‘COMMITED YES’ in their heart and mind to come back under the Ark of Your Covenant! Guide them and settle them into a local church home today where they will be nurtured, instructed, comforted and encouraged by the sincere milk of Your Holy Word. Give them a fresh desire to live faithfully, in Holiness and Godly, reflecting The Glory of Your Lovingkindness to everyone they encounter!

Father, we entreat You to touch our brother, touch our sister who’s body has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer, kidney and heart disease, arthritis, high/low blood pressure, Alzheimer, fear, anxiety,doubt, unbelief, stress, oppression and depression! Rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. Lord, because Your Word declares that by Your stripes we have been redeemed and healed, we’re yet standing on Your Promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name!

Lord, we pray for every believer who is being attacked on every hand by the fiery darts of our common enemy, Satan, but is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today! Abba Father, dispatch a double portion of Your Divine Power, Supernatural Strength and Health, Provision, Prosperity and Protection. Encourage us Holy Spirit; stir up the Joy, Hope and Peace of Your Salvation!

Lord we pray that you will save, heal and deliver speedily by Your Mighty Hand, all those who are crying out to you, seeking Your Face at the very moment! Give us to know that because we belong to You, we are never too far that You can’t see us, reach us, and shield us from anything that the devil would rail against us. Help us to understand that Your Name, Jesus is a Strong Tower, and those that You have declared the righteous run into it and are saved! Open up our minds and our hearts, filling us with Your Assurance, and confidence that at The Name of Jesus, every knee must bow and every tongue confess that You are Lord and Reign Forever!

Grace Your precious children with hope-filled trust that You, Father, have committed Your Word towards us that no weapon that’s formed us shall ever prosper and except You allow it, no trouble, test or trial can come near us. We thank you Lord, for fully persuading us of Providential Presence and Power to turn everything around to work in our favor and to bring about exuberant testimonies and praises of Your Eternal Magnificence, Honor and Glory!
Abba Father, as we pray, we’re believing that You will comfort Your children whose souls are being vexed by the blatant disregard of the leaders of this world to Your Righteous Commands and are willfully perverting and disobeying Your Laws, doing what seems right in their sin-lusting callous hearts and minds.

Heavenly Father, we plead the Blood of Jesus over the lives of our children, grandchildren. great-grandchildren and every generation until The Day of Your Return. Sanctify Yourself in their hearts that they may desire to please You rather than man. Even as You endowed The Three Hebrew Boys, with courageous-holy-boldness, help them to stand for You and not bow to the ways of this fallen world!

Lord, You already know, that sometimes we lose our focus on You causing our days to be spent beneath clouds of evil foreboding, while our nites are plagued with restlessness, despondency and hopelessness! Lord, we thank You for being a Listening God and even when we can’t find the words, You hear the moanings and groanings of our heart’s cry! Lord, we pray, keep us in Your Will, as only You can!
Father, we wait in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that every worker of iniquity is suddenly trembling, and departing shamefully defeated, knowing You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Father, we thank You, honor and praise You now, for we believe that IT IS DONE! Hallelujah!!! IN THE EXALTED NAME OF JESUS. AMEN 3X AND IT IS SO!

Good Morning Family, GOT A MOMENT? AWEMAZING!

Once again, we’re excited that you have joined us today in our Weekly Day of Corporate Prayer and Fasting. As we approach The Throne Room of our King, with up stretched arms and open hearts, we’re eternally grateful for the privilege that He has afforded every believer to enter into His Presence, casting all of our care upon Him and finding Mercy, Grace and Very Present Help in these vexing times!

WE TURN OUR HEARTS AND MINDS AWAY FROM ALL THE NOISE, ALONE WITH YOU, WE WAIT TO HEAR YOUR VOICE…NOTHING ELSE MATTERS… BUT TO WORSHIP YOU, I LIVE…TO WORSHIP I LIVE, I LIVE TO WORSHIP YOU..JESUS…OOOHHH…OOOHHH…With up stretched arms, empty hands and open hearts, SHALL WE PRAY?

