GOOD MORNING FAM! GOTTA MOMENT! OMG!

Welcome to a new day! Today, we’re ecstatic that you have joined us in our Thursdays’ Day of Corporate Fasting & Prayer! We appreciate this opportunity and privilege to entreat The Presence of our Great High Priest, pouring out our hearts desires, concerns, petitions and supplications with Thanksgiving. We know that He delights in our embracing Him in earnest expectation, confident that He Rules Forever by His Power and is well able to save and deliver us from any of life’s maladies! My beloved speaks and says to me: “Arise, my love, my beautiful one, and come away with me” Shall we go in together?

I worship You, Almighty God, There is none like You. I worship You, oh Prince of Peace, That is what I long to do. I give you praise, for You are my righteousness. I worship You, Almighty God; There is none like You. There Is None Like You! There is none like You, No one else can touch My heart like You do. I could search for all eternity long and find, there is none like You. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus Jesus, Jesus, Jesus There’s just something about that name! Master, Savior, Jesus! Like the fragrance after the rain Kings and Kingdoms, Shall all pass away! BUT there’s just something about that name….let’s go in...

 

Abba Father of Glory, here we are once again! We delight in Your Love that bids our hearts to come way, into that secret sacred place of Your Mercy and Grace! We enter in  joyfully, hallowing Your Holy Name, humbly yet boldly, confident that because of our faith and trust in The Redeeming Sacrificial Life, Death, Burial and Resurrection of Your Only Begotten Son, King Jesus, Your Scepter is leaning towards us, granting us permission and privilege to draw nigh to The Holy One, Who spoke the worlds into existence and Who also calls us ‘MINE’!

Father, we bow eternally grateful for the precious gift of today, knowing that it was nothing that we could ever deserve but solely because of Your Loving-Kindness and Tender Compassionate commitment to The Covenant of Mercy and Grace, You God The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit, spoke over us before the foundation of this world! It’s because of You that we live, move and have our being!

While no man can come to You, except You draw him, we shall forever honor and praise You, Sweet Holy Spirit, for quickening our hearts, shining the brightness of Light into the dimness of our eyes, unstopping the dullness of our ears that allowed us to see Your Glory Illuminating in the Face of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ!
Oh, how awesome are Your deeds! For You Alone have preseved our lives and kept our feet from slipping!

NEVERTHELESS, we must acknowledge that inspite of Your Benevolence, there are times when we still struggle to deny our ungodly  cravings for things that are outside of Your Holy Standards as defined by Your Kingdom Constitution of Righteousness! Therefore, we ask that You forgive us for any and everything that we’ve willfully and unwillfully spoken, imaged,, and committed that was in violation and rebellion against Your Holy Will and Purpose for our lives! We’re thankful that because You know our frame, Your Faithfulness and Compassion continuously allow You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to all of our real need!

According to Your Promise, if we confess our sins, You are Faithful and Just to forgive us, we plead the cleansing redeeming restoring Blood of Jesus over our hearts and mind! We decree and declare that as we bind the spirit of The Accuser who brings guilt and shame we release the Spirit of Freedom and Hope that affirms our confidence that there is now therefore no condemnation against us, who love, rely and rest in The Lord Jesus Christ!

Daddy, we thank You for being God of our Salvation, Wisdom, Understanding, Hope, Strength, Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. Therefore, receive our praise today, coming from earnest hearts seeking, depending and relying wholly upon You for renewed strength, understanding and power!

Because You are no respecter of persons, what You’ve done for us, You will surely do for others. Hence, Holy Father, we interceded on behalf of every unsaved soul, knowing that no one else can do it, we ask that You respond by quickening the Spirit of Godly-repentance in their heart and in their mind that they will confess a “sincere Yes” to Your Precious Gift of Grace and receive You into their hearts and lives as their personal Lord and Savior! We’re believing that You will direct their footsteps and place them and settle them into a church home today where they will be loved and nurtured to walk in Your Will and Ways.

Abba Father, we ‘re also asking You to remember all who have turned away from following Your Path,  backslidden and find themselves outside of  comfort and fellowship with Holy Spirit! We’re trusting You to put a “fresh committed YES”  in the heart and mind! Make today the day that they come back to You and come back to YOUR local church determined to submit their lives to the sound teachings of Your Word, learn to love and live the remainder of heir lives committed to walking to please You First that they might become known as a Bold Encourager to all who have yet to know You personally!

Father, touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer, high/low blood pressure, kidney disease, liver failure, eye problems, heart, lung, bone and blood disease, autism and dementia,  and for Your Name sake, we rebuke and cast it out at the root!  Heavenly Father, You have decreed that You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as You walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Lord, we pray for every one going thru a season of sorrow and grief, any one yet being victimized by the consistent corruption of institutionalized racism, tormented by Spirits of fear, anxiety, resentment, jealousy, envy, rejection, disappointment and failure, dysfunctional marital relationships, family members, alcohol and drug addictions, employment environmental issues, rebellious children, incest, verbal/physical/sexual/mental and spiritual abuse, threat of divorce, unemployment, greed, poverty, bankruptcy and unjust illegal incarcerations! We plead the Blood of Jesus over every demonic thought, spirits of anxiety, oppression, depression and confusion, because we know that You are not the author of these satanic thoughts and feelings, but You have given us who have put our personal trust in Your Son Jesus, Your Righteousness, a Spirit of Love, Peace, Joy and a Sound Mind!

Sweet Holy Spirit, Lord, as we lift up all Whom You have handpicked as Your elect, we ask that You encourage and comfort every soul who is clasping Your Hand, struggling to hold onto their faith, yet because of the things that are going on in our personal lives and in this ungodly world systems, may still find themselves overwhelmed with fear, doubt and worry! Let Your WORD continue to bring assurance that we are never alone, and never without Your Very Present Help!

We release Divine Power, Favor, Supernatural Strength, Health, Provision, Prosperity and Protection! Father, we’re fully persuaded that as You preserve each of us thru the tests that You’ve allowed us to go thru, UR keeping us constantly aware of YOUR PRESENCE so that we have PEACE that passes all understanding, and a confident expectation that at Your appointed time, we SHALL come out equipped with renewed hope, wholly restored, refreshed with insight and rewarded with a new testimony of Your Faithfulness to perform everything Your Word has promised! In JESUS NAME! AMEN 3X!!

Father, we lift up our children, our grandchildren, and great-grand-children! We declare and decree by faith, that every curse that has been ordered against their lives is aborted and overruled immediately! Committing them into Your Providential Care, we cancel every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them! We acknowledge that You have fearfully and wondrously formed them in their Mothers’ wombs with a plan and purpose for their lives! Therefore, we have the blessed assurance that their steps are being ordered by Your eyes! We speak The Peace of God over their spirits, minds and bodies releasing a spirit of Love, Holiness and Excellence to fulfill their God ordained destiny!

