If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my ace, and turn from their wicked ways,then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

WELL, AMERICA’S GREAT AGAIN, huh?  WOW!

Today despite of all the  predictions, our Nation has survived one more surprise attack, huh?  Who knu that the greatest threat to our national security would come from within the borders of our own democratic system? Nontheless, they say, ‘Liberty For All’, right? Well, I suppose that depends on one’s personal perspective. Nevertheless, we can agree on this, Freedom is not free nor is it cheap!

Hence,  I declare and decree, in Order to form a more perfect Unity, establish true Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain. establish, stand steadfast, immovable always abiding in THIS TRUTH, that despite all of these sophisticated technological security advancements of  the 21st Century,  the safest place in the whole wide world yet remains “smack-dabb” in the middle of GOD’S PERFECT WILL!!!

While many families are still struggling to cope and recover from the distress of 911, the increase in the random killings of young students,  senseless massacre of innocent kindergarteners at Connecticut’s Sandy Hook Elementary,  bomb blasts  abruptly interrupting The Boston Marathon , suicide bombings at airports globally, lunatics open-firing on random citizens out enjoying a matinee movie,  afternoon shopping at the local mall and evenings at their favorite restaurants or niteclubs,  those who arbitrarily invade the sanctify of Bible Study and Prayer Meetings, and to add insult to injury, now there’s the unprecedented diagnosis of post election stress disorder!  The devastating sociological effect of the culmination of  each of these obviously re-enforce the new-now reality! America has changed forever! Consequently, that somewhat bi-partisant-nonchalant-attitude that we once held viewing  media broadcasts detailing the slaughter of civilians in other countries has given way to a national sense of restrained anxiety and anticipation.

The false sense of serenity that our nation once enjoyed has now converted to sporadic rampant acts of violence, devastation and destruction. In the after mass, we see a socieity of proud Americans struggling to present a united front, clinging, crying, comforting, praying together in an attempt to let the world know “We’re proud to be Americans; United we stand and God bless America”!

Now don’t shout me down! Trust me, I’m just as patriotic as anyone. I am grateful that God destined me to be born in this country. However, first and foremost, I’m a Christian; a citizen of The Kingdom of God! Therefore I am compelled to plead on behalf of all my fellow countrymen, “America, bless Our GOD!”

None can deny that God has been so merciful to America. Time and time again, God has proven Himself to be so near to us. Our nation’s history confirms that God has continuously reached out to assure us, “My children, we are in this thing together…forever. I am here to help you. I am your shield and your buckler; I am as close as the very breath you breathe. I am fully and totally committed to you.” Unfortunately, just like the Israelites in Bible days, this nation has persisted in boldly rejected GOD’s Way, insisting on doing things our way, legislating unrighteousness!

Well can I offer my most solemn suggestion; my fellow Americans, instead of trying to pass the buck, we need to repent. Why spend so much time, money and attention pursuing false gods? We don’t need another God to save us! We just need to turn back to the One True Foundation of this great nation. It’s time to bend our knees, bow our hearts, and surrender our praise and worship to The True and Living God our Lord Jesus Christ. Clearly, everything that we will ever need is in Him.

What’s the point of having another National Day of Prayer if we have no intention of changing? I mean, can you imagine the stinch that’s seeping into The Throne Room of His Grace and Mercy? #yukyuk! Awemazingly, The Living God is waiting for His Chosen People to humbly cry out in sincerity to Him, (actually repenting) and return to the Rock of our Salvation!Remember, God has promised that in the midst of troubling times, we’d find Him to be a Very Present Help.

“Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the LORD of hosts.” Zechariah 1:3

WAKE UP AMERICA, IT’S WAY PASS TIME TO BLESS OUR GOD! GOD WANTS HIS AMERICA, BACK! #NUFFSAID!

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31-1

 
Uuuh forgive my intrusion into your alabaster box, howeverrrrr! Do you sometimes cry out, as I have, “God, don’t You see my tears? Can’t You see my broken heart? God, never mind me, but how can You bear to see the agony of my loved one? God, I know that You care. I just don’t understand why You don’t intervene in this situation right now. Why don’t You do something? And, God, why did you do that?”

Then, to my heart, I seem to hear His still, small voice whispering, “Ann, trust Me. I know what’s best.”

…And I’m left to wonder, “Why I would ever think that I know better than God what’s best for me or my loved one”, huh?

Perhaps, it’s humanity’s naivety to presume that once we surrender our hearts to The Saving Grace of Jesus Christ, life from that point on consists of floating down rose, hydrangea, tulip and lilly clad pathways of ease on our way to the Pearly Gates of New Jerusalem! Unfortunately, there’s nothing in The Holy Writ that remotely resembles such a scenario. In fact, there’s more evidence to support that following in the Footsteps of Jesus means swallowing big gulps from the cup of imminent suffering and sacrifice!