 

Abba Father, we come before You today, In the Magnificent, All Powerful Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus, rejoicing, praising and thanking You for blessing us to see this brand new day. Acknowledging that it was not because of any goodness of our own that we live, move and have our being, we quickly thank You, Heavenly Father, for another opportunity to embrace and enjoy the abundance of Your Mercy, Your Grace, Your Power and Your Peace!

Heavenly Father, it is with unspeakable joy that we thank You for being The God of our Salvation, Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. With heartfelt humility and sincere gratitude, we recognize that it’s only Your Grace, Compassion and Faithfulness that allows You, knowing our frame, to continue to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities. forgiving us and minister to all of our need!

From our hearts open, depending and relying solely upon You, we offer up our thanksgiving laced with precious praises to You today, for we revere and extol You as The Only Wise Savor and Lord of Life!

Father, we come this morning thanking You for choosing us to be Your very own children! Because of Your Lovingkindness towards us, we can now declare and unashamedly decree that we are joint-heirs to Your Kingdom and You are Our God, our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. While our future remains a mystery, we have the confidence that by Your Grace, You have restored our strength, understanding and power, equipping us with everything that we need to carry us through one more day.

Lord Jesus, because we know that You already know everything that’s happening in each of our lives, our families, our communities, our nation, we’re so grateful that You are yet in absolute control of all things! Father while we slept safely in our homes last night, we know that there will be reports of shootings, robberies, accidents and all manner of maladies, and we will not fail to thank You, for it was only You who kept us alive! We’re so very thankful that even amidst these days of impending chaos, threats, hatred, anxiety, fear, confusion, deception and destruction, the safest place in this whole world is still in YOUR PERFECT WILL! 

Precious Lord, we ‘re believing that while we’re experiencing an unexpected shaking of this nation that You are setting up a massive exodus and deliverance! We’re trusting that a Spirit of Godly-repentance is is swelling up all over this world and that the end result will be multitudes of lost souls shall be saved and those who have walked away from You shall be re-claimed! Father, we’re trusting that Holy Spirit is imparting a ‘COMMITED YES’ into their heart and in their mind that provokes those who are outside of The Ark of Covenent Grace, will come to you today and receive You as their  personal Lord and Savior. We thank You now for blessing them, directing and settling them into a local church home today, where they will be embraced with Love, encouraged, nurtured, taught so that their lives are transformed by The Glory of The Lord!

Lord, we pray for every soul who is going thru a season of grief because of the lost of a loved one, those whose lives have been victimized and bankrupted by divorce, lost of employment, disappointment, hopelessness and despair! We plead The BLOOD OF JESUS over every demonic thought, Spirits of anxiety, oppression, depression and confusion, because we know that You are not the author of these confusing demonic thoughts and feelings, but You have given us who have put our personal trust in Your Son Jesus, Your Righteousness, Love and Joy in The Holy Ghost!

Abba Father, as we entreat Your Presence, we lift up every believer who is yet holding on to your Hand by faith today, that You will release a double anointing of Your Divine Peace, Power, Supernatural strength, provision, prosperity and protection!

Sweet Jesus, we’re believing that while we’re yet praying, You will strengthen us to persevere thru every test that You have allowed, confidently assured that You will bring us out restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward us as You have promised in your Word! Lord, as we walk through the valleys, we ask that You anoint us for such a time with supernatural confidence, courage empowering us with an overwhelming consciousness of Your Abiding Presence and the immutability of Your Word!

Almighty Father, we pray, according to Your Will, for the leaders of our nation, be that goverment, corporate, judicial, education and financial institutions! We’re believing that You will touch their minds and break up the fallow hearts, speak to them in dreams and visions, let them know that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens is keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly!

Father, as we lift up our spiritual leaders, we’re asking a special blessing upon each and every one of them who are yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the conviction and anointing of Holy Spirit. We pray that you will Grace them to be the examples in their homes, churches and community that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall in love, trust wholly in and to live their lives serving You, Our Heavenly Father.

We pray, Heavenly Father, that You will stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name! We believe that You  are increasing their desire to make our election sure, walking circumspectly in pursuit of an even greater personal, intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father through fellowship of Holy Spirit that we might prove what is the perfect and acceptable Will of The Lord Jesus for our lives!