Sweet Jesus, we lift up every spiritual leader, Apostle, Bishop, Elder, Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Missionary, Evangelist, auxiliary, musician, choir, worship leader, ushers, nurse, pew member and visitor, believing for immediate manifestation of that special miracle! We pray for them who are yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the conviction and anointing of Holy Spirit. Jesus, we’re trusting and believing You to Grace them to be the examples of Your Righteousness in their homes, churches and community that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall in love with You, trust wholly in and commit to live the rest of their lives serving You!

Heavenly Father, according to Your Will, we’re praying for the leaders of our nation and this world, including federal and local government officials, corporate, judicial, education, financial institutions and our churches! We’re asking that You touch the minds and hearts, that You speak to them in dreams and visions warning them that He who is pregnant with evil and conceives trouble gives birth to disillusionment. He who digs a hole and scoops it out will fall into the pit he has made. The trouble he causes recoils on himself and his violent schemes will come down on his own head. Let them know that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens is keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly!

Father, we’re trusting You to release a downpour of Divine Favor upon Your children who are challenged by seemingly time-sensitive situations! Send signs and wonders to assure them that YOU Jehovah Jareh, who shall supply all of their need according to Your Riches in Glory!

Father, we know that there’s so much more that perhaps we should ask, but we know that the Holy Spirit is making interception on all our behalf and stirring up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name to pray without ceasing! We ask that You release upon our hearts, an ever-burning desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship with Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that we might prove what is the perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

Lord Jesus, Your children, the apple of Your Eye, await Your Salvation, in patient confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope and trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling, suddenly departing in shameful defeat, recognizing that You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy and through patient confidence we shall inherit the Promises of GOD!

Abba Father, because You have chosen us and brought us near to dwell safety and secure in Your House, we align our spirits, soul and body with Your Eternal Word! We bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your ways and salvation known among all nations for You Guide and Rule justly! Father, believing that IT IS DONE, In The Exalted Name of Jesus we offer up this prayer, Sealed in The Holy Ghost with a HOLY Alleleujah! Amen 3X!

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS IS NOT MAD AT US! IN FACT HE’S MADLY IN LUV WITH AND CARES ABOUT THEM 2! #FRONTLINEMINISTRY!

THE GOD WHO NEVER FAILS

 

SELAH Daily Devotions!

 

The LORD gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. Not a word failed of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass. Joshua 21:44-45

 

Anybody remember, ‘integrity’? Barely, huh?

Apparently, it’s relevancy has been cast aside as an ol’ antiquated byword resurrected only as necessary to mete out convenient manipulation! Just look at what’s happening in this world! Emanating from The Oval Office down, people are being embolden by a demonic-induced spirit of deception to qualify and quantify truth to suit their own evil intent! Henceforth, we’re living amidst a broken, untrustworthy system of disillusionment Those who we ought to be able to believe and trust have proven to be profound liars, totally devious and temperamental! Unfortunately, without the assistance of Truth Personified, there’s little hope for distinguishing reality from fake news!

According to our text, the promise God made to Abraham while he was in Ur, was fulfilled generations later when God intervened on their behalf, driving out all the inhabitants of the land and allowing Israel to go in and conquer the land under Joshua’s leadership! Not only did God give Abraham’s ancestors all the land He’d promised but He also gave them rest all around! #Didjaheardat!

God’s miraculous deliverance proved there’s yet One, you can count on to be Faithful, Dependable and Unfailing! Family and friends may try to be there for you, but as history has revealed, sometimes they’ll let you down. But TRUST2KNO, no matter what you may be going thru, with GOD a delay is not a denial! GOD WILL NEVER LET U DOWN! GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! (Ref. Hebrew 13:5)

TRUTHBETOLD!  Even in those dark seasons when it seems as if GOD’S response was a direct contradiction to what you were believing for, yet while we’re indulging in our ‘internal WHY’, we must realize that GOD is not a man that He should lie and seeing beyond our circumstances, GOD always operates in HIS SOVEREIGN PURPOSE & HIS WILL!

I recognize that Millennials may not be able to personally attest to all the Great and Mighty works that The Lord has done for His Chosen African-Americans, but if I could pass the proverbial ‘mic’, undoubtedly, there would be cloud of witnesses extolling testimonies of God’s Divine Interruptions, preventing imminent disasters and devastation from dangers seen and unseen, giving way to ineluctable eruptions of glorious praiz and adoration, culminating in “If it had not been for the LORD on my side, I never would’ve made it!” Yeah Baby, The Lord has brought us a Mighty, Mighty long way! And Thanks Be 2 God’s Grace and Mercy, God’s not ‘nary thru blessing all who will genuinely repent and seek His face in Truth!

Beloved, there’s no denying it, the struggle is real! However, GOD IS GREATER! It’s through the tests, trials and disappointments of life that God cultivates our faith, trust and confidence in HIM! As we travel the often tumultuous terrains,  tightly clasping The Hand of The Eternal Promise Keeper, it’s in our suffering, we learn that IF GOD SAID IT, HE’S ABLE AND WILLING TO BRING IT TO PAST! JUS HOLD ON! 4 OUR GOD IS FAITHFUL & NEVER FAILS!

Good Morning my Precious Blessed and Favored Ones! GOTTA MOMENT? AWESOME!!!

Didjakno, that the only reason you are able to read this post is because Our Heavenly Father has blessed you to be alive one more day? Yep! And for that, please join me in exalting The Glorious Name of Jesus! As is our custom on Thursdays, once again we, encourage you to join us in our weekly day of Corporate Prayer and Fasting! There are many sickly, weak, afflicted, ill-treated or faint of heart among us, therefore as James 5:13 instructs, let us utilize the honor and privilege afforded us by our Heaven Father!

 

WELCOME, INTO THIS PLACE! WELCOME INTO THIS BROKEN VESSEL! YOU DESIRE TO ABIDE IN THE PRAISES OF YOUR PEOPLE, SO WE LIFT OUR HANDS, AND WE LIFT OUT HEARTS AND WE OFFER UP THIS PRAISE UNTO YOUR NAME! WELCOME HOLY SPIRIT! WE ARE IN YOUR PRESENCE! FILL US WITH YOUR POWER…LIVE INSIDE OF ME! YOU’RE MY LIVING WATER, NEVERENDING FOUNTAIN! COMFORTER AND COUNSELOR, TAKE COMPLETE CONTROL…we bow down in HIS Presence…let’s pray…

 

Abba Father, it is with great joy that we entreat Thy Seat of Mercy today! Trusting confidently that You have afforded us this awesome privilege not because we deserve it, but based solely upon Your Loving-Kindness that continues to draw us into Your All Emcompassing Presence, we now come!

