“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.”

James 4:4-6

We’re living in a society that places a great deal of emphasis upon ascribing to attain recognition as the elite, accumulating the wealth of aristocracy, fraternizing in the fastlane among the crème de la crème!
Unfortunately, this intense longing rarely takes into consideration integrity, compassion or humility. But rather is driven by an egotistic self-deserving entitlement that concludes that the result always justifies the means, huh?

Perhaps that’s why James, warns those who have been called out of the systems of this world into a consecrated lifestyle emplifying their personal relationship with The Lord Jesus Christ, have a responsibilty and obligation to walk in a manner that distinquishes them from those who are yet bound to the dictates of the enemies of God!

Unfortunately, given the induction of this 21st Century’s new psychological/religious reformations, it’s no easy feat to tell who’s who! Afterall, some church-goers have assimilated so neatly into the congregations of the righteous. Hence, they’re dancing, shouting, leaping, whoopin’ and slappin oil so they must be the real thang, huh? And we certainly wouldn’t dare to judge anybody’s praiz, after all only God knows their hearts, right?

Yet, the Scripture does encourage us to be aware that in the last days there would be those who possess a form of godliness, yet deny the power thereof. (Ref. 2 Timothy 3:5)

Honestly, personally,  I can’t recognize a genuine Micael Koors hobo bag from one that you pick up from a street vender. To me, if I like the style and the color, it works for me. #ijs! However, those of you who have been gifted with a perspicacious spirit, you can spot a fake in a heartbeat!

And so can the devil! He can pick the ones who are in it for the fishes and loaves and the ones who have been engrafted into the True Vine, turned away from the inticing greed of our sensual-fleshy- sinful-lust-filled-cravings, and fallen heart-first into the arms of The Good Shepherd, commiting themselves wholly devoted to Him for eternal Life! And don’t get it twisted, Satan has loads of substitues that offer you temporary relief from the emptiness in your life! But! Therein lies the problem with sin, it takes you farther than you ever planned to go, keeps you longer than you intended to stay, costs you more than you intended to pay and never fulfills its promises!

Beloved, truthfully, Only Jesus satisfies the longing soul!

Once, you determine in your heart to submit to Him, the Holy Spirit empowers you to release our self-centered desires and humbly grasp hold to the Only Source of Absolute Love, Hope and Contentment!

WHY SETTLE FOR a KNOCK-OFF WHEN U CAN HAVE THE ORIGINAL? #butdatzurbusiness

“I, The Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles.”

“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee and through the rivers, they shall not overflow the; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Fear not; for I am with thee. Even everyone that is called by my name; for I have created him for my glory; I have formed him, yeah, I have made him.”

Yea, before the day was I AM HE; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand; I WILL WORK and who shall let it?” Isaiah 42:6; 43:2, 5 and 13

Jesus is our living example of God, a Son, a Servant, a man, who is totally committed!

Remember that song, “Fully Committed”. I believe it topped the charts and was hailed by choirs all over the world for months. Yet, I wonder how many of us were just repeating? How many of us were actually repenting? Wonder why you hardly ever hear that song these day?

Have you noticed that many of us struggle in making commitments, and even more critical, in our being totally committed—in and outside of the Churrch?

Truthfully, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to tell the difference between those who have actually sold out to Jesus and fans, just hanging around for the fishes and the loaves! Nevertheless, commitment is one of the greatest signs of worship!

My brothers and my sisters, God is calling Zion to a higher place of worship and praise! It’s not about the lifting up of our hands; it’s about the lifting up of our hearts! Do you recognize that every believer has a ministry? Jesus is calling us to be His witnesses in the earth; and commitment is the character of a true disciple! (Ref. 2 Corinthians 5:18) Unfortunately, too many of God’s people, are pre-occupied by the ”self-centered-what about me-I-doctrine” and never answer the call!

I’m not saying that God doesn’t want us to enjoy the blessings that are included in His Salvation Benefits Package, but He doesn’t want them to consume all of our tasks, time and talents with ‘what’s in it for me’ that we lose sight of the Kingdom Mission! SOULS FOR CHRIST!

Lets’ all Pray,

“Father, I surrender all – commit all –“my everything”. Everything I am, everything I got, everything I’m not; I give to you. Unto you O Lord, I lift up my soul. I release it, my ‘self’, into your hands. I empty myself unto and into You. Like a person who is being committed to a mental health institution, I COME because Your Word promises to keep my mind in perfect peace; like a person who has been committed to a high security penal institution, like the Apostle Paul, I am a prisoner of Christ, I am being confined for life, with no chance of parole nor probation,

Lord Jesus, I COME. I come to abide, remain forever in the secret place, under the shadow of the Almighty God; I commit MY SELF – my heart, my thoughts, my body, my emotions, my relationships, my care, MY WILL – MY BEING – my EXISTENCE!