Father, as we pray, touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, especially the Spirit of cancer, dementia, Alzheimer, stroke, heart disease, kidney failure, arthritis, bi-polar depression and glaucoma! Lord,  rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. Heavenly Father, You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as you walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able and Willing to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed us from our sin, but has also healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Lord, we declare and decree that every demonic-induced spirit of temptation, anxiety, addiction and fear be defeated by Your Burden Removing Yoke Destroying Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and a Sound-mind is being released now into the lives of all those who are calling on You, in Jesus Name!

Father we wait in confident quietness, rejoicing in hope and trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling, suddenly departing in shame and disgust, is now retreating in defeat because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Abba Father, we stand in agreement with You, Who hears ours prayers and forgives our transgressions! Holy Father, because You have personally chosen us and brought us near to live in Your House, we shout with joy unto The One to Whom all men will come! We yield all that we have, all that we have and all that we hope to be, in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your ways and salvation known among all nations for You Guide and Rule justly!

Heavenly Father, we thank You NOW, for WE believe that IT IS DONE! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen 3X and It Is So!

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS STILL CARES!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

 

They will be my people, and I will be their God. I will give them singleness of heart and action, so that they will always fear me for their own good and the good of their children after them. I will make an everlasting covenant with them. I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire them to fear me so that they will never turn away from me. I will rejoice in doing them good and will assuredly plant them in this land with all my heart and soul. Jeremiah 32:38-41

 

As a child, I vaguely remember a glimpse of pride swelling up inside whenever I heard someone say,‘this is the GREATEST nation in the world’! I suppose that’s what they mean by ‘let’s make this nation great…again, huh? But, that was before I became abruptly aware that there were two nations co-existing in one! #ijs

According to historical accounts, Courage and Confidence was once the hallmark of our nation! Yet, some say that the infamous catastrophic events of 911 has radically stripped away this lofty heritage and the hope-filled future legacy  that was once ascribed to the land of the power, peace and prosperity is now being besieged by the rampant rage of darkening clouds of an evil foreboding fear, doubt, anxiety, stress, guilt, shame, confusion and condemnation!

Well, it’s not my intent to debate the inevitable result of widespread deviation from the moral standards as defined by The Holy Bible. Howeverrrr, may I submit for your consideration, that without a holy reverence, a clear vision and a Divine impartation of understanding of WHO GOD IS & WHAT HE REQUIRES OF US, people’s strength will fail and their expectations of security perishes! The past has proven that without the restraint of law and order, destruction prevails! Well, like the ol’ skool preacha used to say, “I jus lost half my churrch!” Seriously?

Honestly, when we don’t understand Whose we are, we’ll be inclined to doubt God’s ability and even His willingness to help us. Void of genuine hope and unable to trust God’s Unfailing Love, we instinctively depend upon self to take care of our needs and satisfy the desires of our own hearts. And we all know how that turns out, right?

But those of us who dare to risk resentment, ridicule and rejection from those who will slander our righteousness, labeling us as unloving and intolerant, WE DEFY the prevailing opinions of the worldly in favor of the guidelines of the Ancient Landmarks, rejoice in hope, fully persuaded that if we suffer for Christ sake, we shall also reign with Him!  #CANIGETANGOODAMEN?

Through faith and hope, TRUE WORSHIPERS develop a singleness of -heart and mind, stemming from personal intimacy with The Lord Jesus Christ whereby we experience the Abiding Presence of God, trusting wholly in His Sustaining Grace!

Instead of conforming to the ways of the world, believers don’t bail out! Hence, in the face of the calamity and chaotic circumstances, we stand steadfast, rooted and grounded in The Promises, Provision and Power, persevering in the midst of devastation, famine and plagues, confident that we’re covered! Remember Goshen, God’s Protected Place? (Ref. Exodus 8:22)

Beloved, trust 2 know that when it looks like your world is falling apart, look again! Don’t allow fear to drain your faith! From Heaven’s perspective, everything is falling right in place!  Remember, Jesus has already gone into Tomorrow to prepare a table before you, right in the presence of your enemies! (Ref. Psalm 23:5) #Didjaheardat?