Sweet Jesus, we Thankya for Your commitment, to so  please The Heart of Your Father, that You willingly sacrificed Your Life in our stead, that we might become Sons of The True and Living God! And for this cause, we bow in humble gratitude, fully aware that  we come before You, empty and void of anything that would warrant such awesome graciousness, NEVERTHELESS,  because of Your Righteousness we are now beneficiaries of All that You are in the Eyes of the Creator of All Living things! OOOHHH GGLORRAAAA!
Father, we know that You already know everything about every single one of us, because You are Omniscient and Omnipresent, but since You walked among us, allowing Yourself to be tempted at all points as we are, You learned what we experience in these earthly tabernacles and because of Your personal experience, You now can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities! Therefore You are absolutely qualified and equipped to be our Great High Priest, able to intercede on our behalf, continuously searching and conveying the thoughts, intents, emotions and physical weaknesses that we’re often unable to articulate to The Father of All Grace and Comfort! We thankya Lord Jesus, for being our Very Present Help in troubling times!

Precious Lord, while we try to please You by trusting in Your Word with all of our hearts and minds, You know that sometimes, there’s a real struggle when we attempt to over-ride the noise of the pestilence, the chaos of uncertainty and the pain of condemnation, guilt, and shame that seems to lure us into the valleys shadowed with danger, fear, anger, bitterness, anxiety, hopelessness and self-doubt! That’s why we appreciate Your invitation and boldly run to You, daily, that we might find refuge, peace, strength and restoration that You have prepared for any who would come to You in hope-filled assurance that You will never deny Your Word!

Heavenly Father, we’re forever blessing You for continuing to pour out love, strength, wisdom, understanding and power as we open our hearts to You, depending and relying only on You. And as we lift our hands and our hearts yielded before You, remembering the glorious day when You quickened our hearts, lifting the veil allowing us to see Your Glory in the Face of our Precious Son, our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Therefore, we gratefully ask that You do the same for those who are yet lost, blinded by the darkness of this world. Lord, we’re believing You to ignite a spirit of Godly-repentance in the hearts and minds of the unsaved, that they may confess “sincere YES”, provoking a desire to surrender their lives to You today and receive You as their personal Savior and Lord!

Lord, as we bow before You, we’re lifting up every backslider, believing You to put a“committed YES” in their heart and mind that this will be the day that they come back to You and come back to the local church that You’ve assigned them to, where they will be greeted with lovingkindness, nurtured in the Will and Ways of Your Word, dedicating the rest of their lives to glorifying You in these last and evil days to a lost and dying world!

Abba Father, as we pray, we ask that You touch our brother, touch our sister who is afflicted by any sickness and disease, including the spirit of cancer, kidney failure, heart and lung disease, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, those in need of transplants, those suffering from knee, back, hip and shoulder pain, we pray that You will rebuke and cast out every symptom and trace of it from the root, for Your Name Sake!

As we align our faith to agree with Your Immutable Word, we decree and declare that by Your stripes we have been redeemed and healed! We stand on Your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up! And as You are strengthening these, we ask that you also envigorate, encourage and replenish the spirits, minds and bodies of those who are charged to care for their loved ones In Jesus Name!

Father, as we lift up our children, our childrens’ children and by faith, we cancel every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them, we commit them into Your Providential care! We acknowledge that from their Mothers’ wombs, You have a plan and purpose for each one of their lives! Hence, we have the blessed assurance that their steps and stops are being Divinely ordered by Your eyes, therefore, NO WEAPON THAT’S FORMED AGAINST THEM SHALL PROSPER AND EVERY TONGUE THAT ARISES AGAINST THEM SHALL BE CONDEMNED, IN JESUS NAME! We now rejoice in Thy Salvation!

Abba, we lift up every Bishop, Apostle, Pastor, Overseer, Evangelist, Preacher, Teacher, Deacon, auxiliary leader and member! We ask that You encourage their souls with an immediate manifestation of that special miracle that they’ve been waiting, yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the Power, Conviction and Anointing of Holy Spirit.

Undergird them with Your Anointing and conviction to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people and those who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and ministry,You have ordained. Grace Your menservants and maidens to be authentic examples of holiness, in their homes, churches and community that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall deeply in love, trust wholly in and live their lives faithfully serving You! In Jesus Name, AMEN 3X!

Father, we know that You keep Covenant with those who keep covenant with you; therefore in the midst of looming darkness and despair, we pray that You stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name, empowering them with a fresh desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship with Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that they might prove what is the perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

Because You YET Sovereignly Rule and Reign over the affairs of mankind, we’re praying, as You have instructed us, for the leaders of our nation and the world, every government, corporate, judicial, education, financial, health care institutions, public service and military individuals!

We’re trusting that You are touching their minds and hearts, speaking to them in dreams and visions and letting them know that Power Belongs to God! Remind them that You Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens are keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly! We believe that because their hearts are in Your Hands, their ears and hearts are being continuously opened to hear and obey Your Will! Lord Jesus, we’re standing on Your Word as decreed that The government of this world shall rest upon Your shoulders and that You are The Eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Lord, we ask that You remember every believer who is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, trusting that You will anoint them with a double portion of Your Divine Power, Supernatural Strength, Consolation, Health and Wholeness, Favor, Provision, Prosperity, Protection and Peace. We pray for those who are grieving the loss of loved ones, broken relationships, marriage difficulties, wayward children, joblessness, irate supervisors, jealousy, bullying, dysfunctional family issues! We ask, Father, that You preserve us thru the tests that You have allowed us to go thru and keep them hidden in the secret place YOUR PRESENCE, resting confident that at the appointed time You shall bring them out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised them in Your Word! For we’re fully persuaded that YOU, JEHOVAH HAS THE FINAL SAY!

Heavenly Father, while we know that there are many other things that we might bring before You, however because You are The Good Shepherd, we believe that every demonic-induced spirit of anxiety, temptation, addiction, rejection, self-hate, suicide, fear and failure, guilt and shame is already defeated by Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness is being released now, in Jesus Name!

Father, as we now rejoice in confident quietness, trusting that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayers as sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Abba Father, we stand in agreement with THE SOVEREIGN ONE, Who hears ours prayers and forgives our transgressions! Holy Father, because You have chosen us to live in eternally in Your House, we shout with exceeding Joy unto The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us, You are making Your Ways and Salvation known among all nations for You Guide and Rule justly!

 

Father, we thank You NOW, believing that it is done according to Your Perfect Will, we seal this prayer with a Holy Hallelujah, In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Amen 3X and It Is So!
Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS SAVES!

GM FAMILY! GOTTA MOMENT? AAAWWWMAZING!

We’re delighted to invite you to join us in our Weekly Corporate Prayer and Fasting! We are so grateful for one more opportunity to lift our hands heavenward and in one voice shout out to The One True God, the Author and Finisher of our faith! For this is The Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our sight!