I come to you now, and I volunteer my service –I give up my rights and I bow to Your Right as my Creator to rule and to reign over my life! I come to you now, without fear, fully persuaded in light of all that You’ve done for me, it’s only my reasonable service! (Ref. Romans 12:1)

Today, I submit, I surrender, I commit to You, Lord Jesus. AMEN 3X!!!”

TOTALLY COMMITTED? SERIOUSLY? NOT A FAN, HUH?…WOW!

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord” Acts 3:19

I am straight Holiness/Pentecostal to the bone, ask anybody who knows me in church, I mean, I’ll shout you down in a heartbeat. But guess what? The devil ain’t stud’n you getting your praise on shoutin’ and dancin’, flip’n over pews, in the church house, as long as you don’t change! That’s right, I’m talking about repentance!

I know repentance carries a negative connotation and generally provokes an array of uncomfortable feelings of fear and condemnation (not to mention conjuring up memories of that ol’ preacha daming ur soul 2 hell, huh?) But , according to The Holy Writ, you can’t make a person repent by threatening them that they’re going to Hell, but when you let them know how good The Lord is and what He’s already done for us to make us right with God, they’ll want to know Him for themselves.

Before the days of name it and claim it, and blab it and grab it, when a true Prophet spoke, the only thing he promised was the WORD OF GOD! Really, check your Bible. John the Baptist preached the same message every day, “prepare ye the way, repent and be baptized, for the Lord is at hand”. When the Peter left the upper room, filled with the Holy Ghost, he came preaching the same message, “repent”. Yall ain’t liking me, huh?

Some believe repentance means going to the altar, echoing a poetic confession and shaking the pastor’s hand. But my beloved, genuine repentance is a matter of the heart and I don’t mean just feeling sorry. If you really want to experience authentic fellowship with Jesus, you have to sanctify yourself through repenting from your heart.

2 Corinthians 7:10 explains, when a person truly repents, they’ll admit that they’re sincerely sorry for rebelling against God and living a sinful life; make a conscious commitment to change the way they live, turn their back on the devil, and turn to Jesus!

One of the best parts of repentance is taking back the power that we’ve allowed Satan to rule over our lives! Godly sorrow will make you stare the devil down and tell him in no uncertain terms, “No thank you, I don’t want to live like this anymore, it’s over.”

Don’t let another moment of doubt, unbelief or fear cause you to forfeit the blessings that God has prepared for us. (Ref. Jeremiah 29:11) The Bible says, the day you hear His Voice calling–just come! Can you hear HIM now?

Somebody quick, please tell the devil, “ I CHANGED MY MIND!”

And the angel of the lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush and he looked, and behold, the bush burned with fire and, the bush was not consumed. Exodus 3:2

Moses probably began this day just as he’d began many others. The scripture says, he was doing what he’d normally do; taking care of his father-in-law, Jethro’s, sheep when his day abruptly takes a turn from the mundane to the extremely unusual. Anybody ever been there?

They say, that there’s nothing unusual about finding a bush in the desert, yet it would certainly make anyone stop to ponder, at least momentarily, huh? The scripture said as Moses looked, he noticed that the bush was burning, but it was not consumed. Not only did the fire not burn the bush up, but then the burning bush began to talk.

Wow! God really knows how to get your attention!

Sometimes we’re so pre-occupied with the demands of our 21^st Century lifestyles that we miss those Divinely-orchestrated Interruptions. You know how we’re so purpose driven now – that we can’t dare to spare a moment. After all, time is money, right? Amazingly, our society has become so consumed with pursuing our desires, goals, getting our degrees, larger houses, cars, and yes even our families that somehow, we never seem to include God in our time-lines. I mean, really? Ever heard that saying,‘you got what you wanted but you lost what you had’?

I believe that sometimes God will interrupt our active lives and draw us to the backside of a mountain into a desert place, just to get your undivided attention. In other words, sometimes God starts some bush fires! That situation that seemed to pop off out of nowhere and now seems like it’s burning out of control, threatening your peace, your joy, even disturbing your well being. And let’s not forget about that family-drama? I mean, as soon as you think you got it under control, something flares up on your job. The bushes just keep on burning. It may be God, trying to tell you something!

Remember, God was there, waiting for Moses all along, but it was not until Moses turned aside, did God reveal Himself! The next time you find yourself ambushed by bush fires, instead of murmuring and complaining and blaming God, take a moment and seek the face of God. Remember, wherever God is, is Holy ground!

HE’S NOT ONE TO BE IGNORED! HE’S — A CONSUMING FIRE!