IT AIN’T WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, K? YOU GOTTA HOPE BEYOND THIS WORLD!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

So do not throw away your confidence, it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. Hebrews 10:35-36

I believe that most of us remember The Wizard of Oz, right? If not, perhaps you’re familiar with Michael Jackson’s rendition of the 1939 Classic, The Oz! Aahhhh!, the gathering of the ‘least of the likelies’, comrades in arms unified by one common denominator! They each had a need that could only be fulfilled by the same source! Dorothy and Toto wanted to get back home to Kansas; The Tin Man wanted a heart; The Scarecrow wanted a brain and The Lion wanted some courage! Now, forgive me if I’m infringing upon the sanctity of the religiously sanctimonious. But! Guess that’s how I’m wired, huh? When I look at The Body of Christ, I see certain similarities between us and them!

C’mon now! You gotta admit, looking around the sanctuary on any given Sunday Morning, that it’s uncomfortably obvious that God’s perception of Footmen in The Army of the Lord destined to dominate the systems of this world, contrasts profusely from those that human wisdom and intellect would nominate! Hence, I stand eternally grateful, with both hands raised high in the air, that God saw fit to choose such a wreak like I to be a part of His Family! So I’m totally convinced that God indeed does have a sense of humor!

Nevertheless, “For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:”! 1 Corinthians 1:26

The Sovereign Creator and Lord of Life individually hand-picked us out from amongst an unusual conglomerate of ethnic, intellectual, social, financial and spiritual backgrounds. I would imagine, that since He ia Alpha and Omega, being fully aware of not just the common need (A SAVIOR) but also the gi-normous potential of resounding Glory that would resonate throughout the universes as we’re being made holy (HOLY SPIRIT) was too much to resist, therefore motivated Him to draw some of us, huh?

I mean who would’ve thought YOU would be saved, sanctified and serving The Lord with all of your heart, mind, body, soul and spirit…everyday? #4REAL! #ijs

Howeverrrr, contrary to the world’s notion, saints ain’t no chumps! It takes tremendous strength, fortitude and determination to walk worthy of this calling! Those who’ve walked with God for any length of time, know that even after we’ve confessed our faith in The Lord Jesus Christ, you can’t expect that deceitful devil to wave a white flag, pat you on the back and throw you a retirement party! In fact, for lack of a better word, he is committed to tearing down The Kingdom of God, one soul at a time.

Nevertheless, every Blood-washed, born-again child of The Most High God must be armed with the same mindset that Jesus had! (Ref. 1 Corinthians 2:16) Just as sure as there is an enemy determined to destroy you, you have The True and Living God, Who has sworn by Godself, to always cause you to be victorious!(Ref. 2 Corinthians 2:14)

Oh, and don’t forget as you wield The Sword of The Spirit, (THE WORD) it comes alive, releasing supernatural power to rebuke threats and pull down the strongholds of your enemies, unmercifully! If he is bold enough to raise his ugly head above your feet, because you are IN Christ, you have been authorized and empowered to step on his throat and cut off his head!

Lastly, always be aware of the enemies attempt to strip away your confidence and trust in God by manipulating the circumstances thru FEAR (FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL)! Anything that the devil says is a lie! (Ref. John 8:44) Satan ain’t GOD and he certainly ain’t running nothing! The only reason he even showed up is because God allowed him to tempt you to test your faith! (Ref. Job 1:8) WOW! #Didjaheardat?

Precious ones, don’t abandon your confidence in The Faithfulness of Your Heavenly Father! Trust to know, God’s Love will never abandon those who will persevere, enduring the stress and hardships of being aliens of this fallen world! (Ref. Hebrew 13:5) What’s coming is so much greater than what’s been! (Ref. Romans 8:18)

Be encouraged Believer! It’s through much tribulation that we enter into The Kingdom of God!’ (Ref. Acts 14:22) Remember, Beloved, we’re not home! Yet clothed in Hope of The Celestial City awaiting, we forge courageously Heavenward to be united Eternally with our King!

IS GOD FAIR???

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: Romans 1:21-26a

 

Okay! Don’t be looking at me with that tone of voice! Even if we were too sccaarred to speak it out loud, chances are, we’ve all thought about it at some point in our lives, huh?