There’s a sweet, sweet Spirit in this place,And I know that it’s the Spirit of the Lord;There are sweet expressions on each face,And I know they feel the presence of the Lord.Sweet Holy Spirit, Sweet heavenly Dove, Stay right here with us, filling us with Your love. And for these blessings we lift our hearts in praise;Without a doubt we’ll know that we have been revived, When we shall leave this place…. Shall we pray…

 

Father of All Grace and Glory, as we come humbly before Your Holy Presence, our souls are eternally thankful for one more day! For without a doubt we can truly confess that ‘If it had not been for the LORD on our side, our enemies would’ve swallowed us up!’ BUT THANKS BE TO GOD, The Good Shepherd, The Righteous Judge,The Shield and Strength of our lives, who keeps us as the apple of His Eye! For this cause we bow in holy reverence and in awe of Your Lovingkindness and tender Compassionate Care!

Precious Jesus, as we lift up Your Name high above the earth, proclaiming You as the ONLY Savior, Redeemer, High Priest, King of Kings and Lord of Lords! For it is in YOU that we live, move and have our being! We shall never fail to bless You for that day when You lifted the veil from our eyes, removed the hardness of hearts revealing the Face and Love of God to our sin sick souls! Because of Your Mercy and Grace, You have opened up to us a way out of no way, allowing us to accept Your Sacrificial death, Burial & Ressurection as Atonement for our unrighteousness and receive the miraculous gift restoration, even to become Sons and Daughters of GOD! For this cause, we decree and declare, You Alone are The Door to Eternal Life!

We thank You Lord for looking beyond all of our frailties, faults and the fickleness of our frame, seeing the potential of the gifts You put in us from our Mother’s wombs, and with compassionate patience You continue to mar and mold these earthly clay pots into vessels of honor, reflecting The Glory and Hope of Your calling to a lost and dying world! For it is only Your Goodness, that leads the lost to repentance! For this cause, we will never take Your Merciful Love for granted and now ask You to forgive us for any and every deed, word and though that we have committed, willfully or unwillfully that was in rebellion against Your Kingdom Constitution!  As we plead The Blood of Jesus over our spirits, souls and bodies, we believe and receive Your Promise that if we would confess our sins, You are Faithful and Just to forgive us, wash us in The Blood of Jesus, cleansing us from our iniquities, and restoring us to our rightstanding in The Fold!

According to Your Word, no man can come to The Father, except You draw them, therefore we interceded on behalf of all those who have yet to come into the knowledge of Your Saving Grace, we ask that as You Sit enthroned upon the circle of the earth, knowing the hearts of every man, intervene the satanic scheme of the adversary and accuser of those whom You called MINE! Quicken the hearts and minds with a Spirit of Godly-Repentance and a ‘SINCERE YES’ that causes them to acknowledge their sin and need for a Savior! Let today be their day to ask for Your Forgiveness and receive Your gift of Grace and Mercy, claiming You as their personal Savior and Lord! Lead them to a Bible-Believing, Teaching, Preaching and Living Church of the Living God, where they will be loved and nurtured in Your Will and Ways, that their family and friends might see their good works and Glorify The Father in Heaven!

Father, while we’re praying, we remember those who for whatever reasons have heeded the seduction of familiar satanic spirits, turned and walked away from You, doing those things that seems right in their own minds! We ask that You touch their hearts now that they might see the error and danger of living outside of The Covenant of The Redeemed, and bow their heads now, asking and receiving the Precious Gift of Grace to repent and be restored, even as The Prodigal Son returned to The Father’s House. Let them know that You have not given up on us, and will never forsake any who calls on Your Majestic Name confessing a “COMMITTED YES’! Direct their steps to a local Kingdom fellowship where they will be embraced with The Love of God, nurtured, healed and delivered by Holy Spirit and take their position as joint-heirs, reflecting the Light of God to this dark world that’s destined to eternal destruction and separation from The Way of Truth and Life!

Abba Father, as we entreat Your Throne of Mercy today, we remember the sick, shut-in, those who are grieving and mourning the death of family and friends, those whose lives are being tormented by fear, failure, unbelief, unforgiveness, doubt, anxiety, stress, mental disorder, hopelessness, shame and guilt, disappointment, rejection, broken marriages and relationships, ungodly soul ties, addictions, perverted sexual orientations! We rebuke and renounce every sickness, disease and all manner of afflictions to cease now and by faithin THE POWER AND AUTHORITY OF THE NAME OF JESUS,  we release physical healing to be manifested in the lives and bodies  of Your elect! As God’s anointed, we stand in agreement that everything that does not align with Your Will shall bow, be bound and cast down immediately! We call everything in the atmosphere surrounding Your Chosen, into Divine Alignment now, In Jesus Name!

 

Heavenly Father, Your Word warns us that many are the, afflictions of the righteous therefore Your children are not exempt from experiencing the troubles of this fallen ungodly world’s systems, nevertheless, You have also assured us that nothing happens in our lives except it is cleared through You and we are fully persuaded that trouble has an expiration date but Your Faithful Power to deliver, heal and set us free DOES NOT END!. Therefore, while weeping may endure for a night, Joy SHALL COME in the morning! And at Your appointed time, we shall be delivered from all of life’s maladies, rewarded double for our troubles and EMPOWERED with a burning testimony in our bellies we shall convince, encourage and convict those who we come into contact with that JESUS IS THE SAME, YESTERDAY, TODAY AND 4EVER, and the Promises of GOD are tested, tried and proven in the furnace of affliction to be Yea and Amen!

Father, we know that man shall not live by Bread Alone but by every Word that proceeds from Your Mouth, however sometimes we are so overwhelmed by the noisy pestilence of this DECAYING world that we find ourselves walking in fear and not by faith! Dear Lord, as we lift up every believer who is struggling with temptations to give up and give in to the threats BUT yet have a desire to faithfully hold on to Your Word, we ask You, to send Your assurance that we are never alone and never without Your Very Present Help! Holy Spirit, to ignite a SUPERNATURAL DIVINE POWER OF HOPE, STRENGTH, HEALTH, POWER, PROVISION AND PEACE!

 

Precious Lord, we’re grateful that You always desire that we come boldly before You, honestly and openly casting all of our care upon You, trusting that You shall perfect everyone of them as we commit them into Your Able and Willing Hands!

 

Sweet Jesus, as we lift up our children and our children’s children, help us to remember that such were some of us! By faith, we decree and declare that every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them, IS HEREBY CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY! We commit them into Your providential care! Realizing that You have a plan and purpose for their lives. we have the blessed assurance that YOU HAVE A PLAN AND PURPOSE FOR EACH ONE OF THEM, EVERY STEP AND STOP IS BEING ORDERED UNDER THE WATCHFUL CARE OF YOUR EYES!