Man that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble. Job 14:1

Don’t get it twisted!  I am not being sacrilegious nor am I craaazzzy! Trust me; I am not in the least implying that our Heavenly Father is aDead-Beat Dad or a Narcissistic Sadist! Quite the contrary! In the Ingenious Sovereignty of His Own Will purpose trumps pain! Hence, God has Divinely orchestrated the terrains of our journey to include sporadic detours through wilderness pit stops as well as ecstatically triumphant mountain top encounters to perfect in us the same Godly Character and Radiant Glory of our Kinsmen Redeemer!

Remember, His Ways are not our ways and His Thoughts supersede our severely limited intellectual capacity to comprehend the length, width and depth and wonder of His Omnipotent Omniscience! (Ref. Isaiah 55:8-9)

Yet, by Faith we know that all things work together for our highest good and His Greatest Glory! (Ref. Romans 8:28) Hence, in the end VICTORY BELONGS 2 JESUS!

#IJS! The quicker that I acquiesce to the prompting of The God In Me, the sooner my po-wearied-soul is encompassed about with the Comforting Presence, Joy and Peace of The Only Wise Savior and Lord of my Life! 

Father, since I know You want what’s best for me soooo, Lord whatever You’re doing, help my unbelief and give me the Grace 2 Trust U more !

Good Morning my Precious Bros. And Sistas! GOTTA MOMENT? AWEMAAZIN!

Didjaknow, that the only reason UR able to read this post is because Our Heavenly Father has blessed U 2 B alive 1 more day? And for that, please join me in exalting The Glorious Name of Jesus! As is our custom each Thursday, we encourage U 2 join us in our weekly day of Corporate Prayer. Is there any among you sick, weak, afflicted, ill-treated or faint-hearted, then as James 5:13 instructs, let’s pray!

Great is Thy Faithfulness, O God our Father! There is no shadow of turning with Thee. Thy changes not; Thy compassions fail not; as Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be! Morning by morning new mercies I see; ALL I HAVE NEEDED THY HAND HATH PROVIDED—GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS, LORD UNTO ME!

Abba Father, it is with great joy that we entreat Thy Throne of Mercy today! Trusting confidently that You have afforded us this awesome honor and privilege not because we deserve it, but based solely on Your Loving-Kindness towards us, that draws us into Your All Encompassing Presence.  Lord Jesus, we thankya for Your Faithful Obedience to please The Heart of The Father by sacrificing Your Life in our stead that we might become Sons of The True and Living God! And for this cause, we bow in humble gratitude, fully aware that as we come before you, empty and void of anything that would warrant such awesome graciousness, but only because Your Righteousness we are now the beneficiary of All that You are in the eyes of God!

Sweet Jesus, we know that You already know everything about every single one of us, because You are Omniscient and Omnipresent, but because You walked among us, allowing Yourself to be tempted at all point as we are, You learned what we experience in these earthly tabernacles and therefore You can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities! Therefore, as our Great High Priest, You are able to intercede on our behalf continuously searching and conveying the thoughts, intents, emotions and physical weaknesses that we’re often unable to articulate to The Father of All Grace, Compassion and Comfort! We Thankya Lord, for being our Very Present Help!

Lord, while we try to please You by trusting in Your Word, You know that sometimes, it’s difficult to over-ride the noise of the pestilence, the chaos of uncertainty and the pain of condemnation, guilt, and shame that seems to lure us into the valleys shadowed with danger, fear, anger, bitterness, anxiety, hopelessness and self-doubt! That’s why we gladly run to You, daily to find the refuge, peace, restoration that You have prepared for any who would come to You in hope-filled assurance that You will never deny Your Word!

Heavenly Father, we’re forever blessing You for continuing to renew our strength, understanding and power as we open our hearts to You,  depending and relying only on Your Grace. And as we yield our all our being before you, we pray for those who are unsaved, believing You to ignite a spirit of Godly-repentance that they may confess a “Sincere YES” in their heart and in their mind that they will have a desire to come to you today and receive You as their personal Savior and Lord!

Lord, we’re believing You to put a “Committed YES” in the hearts and minds of every backslider today that this will be their day to come back to You and come back to YOUR church.

Abba Father, please touch our brother, touch our sister who has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, including the spirit of cancer, kidney failure, high blood pressure, low blood pressure and rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. We come into agreement with your Word and declare that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! And as You are strengthening these, we ask that you also invigorate, encourage and replenish the spirits, minds and bodies of those who are charged to care for their loved ones!