Particularly, when circumstances didn’t flow in the natural order of progression according to our personal logic! That’s when we tend to get all philosophical and put God on the witness stand! “Why would a Loving God send people to Hell? Why do innocent babies die? Why do bad things happen to good people?” Unfortunately, as Bro. Job can attest to, except thru Holy Spirits’ impartation of revelation, we’re fundamentally incapable of assessing the Ways and Means of our Sovereign Lord’s Infinite Wisdom and Knowledge. (Ref. Job 42:3-5) Am I right about it?

Amazingly, The Sustainer of everything, knowing the hopelessness of relying on the innate frailty of our flawed, fickled, self-centered frame, so graciously restrains Godself with compassionate patience, suffering with us through The Divine Maturation Process, until we arrive at the unity of faith implied by trusting in The Son of God! (Ref. Ephesians 4:13)

Howeverrrrr, Truth be told, this type of interrogation is generally  a direct result of a deliberate, self-induced distortion, rebellion and ultimate rejection of God’s Perfect Morality in order to justify our unmoral proclivity to satisfy the our own fleshy lust for wickedness and evil-doing! WELL? #Didjaheardat? Like the ol’ skool preacha said, “I jus lost 1/2 my church!”

According to Scriptures, Creation declares the reality of God. Barring some rare genetic malfunction, every human being born into the earth has an inner GPS (God’s Protection System) directly plugged into The Creator of The Universe, commonly called a conscience. This inner sensory perception allows us to discern good from evil. Therefore, there’s no excuse for anyone to claim that they don’t know whether God exists or if He does exists, what He requires of their lives. Now, given that we are not robots, we all have the freedom and ability to suppress God’s moral standards in favor of our own or the world’s! And…such were all of us! (Ref. 1 Corinthians 6:11) Yet, the consequences of our erroneous decisions are completely out of our hands! And we all know how well that plays out, huh?

Beloved, there’s no denying how much God loves us! I mean, He was willing to sacrifice His Righteous Son to save us who so deserved the punishment for our unrighteousness! NEVERTHELESS HE CANNOT DENY HIS LOVE!

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Yet to deny the other part of his Holy Nature, is down-right foolish! Hence, stop trying to PLAY God! HE IS NOT THE ONE! Trust 2 know…the last thing you ever wanna DO is make God angry! Seriously! It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God! (Hebrew 10:31)

Beloved, God’s mercy awaits us every morning as He awakens us to embrace one more day! Unfortunately, we have no clue how long before Grace is frustrated. While it is yet today, Precious Ones, exercise your choice, accept Jesus as Savior and Lord! When it comes to your eternal destination…FAIRNESS IS OVER-RATED…CHOOSE LIFE!

No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his strength. A horse is a vain hope for deliverence, despite all its great strength it cannot save. But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine. We wait in hope for the Lord, he is our help and our shield. In Him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name.May your unfailing love, rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in you. Psalm 33:16-22

WOAH! TIME OUT! It’s obvious that there’s a whole lotta shakin’ going on, huh? To those of us who have experienced an eye-opening awakening of our spiritual understanding realize that we’re definitely living in the times that have been prophesied not just by the Ancient patriots of faith but even Jesus himself! (Ref. Matthew 24:6) WHO KNU?

Any given morning, we wake up to broadcasts of  the latest epidemic of civic unrest, chaotic rioting, slayings, wars and rumors of wars, unraveling of corrupt political slanderers of ice and fire, global warming, earthquakes and floodings, threats of government shutdowns, human trafficking, corporate bankruptcy, lay-offs, hackers,  airport and school shootings, drug overdoses, suicides coupled with sporatic plane, train and car crashes. It’s no wonder that so many of us are stressed out, right?