BLESS GOD FOR ANOTHER THANKFUL THURS! GOT A MOMENT?

Good Morning Family, once again, we the New Nations Worship Ministries Family, invite you to join us today in our Corporate Day of Fasting and Prayer between the hours of 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. We know that there’s much to place before The Throne of Mercy and Grace personally and on behalf of our loved one, friends and this world in which we live. As them ol’ skool saints used to say, “those who know the word and worth of prayer’ let’s us pray believing that God hears and answers according to the Power that works within us! Shall we pray?

HERE WE ARE TO WORSHIP, HERE WE ARE TO BOW DOWN, HERE WE ARE TO SAY THAT YOU’RE OUR KING! YOU’RE ALTOGETHER LOVELY, ALTOGETHER WORTHY, ALTOGETER WONDERFUL!

Dear Almighty Lord God Jesus Christ, we come together now thanking you for this day, for this is the day that the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it. We bless You Lord Jesus for making a Way for us to approach The Throne of Mercy with a holy boldness and confidence that You sit on The Right Side of The God Who Is, Was, and Shall Eternally Be The One True God, Creator of Everything!

Father, with eternal gratitude we bless You for allowing us to enter into Your Throne Room, hopeful that you will entreat us graciously as we pour out the burdens that seem to overwhelm our hearts, releasing everything that concerns us. Lord, we know that You are Omniscient, Omnipresent, You see and You already know everything about everyone of us, yet you have welcomed us to come to you, and find Grace and Mercy to comfort, strengthen and encourage us to hold on to every Word that You have spoken over our lives, before we were born. We ask that Holy Spirit, intercede on our behalf, our family, our friends, even our enemies. Lord, we stand humbly before Your Sovereignty, asking you to forgive us for everything that we, your servants, have spoken, done and thought that was not pleasing in Your sight.

We thank You now because You have assured us that if we would confess our sins, You, Heavenly being Faithful and Just will forgive us, and wash us in The Precious Blood of Jesus, cleansing us from all unrighteousness, and restoring the breach that our disobedience has caused between our poor souls and our Lord and Savior, Jesus!

Lord, today come reverently praying for all our sisters and brothers. We ask that The Prince of Peace fill our hearts and our homes with peace, love, and joy! We ask ,believing for immediate debt release, trusting that all our financial needs are met, and because of the bountifulness of Your Grace, they have more than enough to be a blessing to others.

Father, we pray for every eye that reads and says this Prayer come to know that there is no problem, no circumstance, no situation that is greater than our God, for You Father God is greater than all, is greater in all, is greater through all, and is greater upon all. For You Heavenly God, are the Most High God Almighty of all the Universes is truly the Greatest of All.

Lord, we pray as you have commanded in Your Holy Word, for all our enemies, and those who have used and abused us, and have lifted up their hands and their tongue against us, we now forgive them for all they have done. In Jesus Name, for we are Children of God.

Abba Father, we are so grateful that as we continue to walk closely with You, we understand that every battle that we have ever encountered in our lives is always in the control of Your Loving hands, for You, O have Sovereignly Ordained everything to work together for my highest good and Your Greater Glory!

We pray for every one who has for whatever reason walked away from you shall be provoked by the anointing that is on our prayer, to come back to you today and

that you will put a new ‘YES LORD’ in their hearts and a willful obedience in their spirit to live the rest of their lives faithful and committed to Your WILL (WORD) and WAYS! Father God we ask that anyone reading this prayer, wondering why they even find themselves reading it, will bow their hearts toward You now, confessing their need for you in their lives, acknowledging your Amazing Love towards them, in appreciation will invite The Lord Jesus Christ to come into my life and change my heart now!

Father, we pray for the elderly, the widows, the downcast who have born the heat of the day, and have been those who pushed and prayed us through, Lord give them sweet peace. Lord, we pray for the leaders of governments world-wide, their hearts are in Your Hands, visit them in the night season and command them to do Your Will.

Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher and Teacher. Undergird them with Your Anointing to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and the ministry You have ordained.

Lord, there are so many other things, that we have yet to mention, but we’re trusting, believing you to fix it, Jesus as only You can! We’re so thankful to You Father that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God, my Lord, the only Savior, and our Eternal King, and confess this day and every day that I am highly FAVORED by God and man!

As we offer up this prayer we’re praising and thanking you in advance, knowing that You are not just able, but willing to do anything that we ask, in accordance to Your Word!

We pray that these words be believed, received and accepted into the hearts of every eye that sees them and every tongue that confesses them in name of Jesus Christ, We pray believing, receiving and accepting Your miracles in our life this day and every day, for Your Divine favor is now our heritage, in Jesus Name. Amen 3x! It is done! Alleluia!