Lord, as always, we pray for every believer who is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, trusting that You will release Divine power, Supernatural strength, consolation, health, provision, prosperity and protection. We pray also Father, that You preserve them thru the tests that You have Sovereignly summoned us to go thru and keep us constantly aware of YOUR PRESENCE and fully-confident that You will bring us out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with every reward as You have promised in Your Word.

Father, we lift up every spiritual leader, asking an immediate manifestation of that special miracle for each and every one of them who are yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the conviction and anointing of Holy Spirit. Jesus, we’re trusting and believing that you will Grace them to be the examples in their homes, churches and community that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall in love with You, trust wholly in and commit to live the rest of their lives serving You!

Father, as we lift up our children, our children’s children and by faith, we cancel every scheme that Satan desires to inflict upon them, committing them into Your Providential care, we realize that You have a plan and purpose for their lives too and we have the blessed assurance that their steps are being ordered by Your eyes!

Holy Spirit, stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name that they will have a desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship with Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that they might prove what is the perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

Knowing that You Sovereignly Rule and Reign over the affairs of mankind, we’re praying for  the government/legislative/corporate leaders of our nation. Heavenly Father, we’re trusting that You will visit them in the night seasons with dreams and visions, warning them that He who is pregnant with evil and conceives trouble gives birth to disillusionment. He who digs a hole and scoops it out will fall into the pit he has made. The trouble he causes recoils on himself and his violent schemes will come down on his own head.

We’re asking that You endow the hearts of Your people with a peace that surpasses all understanding and the confident expectation that our times are in Your Hands and that regardless of the deceitfulness of this world, You have promised to protect, provide and preserve the righteous who trust and obey Your Word!

We’re grateful that as You continue to open the eyes of our understanding, Your people are not easily deceived by those who would desire to entrap us in bondage to that which You have delivered us from.

Abba Father, help us to understand that salvation only comes to those who trust in the Name and Blood of Jesus ALONE as the Only Power to save us!  Give us a sign of Your Goodness, that our enemies may see it and be put to shame. For You, Who searches minds and hearts will continue to shield, help, comfort and save those whose hearts are upright before You.

Father, we believe that every demonic-induced spirit of temptation, addiction, oppression, depression, rejection, self-hate, suicide, fear and failure is already defeated by Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness is being released now, in Jesus Name!

Father, we rejoice now in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shameful defeat! We praise You Father, confidently assured that You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayers as sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy, You will not withhold Your Mercy from us and Your Love and Your Truth is a wall around us!

Abba Father, we revere, honor and praise You now, for we trust and believe that In The Exalted Name of Jesus it is done! Amen 3X and It Is So!

Beloved, as we go before The Lord, understanding that the enemy of our souls has stepped up his attack to distract and destroy The Hope and Joy of God’s elect, we’re praying for the Saints everywhere!  Armed with  Our Father’s Decree that the violent shall pursue, recover and conquer everything that He has given us, we press on toward the mark of our High Calling, trusting that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but Mighty thru God for the pulling down strongholds! Shall we enter in…

WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS! ALL OUR SINS AND GRIEFS TO BEAR. AND WHAT A PRIVILEGE TO CARRY EVERYTHING TO GOD IN PRAYER! OH, WHAT PEACE WE OFTEN FORFEIT; OH, WHAT NEEDLESS PAIN WE BEAR; ALL BECAUSE WE DO NOT CARRY EVERYTHING TO GOD IN PRAYER! WE’RE PRAYING, BELIEVING & DECLARING…

Abba Father, Who abides above The Heavens,  we come before You today, In the Magnificent, All Powerful Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus,  determined to rejoice, praise and thank You for blessing us to see this day that You have made! Looking back, we know that it is solely Your Faithful Love that has allowed us to be here to enjoy one more day overflowing with the abundance of Your Benevolence, Mercy, Grace, Power and Peace!

Father, as we reverently bow in Your Presence, we bless You for that great day when You opened our stony hearts and our blind eyes, enabling us to recognize and receive the saving Grace in the Life, Death, Burial and Resurrection of Your Son, Jesus! We humbly acknowledge there was absolutely nothing in us lovable nor worthy of this honor and privilege, nevertheless, because it pleased You, You Sovereignly chose us to be Your very own children!

Lord Jesus, we’re eternally grateful that YOU ARE LORD, therefore are always in absolute control of all things! In light of the continuous influx of profound arrogance, immorality, perversive and illegal transactions that are being perpetrated against Your people from ‘the powers that be’, we shall never fail to express our gratitude that You are The Same yesterday, today and Forever! Therefore, as You provided Light and Provision for Your people in Goshen, You shall keep us safely hidden and covered under The PRECIOUS ATONING BLOOD OF JESUS! Amidst these days of imminent terror, tragedy, chaos and destruction, we vow to praise You, Heavenly Father, knowing that the safest place in this whole world is in YOUR perfect will! Therefore, we trust that no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rises up again your children, thou shall condemn!