Heavenly Father, as You have instructed, we pray for the leaders of our nation, corporate, judicial, education, financial institutions and our churches! We’re asking that You touch their minds and hearts of those that You’ve ordained for leadership for such a time as this! Lord speak to them in dreams and visions reminding them that POWER BELONGS TO YOU Who Sit Enthroned Above the Heavens! Convict them that Your eyes are going to and fro throughout the whole earth, keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly! We believe that because their hearts are in Your Hands, they are being continuously opened to hear and obey Your Will! Lord Jesus, we’re standing on Your Word as decreed that The government of this world shall rest upon Your shoulders and that You are The Eternal King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Holy Father, we lift up every Bishop, Pastor, Overseer, Apostle, Evangelist, Preacher. Teacher, Missionary, auxiliary leader, usher, musician, choir member and director and church member! Undergird them with Your Anointing and conviction to carry out their assignment, under the direction of Holy Spirit. Cover them as they go in and out amongst Your people with honor, wisdom and favor!All who would seek to discredit, hinder and even destroy their faith, faithfulness and the ministry You have ordained from their mother’s womb, shall be rebuked and restrained by The Power of Holy Spirit. In Jesus Name!

LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, we pray that every demonic-induced spirit of fear, failure, hopelessness and disappointment be annihilated by Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Power, Love and a Sound-mind be released now, in Jesus Name! We may not always understand what You are doing because Your ways continue to baffle our finite minds and sometimes we don’t understand what and why things are happening to us, we trust and KNOW 4 SURE, that when it’s all said and done, SATAN SHALL BE DEFEATED AND THE NAME OF OUR GOD SHALL BE EXALTED!

ABBA Father, we wait in confidence and quietness, our souls resting, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are suddenly trembling, retreating in shameful defeat, acknowledging that the JIG IS UP because You have heard the voice of our weepings, supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

We declare and decree that we shall awaken each morning armed with Grace to stand and accomplish every assignment and earnest hope-filled tomorrows! We know that our God is worthy of all worship and that we shall continue to lean on His everlasting arms blessed, safe, secure and assured of His Love and Care in this life and in the next, in the Name of Jesus!

Heavenly Father, we seal this prayer with gratitude, honor and a praise! We believe that every prayer request that is aligned with YOUR PERFECT WILL IS ALREADY DONE! In The Exalted Name of Jesus we shout Halleleujahhhh!!!! Amen 3x!

What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me? I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord. Psalm 116:12-13

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:1-2

 

I’m not trying to start nuffin, BUT! Have you noticed that ‘hoof-n-mouth disease’ has reached pandemic proportions amongst so many church-folkes? #ijs

Perhaps that’s why other folk seem to so easily tell you what you should do in any given situation, ‘Because if it were me, I’d _____!” Someone once said, unless you walk in another man’s shoes, you’ll never appreciate the depth and weight of each footprint. Okay, I just made that one up, k? However, the point is, unless you personally experience each moment in every episode of that person’s journey, (which is virtually impossible) not from the perspective of a spectator, but as the starring participant, you can sympathize but not really empathize with them!

Even more perplexing is how long we struggle with submission to the commandments of The Only Savior as Lord of our lives! Could it be that we can never fully understand the passion of Jesus that caused Him, after being shamelessly mocked, brutally beaten, scorned and scourged all night then jokedly crowned with thorns, to make His way up Golgotha’s Hill, carrying that Ol’ Rugged Cross where His hands and feet were nailed, crucified for what you and I would do? Didjaheardat? #braintilt!

Awemazingly, the scriptures reveal that it was the Heavenly Father’s pleasure to see Jesus endure every second of this crushing death. (Ref. Isaiah 53:10)

Ever since the Garden of Eden, there are somethings that God never intended us to know. Why? Because He loves us too much to jus sit back and allow the fatality of sin to run it’s course, separating us from Him eternally? But, but? I know, that makes no sense at all!

We forget that His Thoughts are infinitely higher than ours and His Ways are incalculably above and beyond humanity’s limited capacity of understanding. (Ref. Isaiah 55:9) Astonishingly, Jesus agreed to this before the foundation of the world, and while we were yet sinners! (Ref.Romans 5:8) The Life dying in order for the dead to live? WOW! That’s Grace, huh?

According to Romans 12:1-2, all that God expects for so great a Salvation is for us to live out everyday, blessed, trusting in Him, as beaming reflections of His Love and Glory to a lost and dying world! Unfortunately, yet still many reckon that more than they are willing to give! (Ref. Luke 18:18-24)

However, there’s a remnant of believers who’ve sold out for the sake of The Cross and are gratefully committed to sacrifice their all to see more souls come into The Glorious Kingdom of God!

What shall U render? Well…HOW MUCH DO U OWE? #countupthecost

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1

Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:28-31

 
Uuuh forgive my intrusion into your alabaster box, howeverrrrr! Do you sometimes cry out, as I have, “God, don’t You see my tears? Can’t You see my broken heart? God, never mind me, but how can You bear to see the agony of my loved one? God, I know that You care. I just don’t understand why You don’t intervene in this situation right now. Why don’t You do something? And, God, why did you do that?”

Then,  in the midst of my lamenting heart,  I seem to hear His still, small voice whispering, “Ann, trust Me. I know what’s best.”

…And I’m left to wonder, “Hold up, Ms. Smarty pants, why  would  you ever think that you know better than God what’s best for yourself  or your loved one, huh?”

Perhaps, that kind of thinking is the product of humanity’s naivety to presume that once we finally surrender our hearts to The Saving Grace of Jesus Christ, from that point on life consists of floating down rose, hydrangea, tulip and lilly clad pathways of ease, on our way to the Pearly Gates of New Jerusalem!  Unfortunately, there’s nothing in The Holy Writ that remotely resembles such a scenario. In fact, there’s more evidence to support that following in the Footsteps of Jesus is more likely to parallel swallowing big gulps from the cup of imminent suffering and sacrifice! #SERIOUSLY!!!

Remember, “Man that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble.”  Job 14:1

Don’t get it twisted!  I am not being sacrilegious nor am I craaazzzy enough to dare imply that our Heavenly Father is a Dead-Beat Dad or some kinda Narcissistic Sadist! Quite the contrary!  I am fully persuaded that before the Beginning began, The Creator of Life, in the Sovereignty of His Own Will, determined that purpose trumps pain! Hence, God has Divinely orchestrated the terrains of our journey to include sporadic detours through wilderness pit stops as well as ecstatically triumphant mountain top encounters to perfect in us the same Godly Character and Radiant Glory of our Kinsmen Redeemer!

Remember, “His Ways are not our ways and His Thoughts supersede our severely limited intellectual capacity to comprehend the length, width and depth and wonder of His Omnipotent Omniscience! (Ref. Isaiah 55:8-9)

Nevertheless, by Faith, we know that all things work together for our highest good and His Greatest Glory! (Ref. Romans 8:28) Consequently,  as  Blood-washed, Born-again children of The Most High God, no matter what it looks like, in the end VICTORY BELONGS 2 JESUS! Thus, WE SHALL OVERCOME!  #DIDJAHEARDAT? #WOW!!!