Yet!  As Believers, we have an advantage that the world knows not of! We know that now is not always! According to our  Heavenly King, the sufferings of this present time, are not worth even sweating over; compared to the glorious future that awaits us at His Appearance!  There’s no denying that it’s extremely difficult to not be frustrated as the wickedness of man profusely increases, nevertheless, we have a Hope that reaches beyond this world! The Word of God stands firm forever! (Ref. Psalm 33:10-11)

Scriptures reveal that sometimes, God allows the horsemen to trample over our heads. Nonetheless, when we are faced with the harshness of life’s  real-time woes, we must anchor our trust in His Unfailing Love; knowing that it’s just a temporary set-up to catch our enemies off-guard to their imminent destruction and our inevitable Triumph! (Ref. 2 Corinthisans 2:14) The Word of God assures us that when we’re at our weakest, His Faithfulness to save, rescue and cover us is stronger than our momentary doubts and fears!

Children, when your heart is overwhelmed, look to The Rock from which you were hued! (Ref. Isaiah 51:1)  The One who stands beside us is Greater than the ones who are against us. (Ref. 1 John 4:4) For The Eyes of The Lord are always looking on His Beloved and His Ears are ever attentive to the cries of those whose hearts revere and Hope in His Holy Name! Didjaheardat?

WOW! Despite of this world’s dispair, we have every reason to lift up our heads and let your hearts rejoice in boasting as we wait in Hope, resting secure, trusting in The Strength of His Unfailing Love! #4OURGODREIGNS4EVER! THE ETERNAL HOPE!

When crowds of people came out for baptism because it was the popular thing to do, John exploded, “Brood of snakes! What do you think you’re doing slithering down here to the river? And don’t think you can pull rank by claiming Abraham as ‘father.’ Being a child of Abraham is neither here nor there—children of Abraham are a dime a dozen. God can make children from stones if he wants. What counts is your life. Is it green and blossoming? Because if it’s deadwood, it goes on the fire. Luke 3:7-9

 

Ever asked someone, “Are you saved?” to which they responded, ‘matter-of-factly’,“uuuhhh…Mama told me I been baptized!” or “I belong to First Bed-Rock of The Divine Pentecostal Kingdom Fellowship” Don’t shout me down, now yall….jus wondering?

Seems to be a lot of that going around, huh? We’re living in a world where pretty much everybody’s ‘saved’! I mean, just look at the explosion of ‘Mega Ministries’, that have popped up in this country alone, right? Kinda makes you wonder why Jesus hasn’t returned! Well, may I submit for your consideration, while church attendance is a critical component of our spiritual development,church membership doesn’t make you a Christian any more than living in a garage makes you a car!

I understand how one might be confused, given the ‘mob mentality’ of the more contemporary theological persuasions of The New Millennium Era, that more means better. This is nothing new! According to our scripture text, it’s been going on since the days of John The Baptist! One might wonder, given the number of churches and folk who pour into the buildings any Sunday morning, why we don’t see much change as individuals, in our families, communities, even as a nation?

Simply put, too many folk try to cut across the field, by-pass the cross and creep into the Kingdom through an imaginary backdoor!

That’s why some imposters casually enter the church house,‘carrying their chains, tuck them quietly under the plush pews, sanng, shout, dance up and down the aisle, sit like a bump on a log while the sermon is presented, Hi-5 your neighbor 10x, turn around 7x, repeat the benediction, greet your neighbor, pick up your chains and get back out there and do what u gotta do’! #OHYESSHEDIDSAYDAT!!!

Beloved! Jesus came not to set up another system of legalistic religious rituals, but to restore the personal intimate relationship, severed by our First Parents, Adam and Eve’s rebellion against the righteous commands of The True and Living God! And when He ascended back to The Throne Room on High, Father God sent The Holy Spirit to live inside of anyone who makes a conscious decision to humble themselves, repent and put their personal faith in The Only Saving Grace of Jesus Christ! The indwelling Presence of The Spirit of Jesus, empowers us to live a holy, separated, consecrated life of triumphant deliverance in the midst of this dark and depraved world! Didjaheardat?

“…for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose,” Philippians 2:13

Sadly, despite the finished work of the Cross, Satan has yet been able to keep too many of God’s precious ones, illegally chained to stuff that Jesus has already secured their glorious freedom from!  