Abba Father, kneeling our hearts before Your Throne, we ask You to forgive us for every sin that we have committed, willfully and unwillfully, spoken or thought that was not pleasing in Your sight causing grief to Holy Spirit! We believe, according to Your Promise, that as we confess and repent from a heart of sincereity, that You are Faithful and Just to forgive us, remove our sins from us, casting them into the Sea of Your Selective Forgetfulness, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness through The Word and the Blood! We’re thankful that because You know our frame, Your Faithful Compassion continuously allows You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities and minister to our need!

We praise You Sweet Jesus, because no man can come to the Father except You draw them, as we intercede on behalf of every unsaved soul, asking You to quicken the Spirit of Godly-Repentance in their heart and in their mind that they will come to you today, confessing with their mouths “a sincere YES” to your Grace Gift and receive You now as their personal Lord and Savior! We’re believing that You are directing their footsteps, placing and settling them into a local church home today where they are nurtured and encouraged to live holy, acceptable and committed to faithful obedience to Your Word!

Lord, we ask You reclaim every soul that has turned their back and walked away from Your Will! Put a new “commitment YES” in their heart and mind and let today be the day that they come back to You and come back to The Body of Christ where they will submit their lives to the sound teachings of Your Word, working out their own salvation as they learn to love and live their lives denying the lust of their flesh, walking daily to please and Glorify You to this lost, dark and dying world!

Father, we pray that You will touch our brother, touch our sister whose body has been afflicted by all manner of sickness and disease, rebuke and casting every symptom and dysfunction out at the root, for Your Name Sake! Heavenly Father, You are Jehovah Rophe, The Lord our Healer! Even as You walked this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that Your stripes have redeemed and healed us and we’re yet standing on Your promises that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Lord, we pray for every one going thru a season of sorrow and grief at the lost of a loved one, those who are being victimized by institutionalized racism, incarcerated by Spirits of fear, rejection, disappointment and failure, divorce, lost of employment, bankrupty and illegal foreclosures! We plead the Blood of Jesus over every demonic thought, spirits of anxiety, oppression, depression and confusion, because we know that You are not the author of these satanic thoughts and feelings, but You have given us who have put our personal trust in Your Son Jesus, Your Righteousness, a Spirit of Love, Peace, Joy and a Sound Mind!

Lord, we lift up every person struggling to hold on to Your Immutable Word by faith today, trusting that You are releasing Divine Power, Supernatural Peace, Hope, Strength, Health, Provision, Prosperity and Protection! Father, we’re believing You to preserve each and everyone of us thru the tests that we must go thru, keeping our minds constantly stayed on YOUR PRESENCE, fully-confident that at Your appointed time,You shall bring us out wholly restored, renewed, refreshed and with every reward as You have promised in Your Word.

Heavenly Father, as we pray, according to Your Will, for the leaders of our nation, government, corporate, judicial, education, financial institutions and our churches, we’re asking that You touch their minds and hearts, visit them in the night, speak to them in dreams and visions! Let them know that You, The Lamb of God, sit Enthroned Above the Heavens keeping record of the deeds of every man’s heart and will reward accordingly!

Abba, we ask that You encourage and comfort the souls of Your elect whose spirits are vexed and overwhelmed with fear, doubt and worry because of the things that are going on in our personal lives and in this ungodly world systems! Lord,  assure us that we are never alone, and never without Your Very Present Help!

Father, release a downpour of Divine Favor upon Your children who’re being challenged by seemingly time-sensitive situations such as marital relationships, wayward children, loneliness, financial, employment and promotion issues, approvals of student/car/home loans! Assure them that YOU are YET Jehovah Jareh, Who shall supply all of their need according to Your Riches in Glory! Father, we declare and decree that every demonic-induced spirit of addiction and fear is defeated NOW because of Your Anointing and that the Spirit of Love, Power and Sound-mindness and Purpose is being released into the lives of Your people now, in Jesus Name!

Lord Jesus, Your children, await Your Salvation,  align our spirits, soul and body with Your Eternal Word in confidence and quietness, rejoicing in hope, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling, suddenly departing in shameful defeat, recognizing that You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayer as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Abba Father, because You have chosen us and brought us near to dwell safety and secure in House, we shout with joy unto The One to Whom all men will come! We bow in obedient reverence before The Hope of all the earth, believing that as Your face shines upon us,  the words of our mouths and the meditations of our hearts are pleasing and acceptable in You eyes! We believe You are making Your ways and salvation known among all nations as You Guide and Rule justly!