 Beloved, thru test, trial, toil and tragedy, wisdom has revealed through experience that the quicker that you and I acquiesce to the promptings of The God In Me//You, the sooner our po-wearied-soul is encompassed about with the Comforting Presence, Joy and Peace of The Only Wise Savior and Lord of our Life! 

Holy Father, time and time again, You’ve  proven to be The Loving and Compassionate Shepherd who leads and guides my steps and stops according to what’s  best for me! Therefore, I humbly bow, submitting myself under Your Mighty Hands,  declaring and decreeing “Lord whatever You’re doing… don’t do it without me!  Abba, when my circumstances appear to contradict Your Promise and I am tempted  to doubt Your Faithfulness, please forgive me, help my unbelief and give me a double portion of Your Supernatural Grace 2 Trust  the Benevolence of Ur Heart  even more than what my natural eyes can see! In Jesus Name, AMEN 3X!

We count it both an honor and a privilege to seek The Face of Our Lord for instruction, courage, and help to walk circumspectly, lifting up the BLOOD-STAINED BANNER, 2 BRING GLORRAA2GAWD in the midst of these very trying times! #CARE2SHARE

 

Sweet Holy Spirit, Sweet heavenly Dove, Stay right here with us, filling us with Your love. And for these blessings we lift our hearts in praise; Without a doubt we’ll know that we have been revived, When we shall leave this place…OOOH Sweet Wonder; OOOOHHH Sweet Wonder, JESUS THE SON OF GOD! OOOOHHH SSSSWEEET WONDER! OOOOHHH SSSSWEEET WONDER! JESUS THE SON OF GOD!

 

ABBA FATHER, once again Your children stand before You with our hands lifted up, our hearts leaning towards Your Majestic Throne and our mouths filled with glorious praise and adoration! For this is the day that You have made and we shall continue to rejoice and be glad in it! We know that it’s only because of Your Loving-Kindness that we are yet here in the land of the living. We bless You for You alone are worthy of all the gloraaa! U alone are worthy of all the praiz! For there is and never shall be NONE LIKE YOU!

As we come into Your Presence, we bow in humility at Your Amazing Grace that You continue to pour out upon us! Only You can look beyond our faults and yet minister compassionately to satisfy every need and desire! Your Unfailing Love flows daily to the just and the unjust alike! For through the ages there’s yet a universal cry coming up to Your ears that acknowledges, ‘IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR THE LORD ON OUR SIDE, OUR ENEMIES WOULD HAVE SWALLOWED US UP’!

FATHER, hear us as we proclaim, ‘HALLELUJAH TO THE LAMB OF GOD’!

Sweet Holy Spirit, we’re eternally grateful that You welcome and encourage each of us to seek a personal, intimate, intense and effective relationship with The Triune GOD! For it is in You that we live, move, breath and having our being! For You are the source of all that we are and ever hope to be. Father, we repent now for every and anything that we’ve done, thought and said that failed to come up to Your Holy Will, statutes and purpose for our lives. Wash us over again in The Blood of Your Son, Jesus that we might be cleansed from our iniquities. Restore our covenant relationship for You are our Righteousness, Redeemer and our King!

Let the prayers of the righteous prevail and let everything and anything that our enemies bring against us scatter. Father, we thank You for what You are about to do that is exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or image. For You are our Joy, for You have given us Love, Power and a Sound-mind. We thank You for the contentment that flows from godly-repentance; we thank You for being a Very Present Help In troubling times! We thank You for strength, goodness, kindness, mercy and grace to preserve us that patience may yield it’s perfect fruit of righteousness in and through us!
We thank You Heavenly Father, that we do not look like what we’ve been through! Thankya for never leaving us or forsaking us through the temptations, test, trauma and drama, the good and the bad, the dark days and sleepless nights You stayed right there by our side letting us know that You Love us! Sweet Jesus, You are a Wonder in my soul! You are Alpha and Omega, The King WHO CAN NEVER BE ignored, dismissed or DE-throned! For You are King of kings and Lord of lords!
Abba Father, we thankya for everything You brought us out of, for every time You put us on the wheel in order to mold, make and shape us according to Your Will. We believe that because Your Ways are higher than ours, Your Thoughts are beyond our finite comprehension, that You are always leading and guiding our steps and our stops, assuring safe passage from glory to glory! We trust that while none of us enjoy suffering, weeping endures for a night but JOY does come in the morning!

Father, we lift up our brother, our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, touch them from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet, rebuking and commanding that every tissue, muscle, blood vessel and organ be restored to it’s proper function! As You walked this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Abba, we ask that You encourage and comfort the souls of Your Elect who are overwhelmed with fear, distraught by grief, doubt and worry because of the things that are going on in our personal lives and in this ungodly world systems! Preserve us thru every test and trial; keeping us constantly aware of OMNIPRESENCE, fully-confident that all trouble does have an expiration date and that at Your appointed time, You will bring them out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised them in Your Word.

 

Precious Lord, remember the elderly, the widows, the abused, the downcast, the outcast, all those who have born the heat of the day, those who pushed and prayed us through! And as You are strengthening these, we ask that you also invigorate, encourage and replenish the spirits, minds and bodies of those who are charged to care for their loved ones! Send Assurance that we are never alone, and never without Your Very Present Help!

Dear Lord, we believe that as we praise and Glorify Your Name, everything else MUST come subject to Beautiful, Healing and Victorious Name of JESUS! We decree and declare that at The Name of Jesus, every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that JESUS IS LORD over, in and through all! Even as we lift up Your Name, You are calming all our fears, soothing all our doubts and solving all of our problems.

Sweet Holy Spirit, because no man can come to the Father except You draw them, we thank You for hearing the hearts of those who have never trusted and accepted Your Son Jesus as Savior and Lord! Quicken that stony heart now with a ‘SINCERE REPENTING YES’ that they shall come to You humbled by Your Lovingkindness, in obedience to Your call and receive Your Mercy and Grace to Save. We pray now that You are leading and guiding them to the local church, planting them in Your Vineyard, where they shall be taught and transformed by Your Word of Life to take their position in The Kingdom of Heaven.

Lord, we ask You to put a “COMMITTED YES” in the heart and mind of every backslider! Let today be the day that they come back to You and come back to YOUR church where they will submit their lives to the sound teachings of Your Word, and learn to love and live their lives walking to please You First!

We thank You for forgiving us and saving us from us! We thank You for interrupting our Adamic DNA by infusing The Precious, Perfect, Sacrificial, Atoning, Substitutionary Blood of Jesus, that completely eradicates and renders null and void every curse, sin, spirit of iniquity, perversion, poverty, sickness and disease that may be lying dormant in our bodies and hearts, releasing us from the power, penalties and punishment of our ancestors. We thank You for giving us the authority to speak life to every dead situation and bind, frustrate tiredness, weariness and release strength, prosperity, Divine Health, Increased Wealth and Wholeness in every area of our Being! FOR WE TRUST AND BELIEVE THAT HE WHOM THE SON SETS FREE IS FREE IN DEED!