But that’s why we’re here, right? To shine out for God by spreading the Good News,“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” John 8:36

Good morning Family, GOT A MOMENT?  GREAT! Once again we invite you to join us in our Weekly Day of Corporate Prayer and Fasting today! With up stretched arms and open hearts, and our mouths filled we praise …

Awesome ruler, gentle Redeemer! God with us, the Living Truth; And what a friend we have in you! You are the Living Word! Jesus, Jesus! That’s what we call you! Manger born, but on a tree! You died to save humanity; You are the Living Word! We’re pray now, believing and trusting…

 

Heavenly Father, we come today, In Jesus Name, thanking You for blessing us to see one more brand new day! We thank You for another opportunity to embrace the abundance of Your Mercy, Grace,  Power and Your Peace!

Abba Father, it’s only because of You, that we know to cherish this day and not take it for granted as if we have a right to live! Because of You we  live, move and have our being! We come with our our hearts rejoicing, hands lifted up and our lips forever praizing You! Father, as we come this morning , we’re thanking You for the honor and privilege that You have bestowed upon us by choosing us to be your very own children! Oh, how awesome are Your deeds! For You have preseved our lives and kept our feet from slipping! 

O Lord, God of Heaven, who keeps covenant Love with those who Love and Obey Your Word, we’re grateful that your ears are attentive to our prayers. We confess our sinfulness, wickeness, and disobedience to Your commands, collectively as well as individually, and we ask that You forgive us, cleanse us in The Precious Blood of Jesus and restore us back to right-fellowship with You.We’re thankful that because You know our frame, Your faithfulness and compassion continuously allows You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to our real need! We thank You, Heavenly Father for being The True God of our Salvation, Hope, Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision!

We’re so very grateful that even though we’re living in these last days  filled with impending chaos and destruction, we yet have a hiding place and know that the safest place in this whole world is smack-dab-in-da-middle of YOUR PERFECT WILL! Lord Jesus, we’re so grateful that You are yet  in control of all things.

Precious Lord, because You have declared that it is Your Will that none shall perish, we ask that You save that person who is yet walking in darkness, outside of covenant relationship with You, and reclaim every back-slider who has turned away from following You; Father, put a commited YES in their hearts and in their minds that they will run to you today and receive You as their personal Lord and Savior. Bless them now and place them and settle them into a church home that they might be restored and their character developed in the ways of Holiness and Righteousness , fill them with a determination to live out the rest of their days in humble-faithful obedience to You!

Father, we pray that you will touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer and rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. Heavenly Father, You have decreed that You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as You walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!
Lord, we intercede on behalf of every one who is going thru a season of mourning and grief because of the lost of a loved one, those who have been victimized by divorce, loss of employment, bankrupty and foreclosures! We plead the Blood of Jesus over the demonic thoughts, spirits of anxiety, oppression, depression and confusion, because we know that You are not the author of these demonic thoughts and feelings, but You have given us who have put our personal trust in Your Son Jesus, Your Righteousness, Love and Joy in The Holy Ghost!

Abba Father, we pray according to Your Will, for the leaders of our nation, corporate, judicial, education, financial institutions and our churches! We’re asking that You touch their minds and hearts, that You speak to them in dreams and visions letting them know that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens is keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly!
Abba, we ask that You  encourage and comfort the souls of Your elect who are overwhelmed with fear, doubt and worry because of the things that are going on in our personal lives and in this ungodly world systems! Lord, send them a sign that will assure them that we are never alone, and never without Your Very Present Help!

We lift up every believer who is yet holding on to your Hand by faith today,  we’re trusting that You are releasing a double anointing of Your Divine Peace, Power, Supernatural strength, provision, prosperity and protection. We’re trusting and believing that You will preveserve them thru every test that You have allowed us to go thru confidently assure that You will bring us out restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised us in Your Word. For in our weakness, You encourage us and empower us with an overwhelming consciousness of Your Abiding Presence!

Father we wait in confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope and trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame, turning their backs from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!
Abba Father, we stand in agreement with You who hears ours prayers and forgives our transgressions! Holy Father, because You have chosen us and brought us near to live in Your House, we shout with joy unto The One to Whom all men will come!

We bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your ways and salvation known among all nations for You Guide and Rule justly!
Father, we  seal this pray with a Thank You NOW, for WE believe that it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen 3X and It Is So!