Holy Father, trusting that IT IS DONE, we offer up this prayer In The Exalted Name of Jesus! Alleleujah! Amen 3X!

Now every child of God who is standing in agreement with this prayer,GO TELL SOMEBODY THAT JESUS CARE ABOUT YOU, YOU & YOU! #FRONTLINEMINISTRY

And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one to another, Why sit we here until we die? If we say, We will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: and if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die. 2 KINGS 7:3-5

Once again, God’s people find themselves in quite a predicament. NO! It was NOT THE DEVIL; BUT GOD, Who allowed the enemy to cage in the stiff-necked rebellious people of God! Nothing came in and nothing went out! The entire city was on lock-down!

Just wondering, has your life ever been so jacked up that you felt like you were physically, emotionally and spiritually constipated? I’m pretty sure that right about now, the wind-chill factor of the atmospheric condition in the building has shifted, huh? So I apologize for getting too real for some of you! But has your mind ever been so overwhelmed with so much stuff that your perspective became distorted by issues far beyond your control? Even if you could, you didn’t know how to get out? Have you ever been just stuck; can’t take in nothing and can’t move nothing out? Basically, your whole life seems to be shut down? Sometimes, we all need a good ol’ dose of HOLY GHOST castor oil to jump-start our lives!

God sent The Prophet Elisha to warn the people that calamity was heading their way. We tend to forget that while God is longsuffering and graciously gives us time to get it right, He is also The Righteous Judge!  Like some folk today, the people were looking to government leadership to get them out of their mess. But King Jehoram couldn’t help himself! So he rent his royal garments and clothed himself in mourning garments, attempting to convince the people that even if he didn’t know how to help, at least he was concerned for them! Uuumm sound uncomfortably familiar?

YET, when Elisha brought him a WORD from God, like some of us, when we don’t like the message, Jehoram decided to kill the messenger! But if you’re really walking with God, even in midst of a miserable situation, God will put limitations on what the enemy is able to do. It really doesn’t matter what your enemy desires to do to you, God Is Still in Control!

Ofttimes, in scripture, leprosy is symbolic of sin. Some sins can be secret, or at least we like to think so, but some is like leprosy, shows up where everybody can see it. You can’t dress it up or cover it up. It’s just out there, in plain view so everybody knows you messed up!  Have you ever felt rejected to the point that some folk avoided you like a plague, forcing you into exile? Aren’t you glad that Jesus ain’t afraid to touch you right where you’re hurting the most! No matter what you done, God still keeps calling out to you, ‘Come unto me, draw near to me, and I’ll draw near to you”!

According to today’s text, one of the lepers spoke up, “Why are we sitting here until we die? We all in the same jacked up situation! But since we got is each other, why don’t we at least come into some sort of agreement with each other? They began evaluating the situation and looking at their options. Option No. 1, “If we go into the city, there’s people but ain’t no food. We won’t die by ourselves, but we still gonna die!” Option No. 2, if we just stay here in this place we’re accustomed to, it’s familiar, but it’s still the place of no hope and no change! If we just keep doing what we’ve always done, then we gonna keep getting what we’ve always got! That’s insanity!

Option No. 3, “Surrender to the Syrian army”. Now, personally, I don’t think this would’ve been my choice, at least not right off the cuff! I mean, turning yourself over to the very ones that God was using to punish His people? Yet, sometimes, we miss the answer because it don’t look like what we’ve been expecting! But Baby, “jus cause it looks like you’re down to nothing; doesn’t mean that God is not up to something”! We still got options!

Not knowing what they were about to encounter, the lepers made a decision to do something! When they made a decision to step out on faith, they found out that God had already gone before them. Hence, while you trying to figure it out, God has already worked it out”! God had made the Syrian Army to hear “the noise’; supposing it was a great army coming after them, they got scarred and broke camp to escape The Armies of The Lord. They didn’t see nobody, but the Bible says, they heard something. #Didjaheardat?

Even when  you can’t hear God’s Voice, God can still speak to your enemies! And, suddenly, when God gets through speaking to them, they’ll drop everything they have and all you have to do is to show up in the right place, at the right time to pick up the spoil! Our God is still able to do exceedingly, abundantly more than you can ask or think.

And when you don’t know what to do, find yourself a promise in The Word to stand on while you’re waiting for God to show out! The ol’ saints used to say it like this, ‘if you take one step, he’ll take two!’ Sounds like they knew that the Lawd will make a way somehow!’ You may not be able to understand why you’re going thru, but  trust 2 know that God has already gone before you to open up a way out of no way!

Children, even if you’re scarred, be not dismayed, come on; bust a move anyhow, trusting that God will take care of you! If you can’t get up, then crawl, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t raise your hand, then move your finger, DO SOMETHING!

 Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.  Genesis 28:15 ESV

 

Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for a long time or just recently made your decision to follow Christ, none of us are excluded from faith’s stresses, test and trials! If you don’t have a clue about what I’m talking about, may I draw from dem ol’ skool Mothers’ terminology, “Baby, jus keep getting up in the mornin’ and going to bed at night, sooner or later you will encounter a season in your life when you’ll feel as though God has left you in the valley of the shadows of death to fend for yourself!”

I understand that this kinda theology may seem a bit strange, (not to mention unbiblical, after all we live in the Dispensation of Grace) to some Millenniums who’ve been spoon fed Gospel-Lite-Prosperity pablum prepared by the more sophisticated-socially-acceptable-all-ingratiating-all-inclusive preachers! But check The Book, it’s still in there! “Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:” 1 Peter 4:12

Yet! When you’re forced to trample through the turbulence terrains of this life, know, that your Heavenly Father is not a dead-beat absentee Father. God has left His Eternal Word as a Light to the 21st Century Saints! Hence, The Word of God is still well able to comfort, strengthen and encourage those who seek Him!

Precious ones, perhaps, at this reading, you find yourself smack-dab-in-the-middle of a loooonnnnggg night of overwhelming fear and anxiety,  yet Truth remains! Even when you’re unable  to trace God’s Face or feel His Hand, trust His Heart!

Sometimes, we’re so focused on the trauma of the moment that we forget that we have a real enemy who delights in secretly launching attacks against God’s elect, under the cloak of darkness with his diabolical wiles, strategically aimed to diminish your confidence and trust in God!  Nevertheless,  don’t fall for the okey-doke…Satan ain’t running nothing! Your God is Sovereignly watching over you 24/7! He never naps! Day and night are the same to Him! Every step you take is Divinely-ordered by The Lord! He’s already gone before you preparing designated rest areas along the road to revive and re-energize our spirit and soul! #Didjaheardat? IT’S TRUE!

Beloved, when it seems as if everything is falling apart, Holy Spirit says, ‘It’s falling right in place’! Abba Father is weaving each piece of your life together for your greatest good and His Highest Glory! And at the appointed time, He will flip it over to display His Magnificent Masterpiece! (Ref. Romans 8:28)

“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.” 1 John 3:2

Like Jacob, as we continue our pilgrimage through the gross darkness of this fallen world en route to the celestial city, we may all proclaim of our Savior “The God that led me all my life long” works THE NIGHT SHIFT!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. Psalm 139:7-10

O righteous God, who searches minds and hearts, bring to an end the violence of the wicked and make the righteous secure. Psalm 7:9

Sorry Father Adam, but once again this is on you! Because of our original progenitor’s high treason against the Righteous instructions given by The Creator of Life, we are all born naughty by nature! Thus, every human born into the earth since our fore-parents’ willful rebellion is corrupted by an innate disorder called iniquity! Now, don’t look at me with that self-righteous attitude! (Ref. Ps. 51:5) But, it goes deeper! Like Adam, the Glory of innocence that once covered us had now been disrupted by sin, exposing us to evil, guilt, shame and fear!

The precious intimacy with God that man once enjoyed in Paradise was violently yanked from him plunging all of creation into gross darkness and utter chaos!

Hence, there’s an inbred-inclination to cover ourselves with fig leaves attempting to hide from the Only True Source of Hope for deliverance and restoration!  The moment we allow our desire to satisfy the wickedness of self’s lust to take precedence over our desire to please God, the hedge comes down and all hell breaks out! And as they say, the rest is history, huh?

That’s why God hates sin! Don’t get it twisted like Eve and fall for the deception of the Tempter! Not because He’s trying to control us! Not because He’s arrogantly trying to keep us down! Not because He wants to keep us from enjoying ourselves! Not even because He’s Sovereign Lord! And He is! But God hates sin because it robs us of the freedom, peace and pure delight to openly commune with The Lover of our souls!

You do realize that God knew exactly where and what Adam had done when His Voice came walking through the Garden asking, “Adam, where are you?” God IS The All-Consuming Presence over space and time! There’s NO spot where GOD IS NOT! Someone once said, IF GOD MOVED TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT, HE’D BUMP STRAIGHT INTO GODSELF!

But do we also hear the pain of God’s Heart, knowing that He would have to evict His Family out of their home to keep them  away from certain eternal death and destruction...until JESUS came to our rescue? Do we realize that there’s no such thing as a little sin? SALVATION IS FREE BUT IT WASN’T CHEAP! #WOW! HONESTLY!

Yet, like David, sin perverts our mind and we foolishly assume that if we don’t tell God, He won’t figure it out!