We Thank You Holy Spirit for the Divine Impartation of a second wind that is now swelling up in our spirits, minds, souls and bodies, that’s not only changing every adverse situation that we’re facing but is also changing us for the better, empowering us to live the GOOD, ABUNDANT LIFE that You purchased for us! We thank You for the fresh anointing that’s falling from the crown of our heads to the soles of our feet, casting down all ungodly imagination, destroying every yoke, lifting every burden, empowering and equipping us to fulfill our God-Ordained assignments. We thank You Heavenly Father for the Spirit of Excellence that glorifies Your Name. We thank You for the confident Hope that YOU ARE WATCHING OVER YOUR WORD AND WILL PERFORM EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE SPOKEN OVER OUR LIVES!

Dear Lord, we bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us that, You are making Your ways and salvation known among all nations for You Guide and Rule justly! We thank You now, believing that it is done! In The Exalted Name of Jesus we seal our prayer with a spirit-inspired Hallelujah! Amen 3X and It Is So!

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS LOVES AND CARES FOR EVERYBODY!

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrew 11:1 KJV

God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out, his merciful love couldn’t have dried up. They’re created new every morning. How great your faithfulness! I’m sticking with God (I say it over and over). He’s all I’ve got left. Lamentations 3:23-24 THE MESSAGE

 
Several years ago, I heard a teaching by Kenneth Copeland, reminiscing about his early experiences in the family church. Bro. Copeland said that just about every Sunday morning, it was pretty much guaranteed that you’d hear the Preacher say ‘You gotta have faith!’’ or ‘You need to increase your faith!’, or ‘If it’s not of faith then, it’s sin! ‘ Bro. Copeland remembered how frustrating it was because the Preacher never told them how a poor soul might procure this precious gift of faith!

Well, guess what? Not much has changed, huh? Even now, given the popularity of  21st Century prosperity doctrinal teachings, I’d venture to say that a whole lotta churchgoers are still confused about how they can exercise true biblical faith in their lives. Contrary to New Millennium mysticism , faith is not a new theological doctrine reserved for the elite seminary scholars. God has given every one of us ‘a measure of faith’ and it’s a free gift, yall! No one can work hard enough or be good enough to earn or deserve it! But The Heavenly Father so graciously pours it into us when we open our hearts to HIM!

Simply put, Faith is a patient confident trust in the integrity and power of our Loving and Caring Heavenly Father to do for us everything He’s promised in His WORD!

Faith is the currency of exchange in The Kingdom of God! Duuhhh! God doesn’t need our money! Everything, including all the silver and gold already belongs to Him! However, we need faith to lay hold to anything that pertains to life and godliness that we need from Him! In fact, you can’t even approach God unless you truely believe not only that He does exist but you must be fully persuaded that GOD  is able to do what you need Him to do for you. Sounds like it’s virtually impossible to please God without it, huh? (Ref. Hebrew 11:6)

Hebrews Chapter 11, dubbed The Hall of Faith, highlights several examples of ordinary men and women, empowered by faith, who were able to achieved extraordinary things thru God! Unfortunately, we have this innate proclivity to relegate GOD’S FAITHFULNESS to an historical phenomenon, which suggests that HE’S CHANGED and what HE DID BACK IN THE BIBLE DAYS WAS FOR THEM AND WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! (Ref. Hebrews 13:8)  HOWEVER, that’s not what THE BIBLE says! Check it out, the text says ‘NOW faith’ not THEN faith’!!!

Beloved, take a moment to glance back over your own life. After all that God has done for us, even B.C. (Befoe Christ) it’s seems foolish not to trust Him…NOW! Like the ol’ skool Preacha said, “Am I right about it?” 

Did you have any idea how much it actually blesses our Heavenly Father’s Heart knowing that His precious sons and daughters genuinely trust in Him to do life every day? Seriously!

Faith in God says, ‘Father I believe that You love me unconditionally and will always have my best interest at heart. Even if  all the circumstantial evidence doesn’t look like it, I have this Eternal Hope that Your Loyal Love towards me will never forsake me nor abandom me! Therefore, by faith, my heart is thoroughly convinced, COME WHAT MAY, MY GOD IS WORKING EVERYTHING TOGETHER FOR MY HIGHEST GOOD AND HIS GREATEST GLORRAAA! (Ref. Romans 8:28)

NOW talk back to that lyn’n devil! ‘SATAN, IT AIN’T GONNA WORK TODAY & TOMMOROW AIN’T LOOKING THAT GOOD 4 U, EITHER!  IF YOU KNOW WHATZ GOOD 4 U, U’LL BACUPOFF ME!

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. Isaiah 60:1-2

You belong to the light and live in the day. We don’t live in the night or belong to the dark. 1 Thess. 5:5 CEV

 

Face it, every day ain’t the same! Is that ever an understatement! When was the last time you popped out of bed, headed for the gates, fortified with the zeal to take over anything or anyone who dared to challenge your God-ordained authority in the earth! Dat long, huh?

I know we jus saanng that song last Sunday morning, some of us even cut a step, “I been running for Jesus along Time, and I’m not tired Yet!” But, once we left the Euphoric atmosphere of the sanctuary and went back to ‘da real-world’, chances are that behind the plastic smiles and the colloquial ‘Blessed and Highly Favored’ many of us were bowed down, burdened and overwhelmed by unimaginable weights of everyday existence! UbettaHush! Yall know we can’t admit it to them religious folk, huh? After all, how we feel has absolutely nothing to do with our relationship with God! We’re supposed to walk by faith, not by our feelings, right?

Over 2,000 years ago, there was a man who walked this earth; He was despised. rejected, tortured, spat on and left to die hanging between Heaven and Hell! Awemaazingly, most of His persecution came from the very ones He came to save, heal and deliver! WOW! Imagine that? YET! Despite of all that, He was willing to deny His feelings and endure it all to finish His assignment given by His Heavenly Father! And we think we have it rough, huh? 4REAL!

BUT WHO TOLD U, that the journey from earth to Glory would be easy? It certainly wasn’t Jesus! “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” Matthew 16:24

JESUS’ life was an illustrated sermon, to those of us who’d dare to name the Name of Christ, on how to take the hits and YET keep it moving! The scriptures reveal how our Savior was able to commit to God’s Process, even submitting to The Cross, death, hell and the grave! “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2 #Didjaheardat?

Jesus refused to focus on the moment, but with every step He took, His concentration remained fixed on THE BIG PICTURE! Hence, The Master Teacher taught us that in The Kingdom of God, purpose trumps pain! Before the foundation of the world, Jesus was perfectly committed to His Father’s Redemption Plan! The Joy of ensuring the restoration of God’s elect back to The Kingdom was His primary motivation! Aren’t you eternally glad that JESUS didn’t consider the price too extravagant, but a small thing to fulfill the Father’s Love?