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS IS LORD 2 THE GLORY OF GOD OUR FATHER!

Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Philippians 4:4-5

Good morning Lord!

Thank you for this day that You have made! (Ref. Psalm 118:24) According to Your WORD, my #1 Priority today, is to glorify and celebrate YOU! It sounds like you’ve invited me to party with you all day.  Although, You’re the One throwing the party, strangely, I feel as if I’m the Honored Guest. WOW!

As I embrace this brand new day considering WHO You are and WHAT You have promised to do for, in and thru me, my heart-joy springs up erupting into eternal hope, confidence and peace. I shutter in pure amazement, pondering the depth of your Love and Compassion towards me. O the Wonder of Your never-ending loving-kindness overwhelms me with such comforting securing Grace!

I revel in Your unrivaled Greatness and I’m no longer intimidated by my smallness, frailness nor past failures! Suddenly, I become intensely aware that I am surrounded by The Mountain, The Fortress that can’t ever be shaken nor penetrated! This awesomeness is not easily described, due to the severe limitations of my finite intellect and verbal capacity. I find myself gasping at the mere suggestion that I AM the object of such affection. Yet this Truth encompasses my spirit, soul and body and I embrace my wholeness and completeness, as I dwell in the Presence of The All-Knowing, All-Loving, Caring, Creator-Giver, Father of All-Life!

I linger longingly in Your Sanctuary, fearing the inevitable interruptions and mysterious distractions that await me as I meander through this day. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that it was for this cause—that I may spread the Good News to some lost and weary one, that there is Hope beyond this world and that The Master is on His way—that I am called to Your Kingdom.

Today, I concede, confidently trusting and committing myself into Your Hands; resting assured that You are faithfully leading and guiding me, triumphantly and victoriously over every situation that I may confront along the way!

Strapped in The Full Armor of Your Righteousness with my feet clad in The Gospel of Peace—I forge forward rejoicing in my GGGRRREAT-GOD DAY!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

O give thanks unto the Lord, call upon His name, make known His deeds among the people. Sing unto Him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all His wondrous works. Glory ye in his holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord. Psalm 105:1-3
 

Have you heard that old saying, “it’s not what you know, but who you know”?  Well, apparently it’s true.  Sometimes, the only right of entry to certain segments of our society is the ‘name droppin’ game. For example, if you’re ever invited to be a guest on The Ophrah Winfrey Show, it’s pretty much a given that you’re in like Flint (or is it Flynn?)!   Oh well anyway, this practice is quite prevalent, even in the church!  Shhhh!
 
Recently, I was watching a TV preacher promoting his book and a prayer shawl and couldn’t help but be amused at how cleverly he dropped the name of another world-renown televangelist. Now don’t get upset with me, I ain’t hatin’. Neither am I implying anything; simply making an observation.  Apparently, it’s okay to imply that you know a person without disclosing that you’ve never actually been personally introduced.
 
I can’t help but wonder why it’s perfectly acceptable to brag on your association with all these other folks, yet socially inappropriate to drop the NAME that is exalted above every other name? Ooh, but if you’re ever privileged to experienced Him, personally, it’s bordering on the brink of impossible to keep from bragging on His Name!  The old church used to say, ‘When I think of the goodness of JESUS, and all He’s done for me, my soul cries out HALLELUJAH!!!  I thank GOD for saving me! AMEN?
 
Ever found yourself standing in a grocery line or sitting in a restaurant and heard someone drop the Name Jesus? If you’re like me, chances are it ignited a kindred spirit within, and you couldn’t help yourself from surveying the perimeter to see who’s talking about our God! After all, if they’re lifting up that Name, then we must be related!
 
If you’re into ‘name dropping’, then why not drop THE NAME that will one day cause every knee to bow and every tongue to confess Him as Lord! (Ref. Romans 14:11)  So don’t be deterred by your haters, obviously they don’t know Him like you do–yet! 
 
Just drop this on them, “Yes I said it, His Name Is JESUS, and if you knew Him, like I do, you’d be praising Him too!”  Name Droppin!  TRY IT?