Do you realize that confession benefits us more than it does God? “Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.” Psalm 119:67 You do know that we don’t pray to inform God, but we pray to invite Him to step into our misery and fix our mess!

When we confess our faults (sin) to God, He’s able to heal our broken and contrite spirit, revive the brittleness of our bones and clear our hearts, minds and souls of the debris that’s left behind by sin’s breach! It was a good thing that God revealed that He knew David’s sin, sending His servant Nathan allowed David to repent honestly before God, liberating him from the burden, torment, tragedy, grief and condemnation that resulted from harboring secret sin in his heart and hindering him from enjoying the fellowship of God’s Presence!

If we confess our sins, HE is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9 #Didjaheardat?

Jus wondering? When was the last time you had some REAL face2face time with God? THAT LONG, HUH? Well, last time I checked, JESUS WAS STILL SEATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FATHER, WAITING AND WILLING TO INTERCEDE ON YOUR BEHALF! SOOO, WHACHA WAITING 4? HONEST2GOD!

GOOD MORNING FAMILY! Gotta Moment? Awesome!

Welcome to our weekly Thursdays’ Prayer and Fasting! Once again, we’re excited that you’ve joined us as we enter into The Glorious Presence of The Most High God! We’re blessed and honored for the opportunity to cast off the burdens that challenge our hope, peace and joy that is ours because we’ve been reconciled to The Lord of Compassion, Grace and Mercy! Shall we go in together?

Here we are to worship, here we are to bow down! Here we are to say that Your our God! You’re altogether Lovely, Altogether Worthy, Altogether Wonderful to Me! I’ll never know, how much it cost to see Your Son upon that crossss..So here we are to worship! Here we are to bow down…Here we are to say that You’re our God! …Bow down and worship Him! Worship Him! Ooooh Worship Him! Bow Down and Worship Him! Enter In, Oooh enter in! Consuming fire! Sweet perfume. His awesome Presence fills this room. This is holy ground! This is holy ground. This is holy ground. So come and bow down!

Let’s pray..

Abba Father, as we bow our heads and our hearts to thank You for this day, we honor our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for the privilege to enter into Your Throne Room! We’re eternally grateful and confident that You welcome us with Lovingkindness! We rejoice in Hope that because You are listening to our prayers we believe that You are dispatching  the angelic hosts to save, heal and deliver us, even as we’re praying!
Heavenly Father, we thank you for watching over us as we slept last nite. We thank You for knowing it was Your Hand that awakened us this morning, safe from hurt and harm. You kept death, destruction, terror, the thief and robbers out of our way. Because of Your Sustaining Power, when we rose this morning we were yet able to stand, see, to hear, speak, to feel, and to taste of Your Goodness this day and every day. We thank You, Heavenly Father, even for the mind to say Thank You!

We’re blessed because You, being Holy and Righteous continue to be such a loving forgiving God, and such an understanding and caring God. You have done so much for us and yet you keep on blessing us. Lord forgive us this day for everything we have done, or said or thought that was not pleasing to you. Abba Fahter, we are sincerely sorry and humbly repent asking for Your forgiveness trusting in Your Promise! Because You are Faithful and Just to give us and wash us in The Cleansing Blood of Jesus, we have the assurance that we are  restored to our right relationship with You, therefore we may walk free from condemnation, guilt and shame!

We thank You Lord Jesus, for being The God of our Salvation, our Deliverance, Breakthrough and Provision. We’re thankful that because You know our frame, Your faithfulness and compassion allow You to look beyond our human frailties, faults and iniquities to see and minister to all of our need!

Father,  we’re believing that You are touching our brother, touching our sister whose body has been afflicted by sickness and disease, especially the spirit of cancer and rebuke and cast it out at the root, for Your Name Sake. Heavenly Father, You have decreed that You are Alpha and Omega, the same yesterday, today and forever! Even as you walked in this earth healing all who were sick, feeble, lame we know that You’re Well Able to do the same right now! Lord Jesus, Your Word declares that by Your stripes  we have been redeemed and healed  and we’re yet standing on Your promise that the prayer of faith shall save the sick and raise them up, In Jesus Name! Amen 3x!

Sweet Jesus, we’re asking that You search our hearts and see that we’re opened to Your Will and Your Way, totally depending and relying on You to work on, in and through us so that others may come to see Your Glory being manifested in this present world.

We believe that as Your eyes continue to search the hearts of mankind that you save the lost, and that You will open the eyes of their understanding that they may know that it’s ONLY in The Name of Jesus that any of us can be saved! Break up the fallow ground of their hearts and put a ‘SINCERE YES’ in them that they will humbly receive You as their personal Lord and Savior! Father we’re trusting that You will direct their steps, and place and settle them into a church home today.