It’s not our intent to minimize the severity nor the enormity of  issues challenging the faith, hope and peace of 21st Century Saints. LORD KNOWS, those who’ve walked with Jesus these past three decades, know that tremendous changes have taken place, howevrrrr, there’s one thing that has not changed! The Eternal Word of God! God knew from the beginning what NOW would be! God has called us to The Kingdom for such a time as this, to be The Light of this World! Consequently, in the midst of this lost, dying and hell-bound world, we, who put our personal trust in The Saving Grace of Jesus, are called to be reflectors of God’s Loving-kindness and Faithfulness!

Frankly! Some times, it seems like we kinda got this thing backwards, huh? We say, the world’s in darkness, yet they’re the ones laughing, partying, turnin it up! While, God’s people are walking around with our heads hung down. backs humped over and hearts weakened by doubt, uncertainty and quivering in fear to tell anybody about our GOD?Something is sho nuff wrong with that picture! #IJS! We’re heirs, joint-heir of The Kingdom of God!This is our heritage—righteousness, peace and joy in The Holy Ghost! (Ref. Romans 14:17)

I know we think we’re too sophisticated now to have Testimony Service, BUT! C’mon now, STOP acting like this is your first rodeo! Y’ALL KNOW, every single one of us gotta enuff personal history to unequivocally verify that trouble don’t last always! Joy is comin’ in the morning!

Perhaps today, you find yourself in the midst of a long dark night, and try as you might, you can’t see the sun NO WHERE, remember it’s still there! Likewise, if you’re experiencing a power shortage and feeling disconnected from The True Power Source, JESUS, The Son of The Living GOD, remember HE’S STILL THERE! (Ref. Heb. 13:5) Selah!

BELOVED, JUS BOW YOUR HEART, LIFT YOUR HANDS, REACH UP AND RECEIVE ALL THE LIGHT YOU WILL EVER NEED TO WALK IN THE GLORY OF HIS PRESENCE! AFTER ALL, HE’S ALREADY PAID THE BILL! ARISE & SHINE 4 HIS MERCY ENDURES 4EVER!

I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. Psalm 27:13-14

Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you;He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. Isaiah 55:22

 

A few years back I shared a similar post. Yall remember, I testified about that morning  I’d began my morning routine of preparing my coffee, glancing casually at the TV screen and hearing the early morning’s BREAKING NEWS reporting that sometime during the nite, while most of us slept in the comfort and safety of our homes, a group of bomb-strapped terrorist had stormed into a Pakistani school house killing over 120 people, including a number of 1st to 6th grade students, teachers and anyone else who crossed their sight lines! As I began filtering my hearing to the commentator, he continuied on to say that Isis had proudly stepped up, acclaiming responsibility for this heinous act in retaliation for a previous attack against their forces!

Precious Ones, this morning with a soul ladden with gut-wrenching sorrow, can I tell ya that the more things change, the more things stay the same! While we all hope and pray that these tragic incidents are just isolated bleeps on the scape of human history, it seems as if the worst just keeps on falling to new depths of low and lawlessness! Once again while the students of  a Parkland, FL HS were busy going out their daily class room activies,  a sin drenched soul stepped out of obscurity and began to assisinate at least 17 of his  former classmates!

Perhaps, my greatest sadness is buried in the reality that while  yet revolting, tragedy seems to have losted its fervidness to either shock or surprise us! 

I remember coming back up stairs that morning and asking my husband whether or not he’d heard about it, and he had. Almost simultaneously, both of us asked “What is this world coming to”? ” It’s as if nothing is sacred, nothing is restricted by basic human morality!

Then quite suddenly, the Holy Spirit cut into our conversation with an astounding; “The End!” I repeated, as if the light had just been cut on. “The End!” The world, as we’ve known, is coming to an end, in live and living HD color! Who would’ve imagined that the enormity of the extremely wicked cruelty episodes would be repeatedly perpetrated against even the most naive amongs us?

Those of us who claim The Name of Christ truly believe that this ol’ world has already been judged and condemned, right? YET, how many of us genuinely expected that The 21st century generation would be eye witnesses to the actualization of the antiquated prophetic utterances of God’s servants., huh? #SERIOUSLY???

I can still recall praying, “Lord, as Pastors, preachers, teachers, evangelists, your servants, what are we supposed to do? How can we continue to preach trust and hope to comfort and encourage your people surrounded by the presence of lawless gross darkness? Especially when we ourselves are fainting, wearied, overwhelmed and being choked by the cords of cares and chaos!”

Then, Thanks Be To GOD, Holy Spirit so abruptly interrupted my self-induced saga; “Tell them about JESUS! After all He is The Only Hope of the World! Preach, JESUS! The Eternal Light that yet shines out of the darkness. Remind them that all these things MUST be before The Kingdom of God ushers in The New Life! Hail to the scattered sheep that NOW is the time for Salvation! Warn them that time is winding up, spiraling intently towards eternity and NOW is the time to prepare to meet their Master in peace; for He could show up at any minute!”

“Encourage your fellow-sojourners to take full advantage of these days, not trembling in fearful foreboding but celebrating God all day, every day!”

Suddenly my mind drifted back to the wisdom of those ol’ skool Churrch Mothers! ‘Babygurl, you need to wear this world like a loose-fitting overcoat, that you can drop off at a moment’s notice!’ That was their way of reminding us that we are not home yet! We’re still passing through this barren land on our way to Heaven!

Beloved, if all your hope is wrapped up in what you can collect, seeking man’s approval and striving to attain society’s standard of success, then my precious one, the best you can expect to see in this world is constant decadence of morality and amplified misery. But as The Redeemed, we have an resounding advantage over those who are yet in darkness. GOD IS STILL GOD!

Hence, God is not surprised at anything that’s happening! He Reigns Supreme Ruler over ALL His Creation, astutely aware and actively involved in the intrinsic detailed affairs of man-kind! And to top it all off, God loves us with an Everlasting Love that compassionately invites us to come boldly before His Throne daily to find Hope AND Help in HIS Mercy and Grace!

“This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast ,and which enters the Presence behind the veil…” Hebrews 6:19a

Life is filled with change and challenges, and most of all unexpectaton! Nevertheless, our faith must be, rooted in The Certainty of The Eternal Love of God! Therefore, Beloved, we do not give up HOPE! BUT! As believers in The Testimony of Jesus Christ, we eontend for the faith, waiting patiently in earnest expectation, resting in quiet confidence and believing to see that THE ONE WHO HAS PROMISED IS FAITHFUL TO PERFORM! Didjaheardat?

YES, THE STRUGGLE IS REAL BUT GOD IS GREATER! WEIGHT ON THE LORD…STILL!