Heavenly Father, we lift up every person who has walked away from You and Your church for whatever reason. Your Word assures us that You are married to the backsliders. Encourage their soul that because of Your Unfailing Love, You are praying and waiting for them to come back into Your Loving arms today! We’re believing that their hearts are being pricked at this very moment, compelling them to return with a “COMMITTED YES” determined to live out the rest of their lives devoted to serving and being a witness of The Goodness of The Lord!

Knowing that You Sovereignly Rule and Reign over the affairs of mankind, as our nation is in the midst of election season and many are overwhelmed with fear, doubt and confusion, we pray and thank You for our President Obama, Mrs. Hillary Clinton and Father, we ask that You help Donald Trump as only You can!

We ask that You continue to open the eyes of understanding so that your people are not easily deceived by those who would desire to entrap your children in bondage once again to anything that You have delivered us from.

Lord Jesus, we lift up every government official, education, financial, judicial, health care and spiritual leader, asking a special miracle for each and every one of them who are yet standing on the wall proclaiming Your Word under the conviction and anointing of Holy Spirit.

Father, we’re trusting and believing that you will Grace them to be the examples in their homes, churches and community that will cause everyone who comes into contact with them to fall in  love, trust wholly in and live their lives serving You!

Father, we commit our children, our children’s children and by faith, into Your providential care! Lord, we realize that You have a plan and purpose for their lives too and we have the blessed assurance that their steps are yet being ordered by Your eyes!

Heavenly Father, stir up the hearts and minds of those who are professing Your Name that they will have a desire for an even greater personal, intimate relationship with Creator God through fellowship of Holy Spirit that they might prove what is the perfect and acceptable will of The Lord Jesus!

Lord, I pray for every believer who is yet holding on to Your Hand by faith today, that You will release Divine power, Supernatural strength and health, provision, prosperity and protection, PEACE, comfort and encouragement. I pray also Father, that You will preserve us thru the tests that they must go thru and that You will bring us out completely restored, renewed, refreshed and with the reward as You have promised them in Your Word.

Father, we rejoice now in confidence and quietness, trusting wholly that all workers of iniquity are trembling and suddenly departing in shame, turning their backs from Your people, because You have heard the voice of our weeping, our supplications and received our prayers as a sweet savor coming up before Your Sovereign Throne of Grace and Mercy!

Father, we thank You, honor and praise You now, for we believe that it is done!  In The Exalted Name of Jesus. Alleleujah! Amen 3x and It Is So!

Those who stand in agreement with this prayer, GO TELL SOMEBODY JESUS CARES!

SELAH Daily Devotions!

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. Jude 1:24-25

 

Isn’t is just annoying? I mean the constant bombarding your mind with intimidating thoughts to taint your perspective and sabotage your peace.  Satan, aka da devil,  knows fully well that he has absolutely no power to stop what God has planned for your future, yet,  he’s determined to strip us of the joy of our Salvation! Saints, regardless of his deceptive tactics, remember Satan is not God!  Since his first encounter with our foreparents, Adam and Eve, he’s become quite adept  in manipulating our thoughts to cause us to question the Faithfulness of God! How? Well, one of his favorite methods is to use our Memories!

Ever notice how the devil keeps bringing up your past mistakes and failures, reminding you of what you did and accusing you about what you should’ve done and didn’t? Oh Yeah!  Well, this morning I was reminded of something I heard many years ago ‘when the devil starts messing with your mind about your past, just remind him of his future!’

My Precious ones, we don’t have to tuck tail and squirm away in shame as if that’s the end of our story. We can remind the devil that what happened back then was just a chapter setting me up for future episodes of coming attractions! The Bible says, let the redeedmed of the  lord, tell their story! 

You have been authorized to speak The Word of God with confident assurance. You know, like James Brown, ‘SAY It loud! Say it proud! Failure ain’t Final!  In fact, because I AM the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and  I’m not in this thing by myself, Christ in Me enables me to fall forward! (Ref. Colossians 1:27)

Take a stand! Let the devil know, ‘I am fully persuaded that whatever you’re planning to trip me up,  give it your best shot, just like it didn’t work the last time,  it won’t work this time either.(Ref. Isaiah 54:17)

My God  has ggggrrreeeaaaatt plans for me, for good and not for evil, and He swore by God-self, to bring me into an amazingly glorious future! And remember all that stuff you keep reminding me of, it’s covered, blotted out by the BLOOD!! I know it ain’t fair, it’s called‘favor’! (Ref. Jeremiah 29:11)

“Oh, Devil, can we talk? I peeped in the back of the Book, and I know in the end, we win and you’re still a loser!

 #BAMM!  #Didjaheardat? FAIL FORWARD!
